你说的是文学投稿还是理科要发表的文章投稿啊？我是理学的，一般投稿后编辑部会采用发邮件的方式告诉你稿件的录用情况。据我发表的文章来看，不同的期刊录用告知的时间也会不同，有的时间比较短，很迅速，大约一周多的时间就会Email 通知你。有的可能会时间长一些，需要三周到一个月的时间。
一个月了可以打电话问一下。当然如果投的是核心期刊，稿源丰富比较牛的期刊不妨再等等，因为文章外审可能会花比较长的时间，电话打过去也没用。
可用百度邮箱向期刊社发送邮件。投稿前一定要先弄清楚刊物的审稿周期，如果在审稿周期内，如果撤稿可能会导致杂志社反感，多次出现相同情况还可能导致被杂志社拉黑。初审是对于申请注册的商标，商标局审查后，认为符合商标法有关规定，予以初步审定并予以公告，称为《初审公告》，也是作为对商标申请人的通知。
需要给导师回复邮件。正常情况下,文章投稿后还是要根据杂志的级别和杂志社的效率的,基本上普通期刊三到五天就会收到回复。
所有出版机构征稿期间都有审稿时限，小说为数月，期刊类更短。在此期间，投稿人一稿多投属于不信用，因为把稿件交付一出版社就意味着与之建立临时合同，要遵守该出版社审稿期内的规定。 稿费可通过邮寄汇款或银行转帐，海外稿费主要通过邮寄。 ——某职业写手。 另外： 第三十二条 著作权人向报社、杂志社投稿的，自稿件发出之日起十五日内未收到报社通知决定刊登的，或者自稿件发出之日起三十日内未收到杂志社通知决定刊登的，可以将同一作品向其他报社、杂志社投稿。双方另有约定的除外。
期刊的稿件录用流程大体为：
作者将文章作为附件通过电子邮件投稿；
编辑对作者的文章进行初审并做出处理意见；
通过作者提供的电子邮件地址回复作者，如作者的文章被杂志社采用则同时发送电子版《用稿通知书》；如文章未被采用，也同样通知作者；
收到《用稿通知书》的作者须按照《用稿通知书》上的要求办理汇款及其他相关手续；
杂志社收到汇款后，会发送“收款确认函”给作者，并通知作者文章发表的具体时间及期数；
根据作者的要求，提供书面的《用稿通知书》、收据等证明资料；
杂志社对作者的文章进行编辑、加工及印刷；
杂志出版后，杂志社通过邮寄寄赠当期杂志给作者。
具体时间周期因期刊不同会有差别，半年到一年都属于正常现象。
核心期刊是期刊中学术水平较高的刊物，是进行刊物评价而非具体学术评价的工具。相当一批教学科研单位申请高级职称、取得博士论文答辩资格、申报科研项目、科研机构或高等院校学术水平评估等，都需要在核心期刊上发表一篇或若干篇论文。
目前国内的杂志社几乎都不会通知，只要你将稿寄出去之后，被征用了一般就会在下月中旬的时候给你邮寄稿费，如果没有被选上，不会退稿，也不会通知你，没有收到任何消息就代表投稿被拒。
spring杂志的催稿方式有：电话催稿和邮件催稿两种，一般邮件催稿使用频率比较高。注意：不管使用哪种催稿方式，需要电联或邮件给到杂志社，不建议给审稿人打催稿电话，或是发催稿邮件。

可以。1、对于那些出货量大，且使用正规通用投稿系统的期刊，事实上催不催编辑，大部分时候作用不太明显，因为发文量大的期刊，其文章处理肯定是高度流水化的，采用了正规投稿系统后，编辑（编委）的每一步都受系统的提醒，流程中出错的可能性大大降低。所以对于这种情况，只有在某个稿件状态异常长的时候，才有必要发邮件访问一下。2、催稿时先弄清楚期刊的运作模式。有些期刊是学术编委送审，有些是期刊编辑部送审，有些可能还混着来。
