区域经济学论文创新点，我觉得要跳出教材的框框，放眼更多的经济奇迹案例、区域发展案例、城市崛起案例。如果在中国范围内探讨区域经济学，有几个点或许可以稍加着墨。
在一定的国际背景下，特定区域（可以是中国、也可以是中国的某一特定小区域）的经济发展方式有何别具一格的因素。
此部分，可查找特定区域经济崛起初期所拥有的独特政治优势；统计分析重大项目、重大投资的不同于其他区域发展经验的特殊来源。
①以中国为例：改革开放初期的重大项目是与中国这一区域的独特政治经济地位有关系的。彼时中美两国蜜月，合作对抗苏联霸权，这种唯一的来源于政治上的独特地位，决定了中国可以与美国等西方国家有良好的、独特的关系进行重大合作、重大投资。
②以国内特定省区或特定城市为例：则包含了国家对此区域的政治、经济各方面的倾斜照顾政策，这主要是政治层面的因素；其次是分析特定省区或特定区域的初始重要投资来源，此处主要可以比较分析不同省区不同区域的海外侨胞群体数量、投资意愿以及投资实力、
（此处还可涉及探讨各个特区发展成功与否的经验、以及对不同特区的发展规模、发展后劲进行小类分析，探讨不同特区在相似政治背景下的经济发展差别根源于何处）。
以上是对区域崛起、区域经济成功经验的初始因素方面的分析，这是针对经济案例起点的分析。
③区域经济起步之后的经济持续性崛起、连续高增长的因素方面。此处可分析对比中国与拉美的持续性增长的区别，这涉及了不同区域政治上的制度设计和经济决策的制定。还可结合第二项，分析对比国内不同区域的持续性增长带来不同经济成果的根源（这是针对经济案例过程的分析）。
④经过以上三个步骤，尝试总结看法，结合教材理论，凝练论文的结论部分。
⑤以上步骤，只是一时间的心思，十分不缜密，效果如何，要看对你是否有所启发。
当然了，还有许多案例是可以挑选出来进行总结的。比如广东的清远、河源；内蒙的鄂尔多斯；还有更多的二线三线城市的经济发展起点、模式、因素等等可做案例分析。
