Peer refersto the equal status between people, children usually prefer communicating with peers.But inthe children’s process of interacting with peer, conflictions often produce. These conflicts not only affect the interpersonal relationship of children, but also have a very special value to the development of young children .As a kindergarten education practitioners ,their education practitioners, views and perspectives of the peerconflicts have much effects onchildren.
