写好Cover letter需要做到如下几步：

1、逻辑要清晰

COVER LETTER最忌讳散乱，因此在动笔前，写下最主要的几点，用逻辑化的顺序连接起来。一般的格式是：为什么选择这份工作，这家企业，为什么你是合适人选，然后就是怎么联系。这三样东西必不可少。

2、短小精悍

COVER LETTER不宜太长，既然它是简历的一部分，那么就应该概括的介绍，而不是事无巨细。另外考虑HR每天大量的收到简历，也不宜增加HR工作，否则易产生厌烦感。

3、做足功课

招聘人员在看简历和COVER LETTER的时候，会试法感受你是只是要份工作，还是真正理解这家公司的目标和状况。他们希望招的是既有能力又忠诚的人。一份显示出仔细研究过公司网站，有关信息，能够把自己的特殊技能和公司业务联系起来的简历会与众不同。

4、个性突出

简历比较公式化，COVER LETTER就是许多招聘人员用来衡量应聘者个性的窗口。你可以让自己的用语个性化一些，但是注意不要太随便，或者过于亲昵，既有特色又不失专业面貌为佳。

5、联络信息

很多公司，尤其是那些招聘频繁的公司，COVER LETTER不一定会保存。有些应聘者把重要的联络信息都放在COVER LETTER里面，而简历则没有这些关键信息。等到简历被传到有关人士手中，可能已经没有了第一页的简历，那么别人也就无法联络到你了。

【摘要】本文在总结海南省金融标准化实施成效的基础上，分析了金融标准化实施过程中存在的问题，提出了相应的建议。【关键词】金融标准化；成效；问题 建议在现代经济发展过程中，金融作为现代经济的核心，金融标准化是实现金融交易信息系统互联互通，降低交易成本的基础条件；是保证金融服务质量，保护消费者权益的重要手段；是规范市场秩序，防范金融风险的内在要求；是金融管理部门进行行业管理、质量监督和认证的重要依据。所以扎实推进金融标准化可以提高金融机构的管理水平，将加速金融信息化的进程，促进金融业务发展，提高经济效益。 近年来，海南省金融系统根据人民银行及各商业银行总行的要求，不断深入贯彻实施金融标准化，在各方面都取得一定成效，但同时也暴露出了一些值得关注的问题。 一、实施成效 根据人民银行总行要求，海口中心支行积极组织和协调辖区金融机构与相关单位，进行调查研究，组织学习与交流，并要求各单位严格按照金融集成电路（IC）卡（PBOC2.0）规范系列标准做好IC卡的发卡、推广和受理环境改造等工作，目前初见成效。 （一）符合PBOC2.0标准的IC卡得以成功发行。 目前，海南省有关金融机构已经推出符合中国人民银行PBOC2.0标准的牡丹交通卡。此次发行的牡丹交通卡为准贷记卡，面向辖区驾驶员群体发行，为持卡人提供查询驾驶员个人信息、违章信息、驾驶证及行驶证到期的免费短信提醒等便民服务，实现驾驶员信息、交通信息等管理功能。目前，全省的发卡量约41,000张，部署可受理PBOC2.0标准IC卡的直联终端16,745台，交通管理应用受理终端100多台。 （二）金融IC卡受理环境改造取得重大突破。 从2009年开始逐步开始对受理机具进行改造，使其能受理PBOC2.0标准IC卡的应用。截止2012年6月份，直联POS终端收单机构完成金融IC卡受理改造终端16,745台，占比所有直联POS终端100%，占比海南省所有POS终端38.82%；间联POS终端收单机构完成金融IC卡受理改造终端26,393台，占比所有间联POS终端100%，占比海南省所有POS终端61.18；收单机构共完成7000台非接触式金融IC卡受理终端的改造。辖区各商业银行共布放受理金融IC卡的ATM终端897台，占比全省布放的ATM终端34.28%，其中共布放了6台能受理非接触式金融IC卡的ATM。 （三）“一卡通”工程顺利试水。 为推进金融IC卡在海南的跨行业应用，发挥金融IC卡多功能应用的特色优势，海南省有关部门牵头组织成立了海南省国际旅游岛一卡通工程建设领导小组，组织牵头协调省内公共、公用、旅游、医疗等行业资源，统一指定接入处理平台，确保海南省“一卡通”工程的顺利实施。人行海口中支充分发挥引导和协调作用，提供卡片技术标准，积极组织一卡通工程的实施，并对一卡通营运管理公司按有关制度进行监督管理。 二、存在问题 （一）部分金融机构标准化意识淡薄，积极性不高 海南省辖区大部分金融机构都是地区性分支机构，信息化建设由总部统一规划部署。因此，部分金融机构对金融标准化意识比较淡薄，认为这是总部的事情，只需按照总部的要求去实施即可，对制定标准、实施标准化的积极性不高，动力不足，没有充分认识到贯彻实施金融标准化工作是金融企业参与市场竞争的有利手段之一。 （二）协调难度大，奖惩监督机制有待优化 一是人民银行分支机构在本辖区金融标准化贯彻落实中管理职能有待加强。二是目前金融标准化在宣传贯彻的过程中，缺乏相应的动力机制，奖惩和监督机制有待进一步优化，这也是导致部分金融机构对制定标准、实施标准化的积极性不高的重要原因。 （三）资金投入大、技术要求高，影响标准化实施 金融标准化涉及到行业管理、信息化建设等多个方面。具体标准的推广落实需要对金融机构的应用系统、运营模式甚至是自身组织都会产生重大的影响。因此，做好金融标准化落实工作，一是需要强有力的技术支持，二是需要既掌握金融标准化各种规范的复合型人才资源；三是各种应用系统日益增加，需求各异，工作量大，需长时间的整合。四是需要较大的资金支持。特别是对于中小型金融机构来说，这些因素的匮乏不同程度地影响了金融标准化工作的顺利开展。 （四）金融业务创新加快，相关标准滞后或缺乏 在我国，自招商银行2007年4月发行了第一张竖卡后，有不少金融机构也陆续发行了竖卡。据悉，这些竖卡均已通过银联卡样设计审核，符合银联现行标准。但目前的竖卡是平面卡，关键信息没有进行凸印，不符合人民银行总行颁布的银行卡卡面印制规范。因此，存在着金融标准的制定或修订相对滞后于金融业务的发展和创新的情况。 三、建议 （一）加强宣传培训并进行有效指导 当前金融标准化已提升为国家标准化战略，各行各业与金融业关系非常密切，因此应进一步加强金融标准化的宣传和培训力度。一是对各金融机构加强金融标准化的培训，提高认识，统一思想，将金融标准化的贯彻实施工作常态化，常抓不懈；二是加强标准化建设工作的指导，鼓励辖区金融机构建立标准体系并有效运行，探索标准化实施的新机制，不断增强榜样的示范、带动和辐射作用，加快标准化工作纵深推进。 （二）加大资金投入，加快金融标准化的进程 金融标准化的改造需要较大的资金投入，在这方面，我们一是要鼓励各金融机构设立专项资金项目支持金融标准化宣贯，充分利用各金融机构自身优势，进行资源整合和资源互补，促进金融业健康发展，提高金融业的整体竞争能力，加快标准化的改造；二是针对中小机构缺乏人力、技术和资金的问题，建立专门的机构对其进行支持，加快中小机构金融标准化建设。 （三）建立金融业标准化体系和运行机制，组织标准化工作开展情况的监督检查 一是自上而下成立专门金融标准化实施机构，由人民银行组织牵头，各金融机构共同参与，加强协调合作。二是建立检查监督工作机制，积极组织标准化工作开展情况的监督检查，对执行较好的金融机构进行表扬或奖励，对执行不好的金融机构进行批评或惩处。 （四）加强金融标准的制定和修订 当今世界，科学技术日新月异，金融业务不断创新，对标准的要求更加细化、科学。因此，要适时修订完善原有的标准或制定出新的标准，以适应业务发展的需要，避免标准滞后于业务创新或出现空白。标准的制定一是要加强金融领域以及相关行业的交流沟通；二是要深入调查，掌握市场的需求信息，了解市场的发展趋势。这样才能制定出具有前瞻性、战略性、市场性的标准。

（1）高级经济师来说，至少是2篇论文，当然是正规的期刊，最好是国家级期刊，一篇省级，一篇国家级也可以。（2）刊物必须正规，评高级经济师，必须是知网收录的，那种不收知网收录的不行，还有电子版期刊，会议论文集，增刊，都是不行的。（3）现在大部分期刊是收版面费的，如果文章质量高，尽量找不收版面费的，省钱。如果是着急发表，可以考虑一些论文发表机构，但是比较多，在这里只推荐给你淘淘论文网，亲测靠谱。
