一、习得技能展示答辩的`准备
(1)明确目的和宗旨
采用习得技能论文答辩方式，主要是为了更加全面地考量文秘专业人才培养质量，特别是促进学生在大三顶岗实习阶段认真参加实习，在实践中虚心学习，不断提高专业技能水平。
(2)制订实施方案
文秘专业毕业论文答辩采用文本+技能展示的答辩形式，即文秘专业学生必须在完成专业论文的同时，展示与实习岗位相关的技能。技能展示的范围要求和评定标准根据国家或行业职业技能鉴定标准来确定，并规定相关技能的分值比例和具体评价标准。
(3)加强教育，提高认识
习得技能展示答辩实施方案确定后，应放入网络平台或班级和各论文指导小组的QQ群中，让每一位指导教师和学生都能知晓，以便贯彻落实;在大三学生报到注册时应开展集中宣传和教育，使其认识到习得技能展示答辩的目的和意义，强调每一位学生必须参加顶岗实习，并结合专业岗位完成毕业论文。
二、习得技能展示答辩的步骤
(1)准备阶段
这一阶段包括两个步骤。
第一步，文本收集，选题归类。根据学校统一安排，每年5月为毕业论文答辩时间。5月上中旬，文秘专业教研室将该专业所有学生的论文文本收齐，按选题和论文内容进行归类整理，初步确定答辩时所需展示的相关技能和基本要求。根据国家劳动和社会保障部2006年颁布的《秘书国家职业标准》的规定，秘书是“从事办公室程序性工作、协助上司处理政务及日常事务并为决策及实施提供服务的人员”,再结合社会需要以及现代企业对文秘人才的需求，我们初步确定文秘专业毕业生论文答辩技能展示的范围主要是：现代企事业单位相关通用文书的写作，外事活动，公关，组织协调，运用现代化办公设备进行信息处理等。
第二步，展示技能的认定和准备。文秘专业教研室确定展示的技能项目须经论文指导教师与答辩学生确认，同时要求指导教师督促学生加强训练，做好答辩的各项准备。根据文秘专业的特点和职业技能鉴定的相关要求，我们把高职文秘专业所要求的主要职业技能分为办文、办会、办事三大类，并制定“文秘专业毕业论文技能展示答辩记录表”(详见下表)，供师生参考。
(2)具体实施阶段
在论文答辩期间，全体大三学生参与答辩，大二学生全程观摩。
①办文技能展示。根据毕业生实习岗位及岗位职责要求，结合论文选题，借鉴秘书职业技能鉴定的方式，即现场给定情景材料，限时拟写相关文书。比如，2011届文秘专业陈同学在一家消防队实习，实习岗位是办公室内勤，主要职责是每天浏览网上相关信息，定期拟写和编辑当地消防信息简报，有突发事件时随同119消防车出警，并做好消防信息联络和信息上报工作。该生的论文题目为《浅析消防信息的拟写》。在毕业论文习得技能展示答辩时，我们根据初定的技能展示项目要求，现场播放了一段2003年轰动全国的湖南衡阳特大火灾中，消防战士英勇抢救人民生命财产的新闻视频，要求该生在15分钟内拟写一份格式规范、内容恰切的消防救护信息，之后，我们又给出当时的网络新闻报道文字稿，由学生比较后作出自我评价，再由教师和专家点评打分。
②办会技能展示。针对办会实习经历和办会选题，采用办会技能展示答辩。比如，2011届文秘专业戴同学在浙江大学邵逸夫科学馆实习，该生的论文题目为难忘的办会实习。为了考查该生的办会技能和水平，答辩小组在答辩现场设置了本校7月初将举行的全校教职工代表暨工会会员代表大会的真实情景，要求该生书面列出会前、会中、会后的会务工作项目，并当场回答提问。该生在技能展示答辩中，将会议议程、记录、纪要，以及会标、座位、桌签、导引、礼仪、茶水等都考虑得细致周全，表现出色，得到了答辩教师的认可。
③办事技能展示。据初步统计，参加过实习的学生近1/3从事过营销、人事助理、经理助理等岗位的工作，因此我们要求他们根据所掌握的沟通方法和技巧，把现场师生作为客户或服务对象，进行沟通交流技能的展示。如2011届文秘专业袁同学在温州一家保险公司实习，因业绩不错，不到一年就被提升为主管。她的毕业论文题目是《浅析保险推销的主动沟通和被动沟通》。在技能展示答辩中，我们要求该生把现场的一位外聘教师当作保险产品的推销客户，展示沟通交流的技能。该生以客户的需求为导向，从客户的角度考虑问题，充分运用言语沟通技巧，受到现场评委和师生的肯定。再如2011届文秘专业童同学在杭州市一家档案咨询公司实习，她的论文题目为《我的档案实习感悟》。在技能展示答辩环节，我们要求她对一家小型建筑公司的档案进行现场整理。该生首先对散乱的档案目录进行归类，并提出分类依据、方法以及整理要求。她的档案整理专业知识和熟练的技能展示，让在场师生受益匪浅。
(3)总结完善阶段
答辩结束后，答辩小组要及时把相关资料，包括技能展示评分记录表、答辩录音录像等予以收集整理，对习得技能展示答辩工作进行评估，对取得的成果进行肯定，对存在的不足进行分析，对个别表现一般的学生提出中肯意见，对表现差的学生提出重新答辩的要求。
三、习得技能展示答辩的效果反馈
据调查，80%以上的学生对技能展示论文答辩形式表示理解和欢迎。学生普遍认为，高考失利，就读高职，在社会上承受的压力较大，更需要建立自信。通过习得技能展示完成论文答辩，能得到教师和专家的指导和鼓励，对今后的职业发展更加自信。另外，技能展示论文答辩形式能更好地引导和促使大二学生重视专业知识和岗位技能的学习，2012届文秘专业学生顶岗实习的到岗率明显提高。
四、习得技能展示答辩的注意事项
(1)要符合高职教育的特点
习得技能展示应突出训练的实效性，力求结合岗位和专业实际，同时具有一定的观赏性和借鉴性，突出对高职院校人才培养目标“双高”(高素质和高技能)的检验。文秘专业习得技能展示答辩的评价标准应以国家《秘书职业技能鉴定标准》为依据，同时体现高职文秘专业及相关实习岗位的特点。
(2)要认真做好答辩前的准备工作
首先，要加强组织领导，认真做好宣传教育，统一思想认识，让参与论文指导和答辩的师生都能理解和认同习得技能展示答辩的目的和意义，真正发挥技能展示答辩的作用。其次，学生要准备好论文答辩的相关资料和演示文本等;答辩小组要准备相关资料和展示道具，包括电脑、多媒体课件、摄影和摄像器材等，做好软硬件保障工作。再次，要对技能展示项目进行集中筛选，提供备用选题，以避免相同技能项目反复展示。

那么，将PLC应用于淬火炉中有那些优势呢？
第一，系统构成灵活、扩展容易。通过数字量逻辑控制来对淬火炉的推杆进退、炉门升降、电动机正反转进行自动化控制，借此可以实现全程自动化，有助于提高生产率。模块型PLC提供多种I/O卡件或插卡，因此用户可较合理地选择和配置控制系统的I/O点数，功能扩展方便灵活，一般用于大中型控制系统，例如，淬火炉。
第二，编程简单，操作方便。采用简明的梯形图、逻辑图或语句表等编程语言，形象直观。另外，可在线修改程序，改变控制方案而不拆动硬件，这对于淬火炉这样的大型设备尤其适用。

Concerning the dilemmas and predicaments faced by women nowadays,it is very necessary for us to probe into her insightful and penetrating reflections on femininity as well as the relationship between two genders. The Passion of New Eve, as one of Carter's most representative works, is of great value in the research of her feminist thoughts and propositions.
Next, is my paper outline. In the main part of this article, I put it into five parts.

Leilah,the embodiment of Delilah,the famous temptress in the Bible,cannot escape the fate of being objectified by men and herself. By exposing”temptresses“ as mere victims rather than symbols of viciousness. Carter condemns the oppression and exploitation of women in a patriarchal society. ”Mother“ in Beulah serves as a severe satire on those mother goddesses in mythology. Carter smashes the legend by revealing the surgically-made essence of mother and the patriarchal values lurking behind her alleged matriarchal kingdom, warning against the peril and impracticality of extremist her most convincing example goes to Eve, the most important female character in the Bible, Her transformative journey from a chauvinist to a real woman in the story illustrates that gender, rather than a hereditary feature, is the result of social influence and unremitting imitations. Carter concludes the story with proposing ”androgyny“ as a solution to the current problems,implying that mutual respect and understanding is the only way to achieve the harmony between the two genders.
Chapter five comes to a general conclusion, summarizing the limitations of the theses as well as some suggestions for further study.
