1998年7月毕业于清华大学经济管理学院管理信息系统专业，获学士学位，1999年8月起在新加坡国立大学计算机系攻读博士学位，2003年10月获该校计算机博士学位，博士期间主要研究XML数据管理技术，曾获2003年新加坡国立大学“优秀研究成果”一等奖。2004年至2006年在香港科技大学做博士后研究任访问学者，期间曾任香港科技大学物流与供应链管理研究院(中国)助理院长。在香港科技大学期间，主要研究RFID数据管理技术及其应用，曾获2005年香港科技大学“优秀青年学者”提名奖。2007年通过人才引进计划获聘为西北工业大学计算机学院教授。现在西北工业大学主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目以及国家科技部“863”计划项目。陈群教授的研究兴趣主要包括：XML 数据管理与信息搜索，RFID与物联网技术以及数据密集型计算环境下的数据管理等。目前已在国际知名的学术会议（如SIGMOD、ICDE）和杂志（如Elsevier杂志Data and Knowledge Engineering，JCST）上发表多篇高质量文章，大多数为SCI或EI检索。近年来主要论文成果Liu, H.-L., Q. 陈汉华，华中科技大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师。2010年从华中科技大学计算机学院获得博士学位。2011年晋升为副教授，2012年被聘为博士生导师，2014年破格晋升为教授。主持全国百篇优秀博士学位论文作者专项、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部-中移动科研基金项目、教育部博士点基金项目、CCF-Intel项目、中国电力研究院科研项目等多项课题。在WWW、RTSS、INFOCOM、ICNP、ICDE、HPDC、IWQoS、IPDPS、ICPP、TC、TPDS、TKDE、TMC等国际顶级会议和期刊上发表论文60余篇。出版专著《大规模分布式内容检索技术》。曾获得微软学者奖(2005)、湖北省科技进步二等奖(2008)、全国百篇优秀博士学位论文(2012)、首届CCF-Intel青年学者提升计划奖(2013)、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金(2014)。担任第八届亚太服务计算国际会议(APSCC 2014)程序委员会主席，第一届国际移动互联网大数据学术会议(IWMBD 2014)程序委员会主席。很显然，他是一位优秀的教授

汪卫，复旦大学 计算机科学技术学院教授、副院长，1970年3月出生于山东省济南市，1992年毕业于山东大学计算机系，1998年获复旦大学计算机科学博士学位。长期从事数据库与数据挖掘领域的研究和开发工作。在SIGKDD、SIGMOD、VLDB、WWW、ICDE、IEEE TKDE、JIIS等国际权威的学术会议上发表论文近20余篇，引用500余次(Google scholar)。

1、找到与你相关的“会议”的“征文通知”；2、根据《会议通知》要求，准备论文——投稿——汇款（如该会议需注册费、版面费等费用的话）——参加会议（一般还有会务费）——获取论文集。
我查了下，中文期刊在线，会议论文集的话，按照开会时间，来算定论文发表时间。
一个会议收到的所有论文会同时出版，当然可以,不算一稿两投,但是需要在会议论文的基础上进行再次加工,形成更丰富和透彻的内容,再去发表期刊论文。这不仅符合期刊论文需要丰富内容的...
可以的。很多会议获奖的论文，投稿到杂志时，都是注明了文章曾获得**奖！这不算一稿两投。会议上发表的论文理论上还无法算做公开发表的文章。这就好像，发表的论文可以拿去评奖，评奖的论文也可以再拿去发表。——山东期刊采编中心 答复。（百度搜索我们）
会议论文发表方式有很多种：第一：自己写文章，自己翻译，自己找合适的会议，自己投稿，然后录用，自己注册会议。但是会议信息不是那么好找的，而且网上能够找到的会议信息都不是很权威，要投会议论文至少投个EI检索的会议稍微好些。如果找不到合适的EI会议，建议你百度搜：EI学术会议中心，里面有很多EI会议信息和发布的详细流程说明。第二：找相关机构弄，这个是当你没时间写论文或者写出论文被拒多次才用。毕竟这个方法花代价比第一条要大些。但是可以节约不少时间和精力。
建议还是不要，这样不怎么好。
如果想再发布的话要大规模修改。
当然可以，不算一稿两投，但是需要在会议论文的基础上进行再次加工，形成更丰富和透彻的内容，再去发表期刊论文。这不仅符合期刊论文需要丰富内容的特点，而且这种做法也不会被认定会自我抄袭和重复。
对于时效性很强的学科，比如计算机方向，很多学者会选择先发国际会议论文，再整理完善成期刊论文或甚至觉得没有必要而不再发表期刊论文。
稿件要求
1、题名：准确，简明，清晰，符合索引要求，中文题名一般不超过20个汉字。
2、作者单位：提供作者一，二级单位的名称及邮编。
3、摘要：以提供论文内容梗概为目的，包括：研究目的，方法，结果和结论4个基本要素，不加评论和注释，以第三人称简明，确切地记述论文的重要内容，不用＂本人，笔者，本文＂等第一人称作主语，以200至300字左右为宜。
4、关键词：是表征论文主题内容具有实质意义的词语，一般3～8个。
5、作者简介：姓名（出生年—），性别（民族——汉族可省略），籍贯，学历（学位），职称，职务，研究方向．请提供第一作者联系电话和E-mail地址。
6、参考文献：在正文中采用顺序编码制对所引的内容进行标注．参考文献中作者3人以上时，必须写齐前3人姓名，超过3人时，其后加＂，等＂。
