投稿本期刊motivation

第一轮投稿稿件不能超过8页（up to 8 pages），但不包括参考文献和作者简介（excluding references and bios），修改稿可增加页数。

可以申请不超过4页的额外页数（Exceptions of up to 4 extra pages are possible），但必须在论文提交时提出申请（a detailed motivation must be provided at the time of submission）。

IEEE Open Journal投稿注意

申请需得到编委会通过（Exceptions are subject to approval by the editorial board），文章处理费用（Article Processing Charges (APCs)）：US$1750/篇 （这个应该是税前价格）。

APC费用对IEEE Member有5%的折扣，对IEEE PELS Member有15%的折扣，所有作者需有ORCID账号（All IEEE journals require an ORCID for all authors.）。
