当然要看什么地方啦，各有各的规定。你不会是靠稿费谋生吧！
发表论文的费用高低跟四个要素有关系，一个是期刊的级别，一个是论文的版面字数，还有一个论文发表的时间以及查重费用这几者构成了研究生发表论文的费用。
（一）、发表期刊的级别影响费用
1、省级期刊费用一般在600-1500元一个版面。
2、国家级期刊自己投稿费用一般在1200-2000元一个版面，如果是特殊的发表形式，比如法律或医学类型的期刊，相对会贵一些。根据不同要求去发表，价格最高的上万元甚至是更多都会有的。
3、普通学报费用在1000元左右一个版面。
4、国内核心期刊费用几千甚至上万元不等，C刊发表的费用跟期刊的类别都有很大的关系，如果你们单位指的C刊是核心的话那费用多在3-5万元不等，也有一些需要数十万元的费用。
5、一般SCI论文的版面费在1000-1500美元左右，换算成人民币的话就是7000-10000人民币左右，但是也有少数期刊的版面费非常高，达到15000元以上。而且论文还需要请专业机构润色，一般润色费用大约2000-3000元。
（二）、论文字符
论文字符数越多，所占版面越多，价格越高。这2年国家大力整顿学术界，各大杂志社纷纷整改，字符数也比原来的增加了。
1、省级、国家级刊物对论文字符数要求3000-5000字左右
2、普通学报对论文字符数要求在5000-8000
3、核心期刊对论文要求8000以上。
（三）、出刊时间影响费用
按照正常刊期发表，费用最低，加急的时间越快，费用越高。
注：出刊时间越着急越贵（很多期刊并不是说都可以进行加急，因此大家要发表论文还是需要提前进行投稿）
（四）、选择投稿方式不同，价格也不一样
自己投稿和选择代发机构帮忙投稿，价格也不同。在投稿过程中有特殊要求的话，价格也会提升。想要将发表价格控制在最低，可以选择自己投稿的方式，可以省去一部分的中间费用。
答：当然要付费。不管在什么正规的刊物上发表论文，都需要付费的。不仅是研究生，就算是博士导师、教授都是要付费的。 不过如果成功发表了，是有稿费收的。
在学术期刊上发表论文没有稿费。
当前在学术期刊上发表论文，基本都是需要收费的。只有少部分核心期刊或者其他高质量期刊有免费的期刊可发表，但一般对文章质量要求很高。

中国期刊方阵
“中国期刊方阵”的基本框架分为4个层面，形成宝塔形结构。第一个层面为“双效”期刊。以全国现有8135种期刊为基数，按10%—15%的比例选取社会效益、经济效益好的1000余种期刊，作为“中国期刊方阵”的基础。通过各省（区、市）和中央部委评比推荐产生。
第二个层面为“双百”期刊。即通过每两年一届评比产生的百种重点社科期刊、百种重点科技期刊。每届进入全国“双百”重点期刊数量控制在200种左右。
第三个层面为“双奖”期刊。是全国“双百”重点期刊基础上评选出的国家期刊奖、国家期刊奖提名奖的期刊。此类期刊约100种左右。
第四个层面为“双高”期刊，即高知名度、高学术水平的期刊。此类期刊约50种。
建设“中国期刊方阵”的运作步骤采取分级负责的形式，各省的“双效”期刊由省级新闻出版管理部门按照规定比例推荐，入选期刊必须是省、部级以上优秀期刊，或有希望成为优秀期刊者。
“双奖”和“双百”期刊通过评选产生。“双高”期刊由新闻出版总署、科技部确定，入选期刊均为国内知名品牌期刊。
根据新闻出版总署“建设‘中国期刊方阵’工作方案”的通知精神，由科技部负责组织的科技期刊的推荐评选工作已经结束。科技部于日前公布了评选结果，共评出716种科技期刊进入“中国期刊方阵”，高校期刊入选113种。
其中，高知名度、高学术水平期刊（双高期刊）40种，高校占7种；国家期刊奖、国家期刊提名奖期刊（双奖期刊）58种，高校占3种。
百种重点社科期刊、百种重点科技期刊（双百期刊）122种，高校占18种；社会效益、经济效益好的期刊（双效期刊）496种，高校占85种。《河海大学学报（自然科学版）》入选“双效期刊”。
没有，现在的期刊都是要收费发表的，因为发表论文要占据期刊那边的精力还有版面，至少要交期刊的版面费。
非核心期刊，也就是普通期刊，省级，国家级期刊，教育类期刊，都是排到6个月以后，收费的学术期刊，尚且如此。
如果一个刊物，不收费，甚至给稿费，那说明，这个刊物有国家级拨款，不差钱，可以用心提高刊物质量，所以他们对于论文的质量要求肯定很高，刊期会更长，要求更严格。
出版周期
根据期刊的出版周期可将期刊分为。
周刊，出版周期为每周一期的周末。
双周刊，出版周期为每两周一期。
旬刊，出版周期为10天。
半月刊，出版周期为15天。
月刊，出版周期为30天。
双月刊，出版周期为两个月。
季刊，出版周期为一个季度，即3个月。
半年刊，出版周期为6个月。
年刊，出版周期为1年。
