什么样的葡萄酒容易喝醉。香槟作为葡萄酒的一种，口感和味道十分迷人，但它也是一款容易让人喝醉的葡萄酒。醉酒的原因一般在于葡萄酒中的葡萄酒含量的高低，以及人体的摄入量等等。醉酒的原因往往不只有一个。事实上，大部分的香槟酒精度在12%左右，比起波尔多、勃艮第等产区的红葡萄酒（～）还要略低一些，相比许多新世界产区的西拉或是仙粉黛则明显不如。嗯，那种度数比较高的葡萄酒确实容易喝醉深
香槟及其它起泡酒的酒精度都不算高，为什么会给人留下“容易醉”的印象呢？这是因为，人体对于不同类型的酒，在摄入酒精的速度上有所区别。在一份于2007年发表于《国际法医学杂志》的论文中，英国曼彻斯特大学和中央兰开夏大学的研究人员通过实验得出结论：在伏特加中加入气泡水，可以让人体更快摄入酒精，让人醉得更快。事实上，早在2001年英国萨里大学(University of Surrey)就曾针对气泡与酒精吸收做了一项研究实验。参与实验的人被分为两组，每组6人，他们每周轮流分别饮用气泡香槟”和“静态香槟”（去除气泡的同一款酒）。结果显示，参与者在喝气泡香槟五分钟后，血液中的酒精含量升至0,54毫克/毫升，而喝静态香槟后的酒精含量为0,39毫克/毫升。40分钟后再对比结果，两者分别升至0,7毫克/毫升和0,58毫克/毫升。也就是说，参与实验的人在饮用了带有气泡的香槟之后，血液酒精浓度上升更快，高浓度维持在血液里的时间也更加长。因此，含有丰富气泡的香槟更容易醉人。

是万方数据股份有限公司旗下的网站。拥有220多种中文独家医学期刊全文、1000多种中文医学期刊全文、4100多种国外医学期刊文摘（全文以电子邮件原文传递方式获得，核心期刊全部收齐），其中包括中华医学会、中国医师协会等独家合作期刊220余种；中文期刊论文近360万篇，外文期刊论文455万余篇。
6.知网 中国知识资源总库提供CNKI源数据库、外文类、工业类、农业类、医药卫生类、经济类和教育类多种数据库。CNKI已集结了7000多种期刊、近1000种报纸、18万本博士/硕士论文、16万册会议论文、30万册图书以及国内外1100多个专业数据库。
