近日,一篇关于肖战和王一博的同人文《下坠》的微博,导致了AO3平台因肖战粉丝举报被墙、部分同人文爱好者愤怒攻击肖战代言的品牌及参演的电视剧的事件,这一事件一时之间在疫情新闻中“脱颖而出”,热度不断。 信息社会下,我们要怎样理智看待这件事情呢?我想分享一下我的看法。 词语来源 “AO3”得名于其创建者、作家娜奥米·诺维克(Naomi Novik)撰写的博客文章,她呼吁创建一个“属于我们自己的档案”; 因此“AO3”将自己定位为一个存档网站而不是网络社区,支持创作自由,并反对同人作品的营利倾向。截至2019年,AO3上的作品数量已经超过450万,其创作者来自世界各国,使用不同的语言,且创作者绝大多数为女性2科普。 同人文(粉丝小说)的发展粉丝小说一直在英美粉丝研究中备受关注,甚至被当作某个粉丝文化成熟的标志。事实上,大陆的粉丝小说创作活动早在上世纪90年代就已经出现。与主要围绕着电视连续剧展开的英美粉丝小说创作不同的是,大陆的粉丝小说创作最初是围绕日本动漫作品展开的,并且拥有一个来自日本动漫界的名称——同人文。 美国学者巴斯和海力克森在其2006年出版的《互联网时代的粉丝小说和粉丝社群》一书中认为,西方粉丝小说研究史,基本上就是一个试图理解女性创作斜线小说动机的历史。早在80年代中期,就有三篇论文探讨女性创作斜线文学的动机。 粉丝小说之所以受到业界的如此青睐主要有三个原因。一、粉丝小说是粉丝创造力的最明确体现;二、它对当代社会中性别关系和女性欲望做出了生动而丰富的陈述;三、粉丝小说还凸显了受众和通俗文化的商业性生产者在文本所有权和意义控制方面的持续争夺。 ——摘自《粉丝小说和同人文:当西方与东方相遇》首都师范大学文学院,北京杨玲 AO3允许真人同人创作。服务条款的第四节G段阐述:“真人同人的创作不构成人身骚扰,但是,禁止任何作品内容宣传、怂恿针对真人的实质性伤害,这包括且不仅限于死亡恐吓及要求读者对某个特定人群进行骚扰的行为。”金句 作者的职责是标明警告标签,读者的职责是阅读这些警告并作出判断。如果做不到以上两点,你就不应该使用AO3的服务。 关于肖战、王一博的同人文涉黄、损害了明星的权益了吗?历史: 除了影视同人,以影视、体育明星为对象的真人同人创作也逐渐浮出水面。2004年晋江文学城出现了以日本彩虹乐队的主唱Hyde 和 Teru为配对的真人 BL同人小说。2007年4月,韩饭又在百度建立了一个“dys王道完结文库吧”,专门收集东方神起和Super Junior 的粉丝所创作的各种配对的 BL同人小说。目前,该文库已经收录了近四千部 BL同人小说。2007 年一位韩国的东方神起粉丝出版了一部名为《刺莲》的豆花同人小说。这部小说不仅在韩国大受欢迎,还被一位台湾的韩饭翻译成中文,放在百度豆花吧与大陆韩饭分享。据称,该小说在全亚洲的韩饭中都很有影响力。甚至金在中和郑允浩本人也对其有所耳闻。自2002年世界杯之后,不少英俊的外国足球明星也成了同人创作的对象。意大利前锋英扎吉(Filippo Inzaghi)和队友维埃里(Christian Vieri)因多年的亲密交往而成为足球同人中的一个重要配对(简称“BP”)。不过这类性描写较多的同人小说一般都发在有权限设置的论坛,而不是百度这样的公共贴吧,读者必须经过注册、认证之后才能读到作品。——摘自《粉丝小说和同人文:当西方与东方相遇》首都师范大学文学院,北京杨玲 上文在科普中也提到,“AO3”将自己定位为一个存档网站,而不是网络社区。它是反对同人作品的营利倾向的。同时《下坠》的作者也在AO3中按照要求标注了阅读警告:Underage。在以上情况下,《下坠》并没有涉黄且没有损害明星利益。但是《下坠》作者将文章链接发表在微博上,动力是什么无从知晓,如果是为了流量和商用,那就另当别论。 近期看到了很多关于此的讨论。主要的争论点在于,明星应不应该为粉丝行为买单。我认为粉丝应该理智追星,为自己的行为负责。明星也有正确引导粉丝的责任,肖战与他的粉丝都有错,但错不及封杀。否则这和举报AO3又有什么区别呢?真正能够安抚同人文粉丝的是,真挚的道歉与包容。我们也看到了肖战工作室及其全国后援团的道歉,我觉得我们真正应该做的是吸取教训,还“文化”一个自由之身。粉丝小说作为一个小众文化,和饭圈文化一样,都有它存在的权利。 对于粉丝小说和饭圈来说,它们的存在本身就是文化自由的体现,而接受彼此的存在,就是文化包容的体现。我们将如何理性看待两种不同的文化,就尤为重要了。 对于粉丝小说来说,如何规范作者和读者、如何在文化自由的同时,保障不侵犯他人的权利,是文化自由的同时,应该自觉遵循的道德、法律规范。对于饭圈文化来说,如何处理粉丝行为与偶像的关系、如何组织、规范庞大的粉丝团体、什么才是理性的粉丝行为,都是应该考虑的问题。粉丝不应该打着明星的旗号,而做出类似的危害社会秩序的行为。如:私生饭跟踪、破坏机场公共设备、盲目的跟风消费等等。粉丝的不理智行为,也会给偶像带来极大的负面影响。 在此次事件下,没有绝对的对与错。正如人民文娱所说,文化本就可以求同存异,追星本也可以积极向上,作品、文化、平台都该是交流的工具,而不该成为战场。我们呼吁理智、珍爱生命,切莫让任何人、任何平台,为冲动埋单。又如人民日报所说,任何利益都不应该凌驾于公共利益之上,以规则校正流量方向,以秩序领航粉丝经济,流量经济回归理性,才能走得更远! 疫情终将过去,闹剧也终将过去,只盼望着春天来临的时候,温暖理智、包容美好。 以上为我的个人意见,如有不同,尊重理解。上述文章我之前发表在微博上过,图片来源网络。谢谢观看!

肖战粉丝在举报AO3和LOFTER之前,其实还举报过很多,曾经举报王一博没有主持人资格证,却能够在《天天向上》担任主持人,因为某一个教授对肖战无感,就举报他学术论文造假,一位酒店工作人员送了肖战一个小礼品,粉丝举报害别人丢了工作,还造谣某杂志社主编偷税等等一系列行为。所以,正是因为他们举报成瘾,所以才把这次的事情闹大了,而之前正是因为没有人去理会他们,也就任由他们为所欲为。因为《陈情令》而爆火的肖战,凭借魏无羡一角收获了很多的粉丝,一下子上升成为了顶级流量。但随着粉丝群体人员的逐渐扩大,总会有一些不理智的粉丝出现。而很多肖战的粉丝也都是高高在上,甚至瞧不起和肖战拍戏的某些演员,去造谣去举报别人,害得别人受不了肖战粉丝的谩骂和诋毁,不得不出来澄清。因为在粉丝眼里,自己的偶像一定是最好的,所以很多人都接受不了自己的偶像被人看不起,所以经常去举报。而有些人只是因为没有吃肖战的安利就被举报说是学术论文造假等等。而同样出演《陈情令》的主角之一王一博,本身和肖战是好朋友。但是肖战的很多粉丝却将王一博视为“死敌”,举报王一博没有主持人资格证,害的湖南卫视出来澄清,又举报了他拍的杂志的主编偷税漏税,导致主编发微博说:“公道自在人心。”这样的一系列行为,都引起了路人的反感,而正是由于这次事情的严重性,才让很多人知道了,原来他们有那么多的举报史,而且似乎举报成瘾。但是要知道“粉丝行为偶像买单”,肖战粉丝事情的严重性,相信很多路人都有所体会。从一个顶级流量变成了全网抵制的人,他们的举报,受害更多的只是自己的偶像。而之前肖战粉丝的一些骚操作被扒出来,让很多网友都心生反感。苏有朋曾经说过一句话:“很多粉丝都说哥哥不知道,但哥哥还是知道一点的。”正是因为偶像的默许,粉丝才会那么猖狂,所以因为肖战粉丝的举动,扒出了很多肖战的黑料,导致全网抵制肖战。
