This graduation design project is about the Qingjiang landscape high-rise residential building located in Wuhan with the seismic intensity of 7 and adopting frame-shear wall structure. this design is divided into two parts as a whole: architectural part and structure part. Architectural part: mainly designs the architectural plane, building elevation and profile, and take comprehensive consideration about the requirements of plane layout, architectural lighting, ventilation, fire protection etc. Structure part: to make the components to be rational distributed according to the architectural structure and preliminary estimate the section size of the beams, plates, columns, and shear walls, then calculate the internal forces under the horizontal and vertical load effects and the load effects combination. Calculations to the section reinforcing bars as well as check calculation to the selected sectional planes. On the base of synthesizing the geological data and the architectural structure form, this design adopted pile foundation, and design reinforcing bars to the piles and cushion , to improve the building plans and details of the structural plans then finally complete the drawing work.
