睡眠成了很多人的烦恼，有部分人还患有嗜睡症，嗜睡症给患者带来了很多的不便甚至能造成生命危险，那么你知道嗜睡是什么原因吗？敬请收看本期的养生堂视频听听郭兮恒的讲解。 本期节目请到的嘉宾是首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院睡眠呼吸中心主任郭兮恒，讲嗜睡是什么原因。 下面是该视频的在线观看和主要内容介绍： 嗜睡是什么原因 嗜睡原因一、最常见的原因 夜间睡眠差，或睡眠时间过短，或有睡眠呼吸暂停，即睡觉时打呼噜，并有呼吸间歇现象，影响了睡眠质量;时间长了使生物钟紊乱。疲乏、嗜睡，伴有头晕、头脑不清，可能是早期神经衰弱的一种表现。 嗜睡原因二、营养不足，能量摄入降低。 营养不足容易导致困乏爱睡。补充蛋白质，会使嗜睡好转。另外还有一种是发作性睡病，发作性睡病多在青春期以后起病，主要症就是白天嗜睡，表现为不分时间、地点犯困，如与客人谈话、或在工作中，都会有睡眠发作，发作性睡病一般不会引起其他器质性病变。 嗜睡原因三、其他原因 1、老年嗜睡症并不少见，引发老年嗜睡症的因素较多，环境因素、身体因素、药物因素、脑部因素等等都是常见原因。 2、青少年或中青年肥胖、体重超重也会引起白天过度困倦; ⒊抑郁症，可能是白天过度困倦的主要诱因，抑郁症患者，白天感到过于困倦的几率是正常水平的3倍。 ⒋糖尿病，白天过度困倦与糖尿病关系密切。糖尿病出现日间嗜睡的可能性是其他人的近2倍。甲状腺机能减退，甲状腺患者由于基础代谢低，常有嗜睡的表现。 ⒌最新统计，世卫组织：12国儿童接种甲流疫苗后患上嗜睡症。当地儿童在接受了甲型流感疫苗注射后患上嗜睡症，患者突然昏睡的概率比未接受注射者高出9倍。 注意：本频道文章版权归北京电视台，并不代表本频道赞同其观点和对其真实性负责。如涉及作品内容、版权和其它问题，请尽快与我们联系，我们将在第一时间删除内容! 本期嘉宾介绍 郭兮恒 主任医师，教授，硕士生导师。现任首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院睡眠呼吸中心主任、中国睡眠研究会睡眠呼吸障碍专业委员会副主任委员、中华医学会呼吸分会睡眠学组委员、美国睡眠科学院委员、美中睡眠研究会秘书长、北京市医疗器械评审专家委员会委员、中华医学杂志特约审稿、中华医学杂志英文版特约审稿、中华内科杂志特约审稿、睡眠医学杂志编委、国际呼吸杂志特约审稿、SLEEP特约审稿、Sleep and Respiration 特约审稿、中国医疗常务编委。专业工作：睡眠呼吸障碍。培养硕士研究生：已经毕业三名，并取得硕士学位，在读四名。
