这个没有一个统一的标准的：1.首先看是哪个专业的，以个人发表八年经验来看，经管类的杂志，价格比较低，可选择的杂志比较多，农业类的，学术期刊，价位也不高。而教育类的就价格就比较狗血了。2.然后就要看发表哪个级别的了，分省级，国家级，市级（核心这里不做统计，价格高，还不定成）按级别来说（同一个网收录的）国家级的肯定价格要高一些。3.看收录网，收录网有知网，万方，维普，龙源，就收录来说，知网的最贵，而龙源的最便宜ps：除了这四个收录网，千万不要认其他的收录网，个人办的网站，非科技部的，一律不正规。4.看具体发几个版面，一版的字符数在2000-2500字符，有的杂志，他强制发2版。少了人家不发，这样的话，就会感觉这个杂志比较贵了。九年发表经验，只发正刊。
经济社会自己又不是不懂，怎么可能不收费。
很多学生或者老师来咨询明编辑的时候，第一句问的就是论文发表多少钱？
这就跟我们买房子一样，房价多少跟地理位置，朝向，开发商等等都有关系。
所以我们论文也是同理，版面费受很多因素影响，下面我们暂时分3个方面说，没有补充到，遗漏的地方可以评论区问。
一：刊物的级别
1.普刊：几百上千都有
因为涉及到检索网的问题，所以大概先说下费用区间，检索网后面会介绍到，
审核时间：普刊审核周期短，一般来说1-5个工作日，长的也有半个月的
2.学报＞1000元
大概的版面费＞1000元，具体每本学报的定价不一样，费用以刊物为准
审核时间：学报审核周期较短，一般一周到半个月，长的也有1-3个月的）
3.核心＞2000元
很多核心都声称不需要版面费，但大部分通过后都会象征收取一些版面费，大概是＞2000元，如果通过中介，基本上就是妥妥的上万了，今年的核心审核都非常严重，即使是中介，退稿率也达到了85%以上，所以建议要投核心的话，至少提前一年准备，万一撤稿后也有充裕时间转投。

二：检索网的选择
认准中国权威的四大数据库（知网，万方，维普，龙源）权威性依次递减
1.知网刊物＞1000元
因为今年学术大环境的整改，知网也大力规范行业期刊的质量，规范后的期刊能1版起发的寥寥无几，基本上都是2-3版起发，所以相应的版面费也增强，这是版面费涨起来的一方面。
另外一方面：由于规范期刊的质量问题，很多知网刊因未及时调整或不合格，直接下架，导致知网刊供不应求，大多数版面都排到了明年，水涨船高，版面费自然蹭蹭蹭的涨。
2.万方、维普、龙源＜1000元 三者费用依次递减
因大量的知网刊被下架后，除了知网刊版面费疯涨之外，其他网也跟着涨价。但由于没有强制规定版面，所以大部分都是1版起发，费用基本上都是少于1000元。
三：论文篇幅长短
一篇文章的篇幅长短直接影响着版面费。
比如：一篇文章6000字符。发一本维普检索的刊物，一版是400元，2000字符一版，这篇文章一共安排3版
那由此可知：版面费是400×3=1200元。
1.那如果我们把这篇文章精简到4000字符，安排2版
版面费是400×2=800元
2.那如果我们精简到3000字符 安排1.5版
版面费是400×1.5=600元
3.如果我们精简到1版2000字符的话，
版面费就是400元
所以：版面费除了受级别，期刊的不同定价以及检索网的影响之外，篇幅长短也是很大的影响因素。

《计算机应用研究》 目前是北大核心期刊+中国科学引文索引数据库（CSCD核心）-E，审稿非常严格。投稿时需要带上基金项目，至少是省级的科技类基金项目，国家自然科学基金更好，例如，国家自然科学基金（No.610XXXXX），江苏省自然科学基金项目（No.2015ABXXX），江苏省教育厅基础研究计划项目（No.201609XX），江苏省科技厅科技攻关计划项目（No.BA4XXXXX），否则很难录用正刊，增刊倒是挺容易的。正常情况下，审稿周期是2~3个月，如果运气好，恰好遇到个审稿速度快的外审专家，1个多月也能返回结果（通常外审专家都是到最后期限才返回，摆架子，显得自己很牛掰），如果遇到多次返回修改，则需要3~6个月不等，顺利录用还好，如果不录用，只能白白耽误3~6个月的宝贵时间，版面费一般在2500~4000之间，杂志社会提供发票和纸质用稿通知书，录用后需要1年多见刊。这个期刊主编主要收大学单位作者的文章，如果是二本或者高职院校投稿录用难度很大。建议您不要投这个期刊，可以试试《计算机仿真》、《计算机工程与设计》等期刊。以上讲的都是硬投稿情况，如果是走内部渠道操作就不一样了，像《计算机应用》《计算机工程》《计算机工程与应用》《计算机应用与软件》《计算机测量与控制》《计算机学报》《自动化学报》《机器人》《模式识别与人工智能》《控制工程》《重庆邮电大学学报.自然科学版》《河北大学学报.自然科学版》《电子器件》《东南大学学报.自然科学版》《仪表技术与传感器》《传感技术学报》《电工技术学报》《电力电子技术》学海湾都有主编一手内部渠道，100%录用，快的话投稿后1周就能在投稿系统里查到录用，3个月左右见刊，可以节省您大量的时间。 希望能对楼主有帮助，您也可以去张老师的博客看一下。（）里面有更详细的介绍。我也是从他那里了解到的这些信息。
投稿北核C扩《河北经贸大学学报》：不收版面费和审稿费，有稿费 2020年1月10日向《河北经贸大学学报》投稿了一篇关于虚拟耕地资源视域下农产品贸 易政策评价的文章，刚开始以为这个期刊是个C刊，结果2月18日，该期刊通过邮件发送了录用通知，稿件说明已通过审稿程序，但刊发时间尚未确定，请勿另投它刊，让回复一下是否收到。 看到此录用通知，心情激动不已，想着终于又录用了一 篇C刊，结果去南大核心收录目录查询的时候 ,发现降为C扩了，但是又查看了该期刊不收版面费和审稿费，还有稿费，想了想发表论文不易，况且也不差，就于2月19日给杂志社回复了作者已收到，并保证专投贵刊。 接下来，可能因为疫情的原因，到4月份一直没有消息，中间打了几个电话 ,也无人接听，想着可能杂志社还未上班。4月13日，再次向贵刊进行电话咨询，这次电话终于打通了，接电话的是一位男老师，沟通了论文题目后，编辑老师说这篇文章已经录用了，刊期待定，让我放心，后期有修改的地方会主动联系我。 总体感觉《河北经贸大学学报》审稿挺快的，一个 月左右会有结果，如果没有的话，可能就没有录用，编辑老师态度也比较好，再说不收版面费，是一个良心期刊，希望此评论对大家有所帮助！
华中师范大学学报自然科学版好投吗？不好投的，要求很高。该学报自然科学版必须带省级以上课题,还要签好几张承诺书才能投稿。

挺好的高校。如果有志于此 当然得努力啦，一分耕耘一份收获，努力才有回报。无论什么专业，也要认真学习，认真领会，业精于勤荒于嬉。
不怎么好投，华中自然科学版属于国内数一数二的自然期刊。《华中师范大学学报》是教育部直属重点师范大学——华中师范大学主办的学术期刊，是新中国成立后较早创办的大学学报。现分为人文社会科学版和自然科学版，是全国中文核心期刊。

你陷入了两个误区，第一是任何期刊和会议的投稿都没有限定学历，期刊论文不是学位论文，只有通信作者和第二第三作者之分，只有水平要求，没有学历要求，很多论文都是学生当第一作者导师当第二作者，作者的身份论文本身不做任何说明。而且本科生直升博士往往限定的就是论文数量和质量，本科生不能发论文的话怎么会有此说？第二是期刊的审稿（也就是你说的难度）并不是很严格，但是在检索收录的时候会很严格。公认度一般用被收录的检索和文献的影响因子来度量，不是以你发表在什么期刊上来度量。有些期刊会被相关检索全文收录，所以认为某些期刊比较有影响力的话不严格说也对。有几个比较容易投稿的国家级核心期刊你可以关注一下：杭州师范大学学报.社会科学版，山东大学学报.哲学社会科学版 ，武汉大学学报.人文科学版 ，东北师大学报.哲学社会科学版，吉林大学社会科学学报 。但是我个人不推荐您自己发表，期刊审稿虽然不怎么严，但是有个发表时间的问题，我建议您找本校的一些有影响力的老师帮助，冠上他的名字，找他有关系的学报来投稿，同时愿意让他当通信作者（指导老师为通信作者学生本人为第二作者的情况下，一般单位都把学生也算成第一作者）的话一般也会为你报销相关费用。如果您坚持自己发表，审稿通过到发表出来恐怕一年时间都是少的，甚至入学开始投稿到毕业也发表不出来也有可能。另外数千元的版面费自费的话也很不划算，自费这么一笔钱去获得一个很可能毕业也是处在待发表状态的论文，何苦来哉?就算是SSCI全文收录的期刊审稿通过，你毕业的时候待发表状态的论文也不能标注为待检索，任何人也不会承认的。
