《东北大学学报(自然科学版)》 创刊于1955年，是教育部主管、东北大学主办的理工类综合性学术期刊。现为月刊，每期152页，国内外公开发行。本刊的办刊宗旨是：以毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导，坚决贯彻执行党和国家的有关科技、出版的路线、方针和政策，全面及时报道东北大学的最新学术成果，热心培养学术人才，为把东北大学建成“多科性、研究型、国际化”的国内一流、国际知名的大学服务。本刊的办刊方针是：发挥东大优势，反映东大水平，体现东大特色，扩大东大影响。主要栏目有：信息科学与工程、材料与冶金、机械工程、资源与土木、管理科学、数理化力学等。本刊是全国中文核心期刊、Ei Compendex核心期刊。本刊所载论文或摘要被7家国际著名检索系统和15家国内著名数据库或检索刊物收录。近年来，本刊屡获奖励，仅2008年以来，4次荣获教育部科技司颁发的中国高校精品科技期刊奖（2008年，2010年，2012年，2014年）；1次荣获中国科学技术信息研究所颁发的“中国精品科技期刊奖”（2008年）。5次荣获教育部科技发展中心颁发的“中国科技论文在线优秀期刊”一等奖（2010年，2011年，2012年，2013年，2014年）。4次被中国学术期刊评价委员会评为“RCCSE中国权威学术期刊”（2009年，2011年，2013年，2015年）；1次荣获中国高校科技期刊优秀编辑质量奖(2009年)，3次荣获中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊（2012年,2013年，2014年）。

4, Conclusion
China's land territory, but a larger gap between North and South, and its arable land, woodland, freshwater waters mainly concentrated in the eastern part of the land, grassland and difficult to use the land primarily in the western region. Generally speaking, the northern region's ecological footprint is greater than the South region, the eastern region than the western region; the majority of provinces and autonomous regions are in a state of ecological deficit, and the more eastern coastal areas, the greater the ecological deficit. China's per capita ecological footprints than the global average, the trend was rising, and reasonable in order to meet China's future sustainable development of China's cities is imperative to carry out reasonable environmental planning, in particular, the development of small towns in our country again as the main direction. Therefore, the use of the concept of ecological footprint model, combined with the concrete practice of small cities and towns, carrying out a study on Sustainable Development is all the more important. Combination of ecological footprint method to some extent reflected in the natural ecosystems caused by the pressure and the extent to search for different types of characteristics of the region's ecological footprint analysis method for the rational planning of small cities and towns to provide a scientific basis can be faster and more better guide the sustainable development of small cities and towns.
