谈英文学术论文发表和写作技巧 最近,国内几个同行和我谈及用英文发表学术论文的问题,我想借这个地方谈谈我的经验和看法。国内语言学和应用语言学的学者倾向于在国内用中文发表文章,主要是因为, 一来, 学校要求老师和研究生在核心期刊上发文章;二来,英文毕竟不是母语, 写一篇英文文章的时间可以用来写好几篇中文文章。国情如此,实在无可厚非。但近来有同行抱怨,国内的期刊大多喜欢定量研究型的文章,对于以定性研究为主(如 ethnography research, action research)的文章不是那么欢迎。我没有太多用中文发表学术论文的经验,国内学术论文发表的内情是否如此,我就不得而知了。 写学术文章、参加学术会议,其实是一种学术圈内同行的对话。用中文写,懂中文的同行能读到你的研究,很好。用英文写,懂英文的同行能读到,也不错。如果想将你的研究和全世界的同行分享的话,可能英文比较能够达到这个目的。过去几年,我发了一些英文论文,也应一些英文学术期刊 (应用语言学方面的有TESOL Quarterly, Journal of Second Language Writing, Journal of Language Learning and Technology, World Englishes)的邀请做了审稿的工作。结合我的经验,我想谈谈在英文的应用语言学期刊上发文章应该注意的几点。这种经验之谈,供有兴趣的同行参考,以共同促进我们国际学术交流的水平。 首先,论文综述的目的不仅是发现本领域目前讨论/研究过什么,什么还没有讨论过,更重要的是提出你对已有的研究的批判,以发现值得进一步研究的问题。我发现后面的一步最不容易做到了,我做学生时不容易做到,我现在指导的博士生不容易做到,我审阅的许多投稿也没有将这一步做好。 第二,在论文综述的基础上提出研究问题和研究方案。问题和方案的提出,必须是基于对以往研究 (包括内容与方法) 的批判基础上提出。 我经常发现许多论文的论文综述和后面研究问题和研究方案的提出脱节。 第三,材料的收集和分析过程一定要详细描述。无论是定性还是定量分析,要在论文综述的'基础上先提出你想观察/研究的几个方面,然后详细、具体地描述你的测量方法或分析方法。 第四,根据先前提出的几个想观察的方面,对材料一一分析。分析的过程中,可以比较和讨论前人发表的研究,通过对比, 通过引用别人的已有发现, 来了解或阐述你的新发现。材料分析和讨论的部分一定要紧紧扣住文章前面提出的研究问题,这样才能使本研究的贡献凸现出来,从而体现学术交流的精神。 说了这里,有人可能会说,这几点不是和中文学术论文的要求一样吗?其实这些就是学术文章的最基本要求,如此看来,国内的学术论文规范已经和国际接轨了。最后,说一点可能和国内很多文科学术期刊不一样的要求。 第五,文章可能要修改再投。英文期刊一般会有编辑先筛选一遍, 将研究内容和写作风格适合本刊物的文章寄给两到三个领域的同行匿名审阅。一般而言,文章一投就中的可能性很小。很多时候,编辑会综合文章审阅人的意见,让作者依审阅人的建议(往往是对上面几点做评论)一一修改后再投。这实在是好消息了,因为编辑和审稿人都认为该研究做得不错,论文的内容和写作风格基本符合该期刊的传统。作者应该根据他们的意见,将文章修改再投。如此般地修改一轮或两轮是家常便饭,千万不要放弃。 第六,反复修改,提高论文的逻辑性和表达的准确性。在论文的写作过程中,要反复修改几遍,要反复思考苛刻的读者可能会有的质难。在寄给期刊编辑部之前,一定要让你的一两个同行先“无情”地批判一番,确保没有重大的逻辑和语言表达上的问题。我发表的第一篇英文论文修改了不下十遍!现在在这方面也丝毫不敢松懈。

替你找了两篇1)关于《语言学概论》的一点学习心得《语言学概论》这本书主要介绍语言学的基础理论,了解语言的性质、功能以及它的结构。掌握语言的现状、变化以及一般的发展规律。它是一门多边缘、多层次的立体性学科。它和社会科学、自然科学、思维科学都有着紧密的联系。在交叉科学日益发展的今天,语言学显得越发重要。通过读书,以及自己原有的一些观念,我对语言现在是这样认识的:语言是一种社会现象,它是我们人类特有的。语言与我们的思维有着密切的关系。语言是最重要的交际工具。以前,一直以为语言是与生俱来的,是平常生活中看似最简单不过的现象。通过这本书的学习发现,其实不然,原来越是简单的事越是有大奥妙。说话、写文章都要遵循语法规律。从婴儿时期的呀呀学语,到长大成人规范地使用语言,在不同的场合说不同的语言,人们互相学习各种不同的语言,学习一定的语言学知识,可以更好地帮助我们理性地认识它,并且更好地掌握它,更好地为以后的学习、工作、生活服务。2)《英语语言学概论》学习心得当我第一次翻开《英语语言学概论》的教材书时,心里“咯噔”一下,真的是挺吓人的一本书,满眼都是生疏的单词,还有各种不知所云的图表。当时真的很怀疑自己这么多年的英语是不是白学了。但当我静下心,并结合历年真题试卷细细分析了一下,其实英语语言学概论中的单词只是更偏重于学术性而已,并且有很多的单词我们完全可以通过已经识记的一些词根词缀猜出大概的意思,记忆起来并不是很难。我觉得,首先,我们应该克服对于偏于学术的英语的胆怯心理,这样才能在以后的学习中更有动力在英语语言学概论这门科目的学习中,我特别推荐给我们上课的支老师和王老师主编的苏州大学出版社出版的《英语语言学概论自学指导》。这本书是对于英文教材中的重点知识用中文进行了归纳,方便我们对于课本进行更为透彻的理解。当然,这本书始终只是辅导教材,大家万万不可将其作为重点,而抛弃了英文原教材。这本书只是帮助理解、防止发生理解错误的,我们一定要勇于去阅读全英文的书,这样对于培养英语思维有非常大的益处。 下面就具体讲讲我是怎么准备英语语言学概论的考试的。 起初,对于英语语言学的知识积累不多,开始时接触的知识都是似懂非懂,没有非常切实的体会。于是我采取了一个笨方法,就是“死记硬背”。我的“死记硬背”是通过不断地重复实现的,我将刚才提到的《自学指导》的单元课后练习用铅笔做,做完后对照答案修改,错误的题目擦去,重点记忆后下次再做,再改。就在不断重复中,我不仅记住了生词,还一遍又一遍的加深了对知识的理解。现在看来,这个阶段在我的英语语言学的学习过程中起到了非常重要的基础作用。通过记忆将知识内化,之后再反复揣摩、理解,为以后的学习培养了“语言学的语感”。 在此,我想提醒一下大家,通过我的实践并向老师进行了求证,《自学指导》中的一些练习题由于是选自高校考研真题,对于我们本科段的学生而言偏难,遇到这样的题目大家不用太过沮丧或浪费太多时间,可以适当跳过。 语言学这门课真的没有什么捷径可走,有的要记忆的东西一定要保质保量的准确记忆。例如,第三章中的英语辅音和元音的分类表,是非常重要的知识点,要牢牢记住,并且很多的知识点都可以借助这两张表来掌握。 此外,我建议大家参加第二专业学历教育的课程。语言学这门课相对来说比较学术,和以前我们接受的英语教育相比有很大不同,有了老师的引导可以少走很多弯路。 最后,我有一句话和大家共勉:不要追逐成功,做到卓越,成功自然会在不经意间追上你。在语言学的学习中不要只关注考试分数,试着去体会其中的乐趣,你会发现这也是一门很有趣的课,那分数一定不会和你作对。

初中语文论文发表美食教程

去年四月在西康路三小举行的教研活动中,对二期课改四年级语文新教材的作文训练项目《味道好极了》举行了教学研究,第一次将生活中的美食引入语文写作训练。在中国,几乎每一个地方都有自己的美食,民以食为天。那天,西康路三小的曾平老师这样导入作文教学:“今天我们教室的环境布置与众不同,墙上挂的,桌上放的,电视里转播的,大家看我们来到了一个怎么样的地方呢?”在听课老师不约而同的目光中,大家走进了五彩缤纷的美食街、美食节、美食王国、美食天地 “以我喜欢的美食”组织教学,使教研活动置身于一个形象逼真的“美食天地”,各种美味佳肴比比皆是。学生兴趣盎然,课前通过影视、互联网、书籍报刊、采访剪贴等途径收集了各种美味佳肴:八宝饭、酱鸭、三黄鸡、大闸蟹、多味粥、鸡翅、汤团、葡萄干、红枣、水晶虾仁、甜羹等。同时,也启动了了听课老师的生活体验。接着执教老师在学生课前调查的基础上让大家介绍自己喜欢的美食,于是,不计其数的美食再次走进了课堂。由于抓住了现实生活的一个侧面,教师从比比皆是的美味佳肴中为学生提供了大量写作素材。调动 了学生写作积极性。刹那间,近百人济济一堂的大教室,气氛热烈。后来在研讨反思中,一位教师情不自禁地说,现在的学生吃得比我们还要精,真是见多识广,但平时大家没有好好地往习作方面引。看来,要写的,能写的,会写得太多太多,培养写作能力大有可为。 作文教学低效的问题,老生常谈。然而,啃下这块“肉”,需要寻找突破口,需要信心和勇气,更需要在一定的起点上以新课程理念来统领教学和研究。要让教研活动中示范教学的诸多环节变成新课程理念引领下的教师行为,从而使观摩的教师有所得、有所感、有所悟。 纵观我们的语文课程目标,尤其是作文,还有进一步细化的要求和可能。 执教老师审视《我喜爱的美食》的教学目标与训练内容,提出了切实有效的训练方法。于是,出示了教学目标“在选择我喜爱的美食的基础上,从色、香、味、形等方面来介绍,根据不同特点,把其中以二个方面写具体。”这样,把作文目标的文本语言通过教学予以细化,做到贴近学生、符合实际,这样,由低到高、指向清晰、循序渐进的作文教学目标和充满生活气息的习作内容互相交融,彼此渗透,我们的作文教学才能向低耗高效跨出坚实的一步。根据训练内容恰当制定具体目标,显得十分必要。这一节课选取的美食内容,从情意目标的角度,重在激发学生的写作兴趣,让他们自由选材,体验生活的乐趣。另一方面,教师又站在课程目标的高度,进入年段目标的层面,力求把课程目标细化为准确的切实有效的课时教学目标。 应该说,教师通过创造性的劳动,面对《我喜欢的豆沙汤团》《我喜欢的“永和”粢饭团》《我喜欢的虾仁炒蛋》《我喜欢的鸡蛋饼》等习作题材,研究目标细化。从课程目标的角度去展开思考,让听课教师在感知教学目标的基础上理解中年级“关心周围培养观察事物的习惯,依据生活积极展开想象和思考,使文章内容真实具体”的年段作文教学目标。 接着,重点展开三个环节:1.学生仔细观察多媒体画面上播放的诸多形象逼真的美食。重点思考:这种美食有什么特点?有选择地说说他们的色、香、味、形。2.出示范文《我喜欢的桂花汤团》等,划出反映美食特点的相关语句。3.思考我最喜欢的一种美食。 教学生写美食,并不是泛泛而写。作为新教材选定的训练内容,执教老师在教学中尝试整合新旧教材,正确处理知识和能力的关系。试图通过教学,让学生体会,“不同的美食有不同的特点,写不同特点的美食应有侧重”。这是对中年级教材依据课程目标得出的比较实在的操作化思考,在此基础上教师指导小组分工合作,每个人确定自己熟悉的一种美食,按照一定的顺序,抓住重点,介绍它的外形、颜色、滋味等。几分钟以后,学生发言踊跃热烈:“老师,爸爸带大家看到了这一幕:《尝尝鲜嫩的白斩鸡》、《请吃丰盛的八宝饭》、《美味可口的大闸蟹》、《清香甘甜的葡萄干》……各人心目中的美食一一美味佳肴接踵而来。 最后,教师以汤团和八宝饭为例,用填空和讲解的形式,指导学生写作要点,把自己喜欢的美食特点形象地口头表达,直接写作成文。在当堂习作交流中,教师告诉大家,把你写的美食介绍给大家,说出喜爱的理由。刹那间,一双双小手此起彼伏,再次把大家带入了美食世界。学生的反馈给听 课老师带来了真切的感受。 “我喜欢的是妈妈做的麻婆豆腐”,重点介绍什么?在老师的提示下,小林脱口而出:“颜色和滋味”,接着来是滔滔不绝,“妈妈做的麻婆豆腐是我家的一道名菜,进入眼帘是白白的,绿绿的。还没有送到嘴中,香气扑鼻、回味无穷。吃在嘴里,又酥又软,五香味夹杂 着辣辣的感觉,好吃极了。” 点评以后,另一位同学自告奋勇:“知道美食中的佼佼者一一南翔小笼吗?只有品尝后才会有抵挡不住的诱惑。细薄的皮子,白而透明的外表。轻轻一咬,鲜肥的汁水即刻涌入你的嘴里,红红的肉馅,鲜美的滋味,每位扑鼻的的口感好爽啊!” 接着教师和学生对肉糜烧粉丝、小龙虾、糖醋排骨、酒酿汤团的外形、颜色、滋味等一一进行了讲评,真情实感溢于言表。 由于找准了生活中的写作点,目标表述恰当、准确,操作细化,激发了学生的写作热情,调动了生活体验,带来了比较实在的教学效益。听课老师认为,从切实提高作文教学有效性的角度,此课为大家起了示范作用。这样的教研活动能够为教师日常的教学起一个引领作用。如果我们在教学中找准了指导写作的切口,就会让学生充满愉悦地去写作,真正走入“处处皆文章”的境地。事实上,小学写作训练的意图就是让学生走出狭小的作文天地,通过训练项目的拓展,去撰写更多品尝美味佳肴的习作,去尝试草拟社会调查的报告,去策划生活广告语,去撰写观察蚯蚓生存的小论文,去设计升旗仪式的演讲稿,去筛选治理河道污染的方案,去构思未来手机的新颖功能,去遐想降低城市噪音的蓝图,去规划让校园更美的图案,去设计未来教室的崭新布局……这样,写作知识和技能的指导,也变得驾轻就熟。

大煮干丝2004年5月29日,周六,电视台播出一条新闻,说是上海已经连续五天的平均气温超过22度了,标志著气象学上已经正式进入了夏天。上海的夏天并不好受,非但白天烈日当头,即使半夜也是热风习习,加之潮湿的环境,让人的感觉整天就是湿湿热热的、慵慵懒懒的。连续的高温,会让人体力不支、精神痿糜、口舌无味、食欲不振,中医上称之为疰夏。疰夏是相当常见的病症,有许多人根本不以为然,觉得既然胃口不好,就少吃点,正好可以减肥;也有些人,因为口中苦涩,便就些榨菜、酱菜等偏辣偏咸的下饭。其实,这样的想法无异饮鸠止渴;因为夏天出汗多,体力透支厉害,加之日长夜短,实际人体运动的时间和频率都较冬天要大,夏天更应注意营养的均衡与搭配。另外,虽说夏日吃点有盐份的东西,可以加快汗液的排泄,但临睡之前不宜摄入过多的盐份,否则会造成心脏、肝脏以及泌尿系统的负荷过大,有百害而无一益,俗谚“早晨盐汤比参汤,晚上盐汤赛砒礵”即是一证。大煮干丝,就是一道既清爽,又有营养的夏日佳肴。干丝,就是豆腐干丝,大煮呢,就是放在许多水里煮,这道看似容易的菜,其实并不简单,乃是维扬菜系中的看家菜,也是上海新镇江和梅龙镇的招牌菜。此菜,鲜香扑鼻,火腿和开洋的鲜味渗入到极细的豆腐干丝中,丝丝入扣,然而不见一滴油花,没有一毫豆腥,乃是脍不厌细的代表作。豆腐干,挑选的学问可大,菜场里一般有两种豆腐干,一种是淡褐色的,俗称“茶干”,另一种是白色的,俗称“香干”,这道菜要用的是香干。香干要挑形状方整有弹性,颜色洁白微黄的,而且还要闻一闻,要有豆香而无豆腥的,才是上品;甚至可以在买的时候,掰开一块看一看,质量好的香干,断面平整、均匀,而质次的香干由于混入了豆渣,或是滤得不透,断面参差不齐,一煮就烂,要不得。买来的香干看上去象是一块小香干叠在一块大香干上面,其实那是制作时候的压痕,为了做成后分割方便。香干先要切成薄片,术语叫“片”,上海话称之为“批”。批香干之前,要把“大香干”的四边切去,使之变成一块完整的立方体。批香干是件非常有趣的事,也是练刀工的绝好机会,刀也挺有讲究,最好用方的片刀,刀上可以先沾点水,或是用棉纸蘸油把刀面擦匀,这样可以防止片出的香干薄片沾在刀面上而弄破。批的时候,右手执刀,将刀横放,刀面朝上,左手按住香干,右手将刀随著砧板平行的角度切入香干,一刀到底,批出一片来。批的时候,注意刀面要始终和砧板保持平行,而且一刀就是一刀,要一气呵成,不能拖泥带水,否则批出的香干厚薄不均。以前,一直听说新锦江的特级厨师有两大绝活,其中一个就是能把香干横批十二片,另一绝活是将一块嫩豆腐切成如火柴杆大小的豆腐丝来,而且根根粗细长短一样,没有断的。后者我没有尝试,这批香干的活,我已经从一开始的批成十片到了现在可以批成十三片了。将香干片好之后,叠在一起切成丝,丝当然也是越细越好,一刀贴著一切,可以切上百来刀。这样,一片香干,就可以切出千来条干丝,因此,三四片香干便能制成满满的一碗。干丝切好后,过水待用。光有干丝还不行,还要有火腿和开洋,火腿要用上方,只用瘦肉,也要切成极细的丝(关于火腿的挑选和使用,以前说到过,不再赘述),先净待用。开洋,是将海虾煮熟后,再晒干,然去去壳制成的。好的开洋,色红而亮,闻之有腥香,尝之鲜而不涩,手摸上去,干燥又有弹性;质量差的开洋,湿而咸,有腥臭味,用手一捏即碎。开洋,各大南货店均有出售,按质论价,从十几元到上百元不等;开洋依等级、产地以及捕捞时间的不同,还有金钩、春红、秋红、鸽子脚等称法,当然,只有老饕才能分辨了。开洋上的壳,有时会没有剥尽,可以用水稍浸后剥去。这道菜的开洋有两种用法,如果追求口感的话,应该将开洋扯成丝;而要是想追求色面的话,就将开洋原只使用。大煮干丝要有去了油的鸡汤煮,汤要多,火要大,故曰“大煮”,等汤沸之后,放入干丝,稍事搅散,再放入火腿丝和开洋丝,煮一个小时,加盐即可装盆。装盆的时候,将干丝、火腿丝和开洋丝撩出沥干汤汁,放在一个小碗里以成形,然后将小碗倒扣在一个浅汤盆里,掀去小碗,在陷起汤汗淋上,待盆底汤汁有一指深即可。此菜鲜而不腻,淡雅而不落单调,若是嫌制作麻烦,也可以买厚百页,叫摊主用压面机绞成丝,便可省去片切香干之烦,只是口感稍差,另外家中若无鸡汤,可用清水代替,更显清淡。

有着五千年历史文化的古城徐州名优特产美食品种很多,资源丰富,有樊家鼋汁狗肉、小儿酥、麻片、花生糖、蜂糕、山楂条……数不胜数,但我最喜爱的要数桂花酥糖。桂花酥糖是徐州的著名特产糕点,有上千年的制作工艺了。家乡徐州的桂花酥糖包装相当讲究,为传统纸质包装,分内外两层,外层为白底红字的普通纸,内层为防潮的蜡纸包装。一包包酥糖包装成棱角分明、大小一致的长方体形状。桂花酥糖不仅外表包装讲究,内里更是制作精益求精,主要以芝麻,精面粉,蜂蜜,麦芽糖,白砂糖,南桂花等经熬糖、打糖、烘烤等十几道传统工艺精制而成,味道香甜可口,可直接食用,也可沸水冲饮,因其香气馥郁,营养滋润,有润肺、健胃、止咳的功效,是人们十分喜爱的甜食。我喜欢桂花酥糖不仅仅因为它香甜美味,更因为它还有一段美丽的传说。相传北宋年间,苏东坡任徐州知州,黄河决口,洪水直抵徐州城下,眼看就要漫过城墙,民间纷纷传言,只有一位年轻貌美的女子跳进黄河,大水才会退去。苏东坡十三岁的女儿苏姑闻讯后,焚香祷告:“只要能拯救徐州老百姓,她情愿舍身抗洪”祷毕便从城墙上纵身跳入水中,洪水慢慢退去,徐州城保全了。为了纪念苏姑,人们争相购买桂花酥糖来祭祀苏姑。“酥”者,“苏”也,这难道只是名字上的巧合吗?不信你看看酥糖的形状,每块酥糖的长宽高的形状和古代城墙砖是多么相似啊! 美味的酥糖伴着这漂亮的传说一代代相传,家乡的人们都知道:包包酥糖中包进去的是我们徐州人甜美幸福的生活。 不知道你要什么样的作文,例如:你喜欢吃饺子,为什么?要有事件,经过,明白了什么,所以喜欢吃饺子!(希望能帮你!!)
