1-4月，我的资源从零开始首先，我注册了翻译网站，如火星，我译，51等。这类网站都需要测试，但如果没有pm（项目经理）单独负责你，抢单难度大，流程效率低。所以我很快采取另一方式，对接翻译公司。
细分为3条路：招聘app+语言类服务商名单+日更翻译兼职的公众号。招聘app上，限制地点为一线城市，预先筛除钱少事多的公司。找工作道理共通，即便你不够符合要求，主动投递也有望争取。若岗位工资低得不像全职，问问对方，这或许就是接受纯远程的兼职岗。
