免版面费的sci

确实有很多期刊是不收费的，不过是不是大多数就不知道了，有些很不错的杂志也是收费的有些没有版面费但是彩图收费，

国外的？不是很清楚国外的，只清楚国内的。国内的一般都要收取版面费的，

sci版面费减免

中文期刊也有不收钱的，但是不收钱的靠质量。写得好的话可以试试。一般大学学报就不收钱。
