你陷入了两个误区,第一是任何期刊和会议的投稿都没有限定学历,期刊论文不是学位论文,只有通信作者和第二第三作者之分,只有水平要求,没有学历要求,很多论文都是学生当第一作者导师当第二作者,作者的身份论文本身不做任何说明。而且本科生直升博士往往限定的就是论文数量和质量,本科生不能发论文的话怎么会有此说?第二是期刊的审稿(也就是你说的难度)并不是很严格,但是在检索收录的时候会很严格。公认度一般用被收录的检索和文献的影响因子来度量,不是以你发表在什么期刊上来度量。有些期刊会被相关检索全文收录,所以认为某些期刊比较有影响力的话不严格说也对。有几个比较容易投稿的国家级核心期刊你可以关注一下:杭州师范大学学报.社会科学版,山东大学学报.哲学社会科学版 ,武汉大学学报.人文科学版 ,东北师大学报.哲学社会科学版,吉林大学社会科学学报 。但是我个人不推荐您自己发表,期刊审稿虽然不怎么严,但是有个发表时间的问题,我建议您找本校的一些有影响力的老师帮助,冠上他的名字,找他有关系的学报来投稿,同时愿意让他当通信作者(指导老师为通信作者学生本人为第二作者的情况下,一般单位都把学生也算成第一作者)的话一般也会为你报销相关费用。如果您坚持自己发表,审稿通过到发表出来恐怕一年时间都是少的,甚至入学开始投稿到毕业也发表不出来也有可能。另外数千元的版面费自费的话也很不划算,自费这么一笔钱去获得一个很可能毕业也是处在待发表状态的论文,何苦来哉?就算是SSCI全文收录的期刊审稿通过,你毕业的时候待发表状态的论文也不能标注为待检索,任何人也不会承认的。
