唐山市口岸“十二五”发展规划意见一、唐山港口及口岸基本情况唐山港位于唐山市东南部沿海，下辖京唐港区和曹妃甸港区。京唐港区1989年8月开工建设，1992年正式通航，目前在一港池、二港池和三港池、四港池部分区域建成散杂、件杂、煤炭、矿石、集装箱、石油液化气、水泥等1.5万吨级至10万吨级生产性泊位32个，年通过能力7295万吨/20万标准箱。曹妃甸港区2003年开发建设，目前在甸头区域和一港池建成原油、煤炭、矿石、散杂等生产性泊位14个，年通过能力1.23亿吨/20万标准箱。唐山港通航以来，特别是“十一五”以来，依托腹地唐山市的丰富自然资源和雄厚的工业基础，重点强化了煤炭、钢铁、矿石等优势货种的运输，同时发展了汽车、机电产品、化工产品、农产品等新货种的运输市场，吞吐量连年增长，取得了快速发展。2006年，唐山港口岸完成吞吐量3365万吨；2007年，完成吞吐量6728万吨；2008年，完成吞吐量1.08亿吨。其中，2008年吞吐量同比增长60.52%，超过全国港口平均增幅48个百分点。2008年，曹妃甸港区实现收入8.73亿元，实现利润3.2亿元，同比分别增长53.16%和130.22%；京唐港区实现收入8.34亿元，实现利润利润1.50亿元，同比分别增长10%和12.12%。唐山港口岸是国家一类开放口岸。1992年10月26日，国务院以国函[1992]156号文件批准唐山港（后更名为京唐港）为对外国籍船舶开放的一类口岸；2009年1月23日，国务院以国函[2009]12号文件批准唐山港口岸扩大开放曹妃甸港区。
