期刊投稿模板不一致

不会。医学论文的格式简单来说包括标题、署名、摘要、关键词、引言、材料与方法、结果、讨论、参考文献等部分。格式不正确是个很大的问题，应该会被退稿。建议你通过创新医学网投稿，稿件的问题会有专业编辑帮你修改，就不会有问题了。

1 与期刊主题不符合

2 摘要不够吸引人

当接收到论文的时候，编辑第一眼看的是「目前该领域研究到哪里了，你的论文对这个领域的贡献在哪里」。当你没有清晰地给出这些问题的答案的时候，你的论文很可能就被Pass 了。

你想想，编辑每天收到多少投稿，尤其是影响因子稍高的杂志，哪有时间认真去找你的文章的亮点在哪里呢?

如果你的文章没有让编辑眼前一亮，或者「哇，这个研究看起来很有趣」，那么，你的论文可能就命运多舛了。

所以，笔者建议每位作者投稿之前都要认真书写摘要，准确、清晰地表达出你论文的核心内容。

3 论文的贡献不够大

有些论文写得挺好，也挺有意思的。但是论文对这个领域的贡献却没有非常直白地表现出来。

比如有些同学在写论文的时候会常写：「这个领域的研究非常少，所以我们要做这个研究」，「我的这个研究和别人的都不一样，所以我要做这个研究」。

这样的写法只写了自己论文的创新性，而没有表明自己的创新性为什么在这个领域这么重要。而这个研究创新点的重要性，反而是编辑很看重的点。

投稿期刊要求和模板不一样

一、稿约只是一本期刊对稿件的规范，按稿约格式写可减少编辑的修改，增加通过的是间。二、不同的期刊有不同的投稿方式，不一定寄纸质稿的就比在线投稿慢，具体要看期刊的审理周期。三、期刊的影响力，对期刊而言是影响引子，对读者而言是是否是所在单位学科所认可的核心期刊。

说实话，核心很难发的。

投稿格式是：稿件题目下面写作者姓名，姓名下面是内文。内文结束处，是作者的姓名、地址、电话、邮箱、QQ等信息。如果是发电子稿件，主题栏要标明，投稿加稿件题目。题目、姓名、正文之间都要有0.5行的间距。写完作文，一定要认真地，逐字逐句地看过去，不能出现一个错字、别字。也不能忽视对标点符号的审核，不能一逗到底，也不能随意使用标点。

投稿的重复率要求

一般刊物论文投稿的重复率要达到百分之30以下。论文投稿时需要检查论文的重复率，以防止学术不端行为。至于具体的重复率需要达到多少以下，还需要具体分析。一般刊物的重复率要达到百分之30以下。而有的期刊则要求会更严格，需要达到百分之15或20。不同的期刊有不同的要求，并且文科或理科的论文重复率要求也不太一样。一般来说，文科论文的重复率会更高一些。

(一)题目、署名及层次格式、文字、字数要求：

1、文稿采用A4幅面word文档;中文标题为三号黑体，如有副标题，另起一行，字体为四号宋体;正文为小四号仿宋体;英文字体为Times New Roman，标题字号为三号，字母全部大写;如有副标题，另起一行，首字母大写，正文为小四号字体;文稿应加注页码。

2、题目居中，作者署名(五号、仿宋体)及单位信息(五号、仿宋体)标在题目下，(当作者单位不同时，应用1、2……标识区别)。需做作者简介时，可在当页下方划一条横线，在横线下加说明。

3、摘要和关键词(五号、黑体)写在题目后、正文前，摘要和关键词的内容部分为五号仿宋体。

(二)文稿和图稿其它要求：

1、正确阐述技术内容。名词术语应符合国家有关标准、规范。如所采用的名词术语尚未编定时，可采用各业务部门和科研单位常用的名词术语，不要任意用简称、方言。

2、准确使用标点符号，注意：

(1)标题、图题、表名后及公式后不用标点;

3、对正文中的某些问题需加以说明时，可用“呼应注”(也叫脚注)，即在所要加注处的右上角标注“①、②……”，同时在本页末留出位置，划一横线与正文隔开，在横线下注明“①、②……”。

抬头的格式

（3)正文。正文的内容应根据具体情况来写，主要是介绍自己稿件的有关情况。一般应反映出以下几方面内容：

①表示对对方刊物、栏目的关注之情，并作出诚挚、中肯的评价，切忌措辞唐突或过分溢美之词。

②如实介绍自己的有关情况。

③写明投稿的缘由和稿件的有关情况。

④希望对方对稿件提出宝贵意见。

⑤希望对方采用稿件，并适当表达谢意。

⑥希望对方及时复信，表明是否采用稿件的明确态度。

（4)结尾。另起一行，写祝敬语，如“顺问编安＂之类。

（5)署名和日期。

写投稿信应注意事项

（1)语言要简明扼要，把有关事项交待清楚即可。

（2)对对方刊物或栏目要评价中肯、适当，不可过分赞美讨好。

（3)语气要谦逊适度，既不可以势凌人、强行登载，也不可低声下气地乞求。

（4)行文中对自己的稿件要充满自信。表达意愿时，要态度诚恳，措辞得体。
