古人很早就意识到肝对人体 健康 的重要性，所以中医有“百病从肝治”的说法。
肝脏是人体重要器官，既要负责造血、储血，又要合成多种能量物质，参与免疫防御。同时，肝还掌管着糖类、脂肪、蛋白质等物质的代谢，以及有毒物质的转化，所以肝脏也是最易受到污染的脏器。
肝属木，与春之气相应，故春季 养生 重在养肝。春天阳气始发，万物复苏，人体内肝气亦是如此，“肝为将军之官”，性喜柔顺条达，若肝气不顺，就会与春天生发之气相合郁而化火，会导致口干苦，胸胁胀痛、腹胀、乳腺增生、烦躁易怒等；肝气犯上会导致高血压、头晕头痛、双眼干涩、两耳轰鸣；肝火扰乱心神，会引起失眠、多梦等。怎样才能养护好肝脏呢？海南医学院第二附属医院中医科专家为您支招。
1.保持心情愉悦
怒伤肝，肝脏的 健康 与否和情绪有直接关系，所以养护肝脏的第一步就是保持心情愉悦，肝疏泄功能正常，肝气才能调达，气血才能运行通畅。
2.早睡早起多运动
经络学说里肝经当令为丑时，胆经当令在子时，肝胆相照，所以夜晚11点至凌晨3点是肝、胆经值班的时间，早睡不熬夜，才能养护好我们的肝脏，保证肝胆代谢顺利完成。
适当的运动，活动筋骨，不仅能够更好地帮助肝脏升发气血，疏通气机。而且运动可以有效缓解身体的疲劳和紧张情绪。
3.合理膳食少饮酒
五味之中，酸味入肝，具有收敛之性，辛味发散，利于阳气升发，因此春季应少食酸味食物，多吃辛味食物，以助阳气和肝气升发；五色中绿色入肝，所以在春季多吃绿色的蔬菜能够帮助肝脏排毒清洁；肝属木，脾属土，春季肝气旺盛，易克脾土，故春季还应多食甘味以养脾气。需注意的是：过犹不及，如果吃太多会使阳气发散太过则损伤阳气；甘味吃太多则容易生湿生痰。
酒辛辣发散阳气，肝体阴而用阳，本就容易阳亢阴虚，再加上酒的升散，使阳气更亢，阴气更伤。酒精主要成分乙醇，90%在肝脏代谢。进入肝细胞后经氧化为乙醛。乙醇和乙醛都具有直接刺激、损害肝细胞的毒性作用，能使肝细胞发生变性、甚至坏死，长期饮酒不仅伤肝，还会对食道、胃黏膜造成不良刺激。因此要想保护好肝脏，一定要改掉嗜酒的习惯！
