下面简述一下最近一篇文章的发表过程。初投稿时，文章还没有改的很好，但为了能在年底之前接收，就匆忙投稿给处理稿件神速的 MDPI 下的期刊 Remote Sensing。一审大概用了 15 天左右，根据 3 个审稿人的意见，编辑给的意见是： Reject and Decline。
这是去年9月份写的一篇文章，10月17日投稿到英国一个1.847分(cancer invest)杂志，一审大约67天，2个审稿人，一共24条修改意见（总体意义：拒搞后重投reject and resubmission）。
