AbstractIn today's society, the rhythm of people to work more quickly, there are some anxious,irritable mood. Especially for newly graduated young college students, they would notkeep a job, instead, they chose to leave and then quickly employment, re employmentdecision, interns in the trial period to leave, the main reason is the enterprise in the recruitment of new employees have to the company have an expectation, when the interns to work in a company after found, expectations and the reality of a largedistance. Their accession to the WTO, brought in a fresh blood for the enterprise, buttheir rapid turnover, and let the enterprise losses.
