如题。一审是两个审稿人，一个仅仅指出语法错误，说如果出版的话，需要改下语法。没有提及是否接收；另一个审稿人感觉明显没有看明白我的文章，并且指出我题目取的不是很合适。思考过后我打算重新定一个题目，重新投这个期刊。请问：我这种情况的话，重新定一个题目，对照审稿意见修改 ...
