发表论文一般都要收版面费的啊！还有一些期刊还收审稿费呢，推荐一下汉斯出版社，审稿到录取之前是不收费的，而且对于学生还有折扣
答案是没有，现在的杂志，版面费一个高过一个。不是文章无敌好，就只能掏腰包。
