Angela Carter (1940-1992) is an outstanding feminist writer whose influence on Britishwomen's writing was “pivotal in this opening and transformation” [“23]. The year 2014 represents the 22”^ anniversary of Angela Carter's death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. Different languages have different standards to distinguish parts of speech. Each language has its own special structure. And there are no equivalent parts of speech between different languages. So the transformation of parts of speech is playing a more important role in English to Chinese based on different characteristics of English and Chinese. 2、分析题型。
面试答辩一般有客观题和主观题两种，客观题是有标准答案的，而主观题则可能有多种答案。相对而言，客观题极少，而主观题居多。这就为竞聘者提供了广阔的`自由发挥的空间，因此要充满信心，避免手忙脚乱，只要不离主题，正常发挥水平，就能从容过关；如能做到不时有新思想的火花爆出，则效果更佳。

二、艺高人胆大：答辩时的机智应变 答辩过程充满变数，在充分准备的前提下，还应当掌握一些应变之道。
1、废话不废，赢得时间。
当评委提出问题，你一下子不知从何说起时，不妨说几句废话，先把话头接过来，如你的这个问题很好，这是我在今后的工作中应该认真思考和对待的一个问题”，“你刚才提的问题是：为什么说质量是企业的生命线?之所以说质量是企业的生命线......这样的话虽说是废话，但也符合人们回答问题的习惯。利用这样的话，争取有限的时间整理思绪，搜索脑海中的记忆材料，然后再有板有眼地阐述，因此，废话的作用不可小视。
2、套话不谬，以静制动。
许多工作尽管性质不同，但工作的规律以及做好该工作的措施一经概括提炼便大同小异，如加强学习、健全制度、措施到位、重点突出等。比如，当评委提出为做好某项工作，你准备采取哪些措施之类的问题，而你对这项工作又不太熟悉时，便不妨适当联系，以不变应万变。
3、好话不假，控制情绪。
有时评委的发问与其说是提问题，不如说是提意见，而在这种特殊的场合提出来，回答稍有不慎，便会下不了台。因此，回答这样的问题时不要讲大而无意义的话，最佳的选择是说好话，真心诚意承认不足，并承诺今后注意改进。如评委提问：综合处应是一个综合服务部门，为什么领导出差你们能搞到票，而我们职工出差就搞不到票呢?回答这样的问题不是一两句话能说得清楚的。有位竞聘者是这样回答的：在我们的工作中，确实可能出现这样的问题，对此我深感抱歉，上次没办好，下次一定办好，如果您遇到这样的问题可以直接向我提出来，我一定尽力解决。”几句好话，让提问者和听众听了心里都舒服。

(一)掌握总体

(二)开场白的准备
答辩开始时要向专家问好，开场白是整个论文答辩的正式开始，它可以吸引注意力、建立可信性、预告答辩的意图和主要内容。好的开始是成功的一半，要切合主题、符合答辩基调、运用适当的语言。应避免负面开头，如自我辩解等(如“我最近找工作压力太大，准备不充分……”“我工作太忙，准备不太好……)，既不能体现对答辩委员会专家的尊重，也是个人自信不足的表现，答辩者在各位专家的第一印象中大打折扣。牢记谦虚谨慎是我国的传统美德，但是谦虚并非不自信。同时也要避免自我表现，洋洋得意，寻求赞赏。过度的表现，会引起答辩委员会专家的反感。(如“经过这么多年的思考，我认为我的这种制度设计已经达到最科学，最完美的……”)

研究生报告结束后，答辩委员会专家将会每人提出二到四个问题，记录问题时注意进行确认是否理解正确，有些专家的声音比较低沉(如重庆大学的许明月教授)，你听不清时，一定要追问一下“如老师您的意思是...?”。理解错问题就麻烦了，导致回答问题时非常被动。我校允许有20分钟的准备时间，你可专家提问不管妥当与否，都要耐心倾听，不要随便打断别人的问话。对专家提出的问题，当回答完整、自我感觉良好时，不要流露出骄傲情绪。如果确实不知如何回答时，应直接向专家说明，不要答非所问。对没有把握的问题，不要强词夺理，实事求是表明自己对这个问题还没搞清楚，今后一定要认真研究这个问题。总之，答辩中应实事求是，不卑不亢，有礼有节，时刻表现出对专家的尊重和感谢。注意答辩不纯粹是学术答辩，非学术成分大约占一半，要显示出自己各方面的成熟，要证明自己有了学术研究的能力。
有时答辩委员会的老师对答辩人所作的回答不太满意，还会进一步提出问题，以求了解论文作者是否切实搞清和掌握了这个问题。遇到这种情况，答辩人如果有把握讲清，就可以申明理由进行答辩;如果不太有把握，可以审慎地试着回答，能回答多少就回答多少，即使讲得不很确切也不要紧，只要是同问题有所关联，老师会引导和启发你切入正题;如果确是自己没有搞清的问题，就应该实事求是地讲明自己对这个问题还没有搞清楚，表示今后一定认真研究这个问题，切不可强词夺理，进行狡辩。因为，答辩委员会的老师对这个问题有可能有过专门研究，再高明的也不可能蒙他。这里我们应该明白：学员在答辩会上，某个问题被问住是不奇怪的，因为答辩委员会成员一般是本学科的专家。他们提出来的某个问题答不上来是很自然的。当然，所有问题都答不上来，一问三不知就不正常了。

准备工作
校方
答辩前的准备，对于校方来说，主要是做好答辩前的组织工作。这些组织工作主要有：审定学员参加毕业论文答辩的资格，组织答辩委员会，拟订毕业论文成绩标准，布置答辩会场等。
(一)审查学员参加毕业论文答辩的资格
凡是参加毕业论文答辩的.学生，要具备一定的条件，这些条件是：
1、必须是已修完高等学校规定的全部课程的应届毕业生和符合有关规定并经过校方批准同意的上一届学生。
2、学员所学课程必须是全部考试、考查及格;实行学分制的学校，学员必须获得学校准许毕业的学分。
3、学员所写的毕业论文必须经过导师指导并有指导老师签署同意参加答辩的意见。
以上三个条件必须同时具备，缺一不可，只有同时具备了上述三个条件的大学生，才有资格参加毕业论文答辩。另一方面，具备了上述三个条件的大学生，规定要进行论文答辩的除了个别有特殊情况经过批准者外，只有经过答辩并获得通过才准予毕业。
(二)组织答辩委员会或答辩小组
毕业论文的答辩，必须成立答辩委员会或答辩小组。答辩委员会是审查和公正评价毕业论文、评定毕业论文成绩的重要组织保证。
答辩委员会由学校和学校委托下属有关部门统一组织。答辩委员会一般由三至五人组成，其中应有两人或两人以上具有高级或中级职称，从中确定一位学术水平较高的委员为主任委员，负责答辩委员会会议的召集工作。
(三)拟订毕业论文成绩标准
毕业论文答辩以后，答辩委员会要根据毕业论文以及作者的答辩情况，评定论文成绩。为了使评分宽严适度，大体平衡，学校应事先制定一个共同遵循的评分原则或评分标准。
毕业论文的成绩，一般分为优秀(90—100分)、良好(80—89分)、中等(70—79分)、及格(60—69)分、不及格(60分以下)五个档次。而中共中央党校函授学院是采用四级打分制，即优秀(相当于90—100分)、良好(相当于75—89分)、及格(相当于60—74分)、不及格(60分以下)。四级的具体评分标准见本书第10章。
(四)布置答辩会场
毕业论文答辩会场地的布置会影响论文答辩会的气氛和答辩者的情绪，进而影响到答辩会的质量和效果。因此，学校应该重视答辩会场的设计和布置，尽量创造一个良好的答辩环境。
答辩委员会
答辩委员会成员确定以后，一般要在答辩会举行前半个月把要答辩的论文分送到答辩委员会成员手里，答辩委员会成员接到论文后，就要认真仔细地审读每一篇要进行答辩的论文，找出论文中论述不清楚、不详细、不确切、不周全之处以及自相矛盾和有值得探讨之处，并拟定在论文答辩会上需要论文作者回答或进一步阐述的问题。
在答辩时，答辩老师会提出多少问题，提些什么问题?这是每一个需要参加答辩的学员都十分关心的问题，同时这又是一个十分复杂，很难把握的问题。因为，每一篇论文各有自己的内容、形式、特点和不足。根据论文的不同情况，答辩老师拟出提问的问题也就必然是千差万别的。另一方面。即使是同一篇论文，不同的答辩老师所要提问的重点也会有所不同。所以说，就某一篇论文来说，主答辩老师会提什么问题，是很难说得准，猜得到的。论文作者在准备答辩时，猜题是没有必要，也没有益处的。但这并不等于说答辩老师出题是任意的、毫无规律可循的，学员没有必要准备了。
事实上，答辩老师拟题提问是有一定的范围并遵循一定的原则的。了解答辩老师的出题范围和原则，对学员如何准备答辩是有帮助的。下面就答辩老师的出题规则作些说明。首先，答辩老师出题是有严格的界定范围的，即答辩老师在论文答辩会上所提出的问题仅仅是论文所涉及的学术范围之内的问题，一般不会也不能提出与论文内容毫无关系的问题，这是答辩老师拟题的大范围。在这个大范围内，主答辩老师一般是从检验真伪、探测能力、弥补不足三个方面提出三个问题。
(1)检验真伪题，就是围绕毕业论文的真实性拟题提问。它的目的是要检查论文是否是学员自己写的。如果论文不是通过自己辛勤劳动写成，只是抄袭他人的成果，或是由他人代笔之作，就难以回答出这类问题。
(2)探测水平题，这是指与毕业论文主要内容相关的，探测学员水平高低、基础知识是否扎实，掌握知识的广度深度如何来提出问题的题目，主要是论文中涉及到的基本概念，基本理论以及运用基本原理等方面的问题。
(3)弥补不足题，这是指围绕毕业论文中存在的薄弱环节，如对论文中论述不清楚、不详细、不周全、不确切以及相互矛盾之处拟题提问，请作者在答辩中补充阐述或提出解释。例如，在一篇题为《把股份合作制引入开发农业之我见》的论文中，答辩时，主答辩老师提出了如下三个问题：
(1)请简要谈谈学术界对股份合作制性质方面的争议。
(2)合作经济与股份制经济有何区别?
(3)稳定家庭联产承包责任制与发展股份合作制有无矛盾?请简述理由。又譬如，在《把山区经济推向市场的思考与对策》一文中，答辩时，主答辩老师提出的三个问题是：
(1)你在写这篇论文时，收集了哪些方面的资料，是怎样收集的?
(2)市场有几重含义?与此相联系，你是怎么理解市场经济的?
(3)请你谈谈把山区经济推向市场的有利条件和不利因素。当然，在答辩过程中，根据论文的内容和答辩的具体情况，答辩老师还可以适当插问。例如，在上述第一篇论文中，答辩老师觉得学员对合作经济说得很含糊，就在学员回答完了第二个问题后，插问了“请你谈谈我国50年代农村有哪几种合作制形式，它们的性质有何区别”的问题。通过对这些问题的提问和答辩，答辩委员会就会了解毕业论文是不是学员自己通过辛勤劳动写成的，即检查了论文的真实性;也大体上摸清了学员对所学知识掌握的深广度，以及学员临场的应对能力和对知识理解的透彻程度;同时也可以搞清论文中薄弱环节的原因。从而有利于对论文的质量和学员的知识能力作出合理、公平的评价。
主答辩老师在具体的出题过程中，还需要遵循以下几个原则：
第一，理论题与应用题相结合的原则。一般地说，在三个问题中，应该有一个是关于基础理论知识的题目，有一个是要求学员运用所学知识分析和解决现实问题的题目。
第二，深浅适中，难易搭配的原则。即在三个问题中，既要有比较容易回答的问题，又要有一定深度和难度的问题。同时，对某一篇论文所提问题的深浅难易程度，应与指导老师的建议成绩联系起来。凡是指导老师建议成绩为优秀的论文，答辩老师所提问题的难度就应该大一些;建议成绩为及格的论文，答辩老师应提相对浅一些，比较容易回答一些的问题。
第三，点面结合，深广相联的原则。
第四，形式多样，大小搭配的原则。
