早在上世纪20年代初，萨丕尔就指出，语言是描述人类经验与对世界认识的方式，同一语言社区的成员有着共同的、系统的信仰和理念，他们决定了社区的结构，并通过语言表达出来。因此，语言与文化不是互不相干的孤立的现象，他们紧密联系在一起。当代语言观认为，语言是文化的主要载体，也是习得文化的主要途径之一，而离开了文化，也不可能正确的习得与学习语言。何谓文化?英国人类学家泰勒(1871)指出，文化是指社会成员习得的知识、信仰，艺术、道德、法律与习俗的综合体。等人则进一步将文化分成三大块：思想、产物、与行为，而其中思想起着决定性作用。3由此可见。英语语言本身就承载着思想道德的内容。学习英语语言的过程，同时也是从另一个角度接受德育教育的过程。
二、高中英语课程中的德育功能
要开发和实现高中英语课程中的德育功能，首先要澄清德育教育的内容是什么。道德是一个人对人、事、物及其关系的基本观点，态度，情感及行为表现。4在人与人(他人与群体)之间，主体我(I)与客体我(me)之间，人与动物、人与自然、人与工作、人与神之间都存在道德关系。5从1997年3月正式开始实施的“全球生活价值教育项目”(Living Values Educa-tional Project)所提出的核心德目对我们的德育教育应该具有启示和指导作用，它们是：合作、自由、幸福、诚实、谦卑、爱心、和平、尊重、责任、朴素、容忍、团结。
教育部干2003年颁布的《普通高中英语课程标准(试验)》对英语的课程性质作了如下规定：“英语课程的学习，既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言实际运用能力的过程，又是他们磨练意志、陶冶情操、拓展事业、丰富生活经历，开发个性和提高人文素养的过程。”这其中显然包含了思想道德教育的内容。相应的，《课程标准》将“培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观”等作为英语课程的任务之一。
我们现行高中英语教材是高中英语教学的媒介物，是经过筛选的学习资料，这些材料本身就蕴含有丰富的德育功能。以人教版全日制普通高级中学教科书(必修)英语第二册(上)为例：该书包括10个主题单元的内容，这10个主题分别涉及到了辩学、自然、文学、艺术、文化、生活、环保等领域，为学生提供了相关方面的一些知识，同时也为他们深入思考人类与这些事物之间的道德关系提供了很好的平台。比如第一单元的阅读文章No:Boundaries给学生简要介绍了Stephen Hawking，学生可以在学习掌握英语语言知识的同时，了解Hawking顽强的奋斗史，从而去追问顽强、信念、意志、责任之于生命的意义，去探求自由、幸福的哲学意义。
三、英语教学与道德教育情境的创设
如前所述，英语作为一门学科，其本身即承载和蕴含有丰富的德育功能。但这些德育动能需要教师有意识的创设一定的教育情境。情景是道德教育中重要而有意义的组成部分，情景不同，所产生的学习方式不同，其学习结果和效果也不同。
(一)课堂教学与虚拟道德情景
课堂教学就可以提供一种道德教育情境。以扎实高效的认知法(the cognitive approach)为例，其步骤一般是这样的：1、复习导入。讲解新词;2，讲解语法;3、语法练习;4、讲授新课，并展小组活动。逐句讨论课文内容与意义。教师总结;5、回到课文，听录音，学生就课文内容提问。如此，尤其是在开展第4和第5步骤的过程中，学生在老师有意识的引导下，在阅读材料和课堂所提供的虚拟情境中，即可获得一定的道德认知。但认知并非道德教育的全部，道德情感、道德意志和道德行动亦是道德教育非常重要的组成部分，毕竟，“人是做成的而并非生就的”。对于虚拟情境中的个体来讲，他的所作所为只是他的一种意象，并不能保证其在真实情最能够达到道德知、情、意、行的统一。
(二)课堂教学与真实道德情景
课堂教学中的真实情境最主要的是课堂人际交往中发生的各种场景，包括师生交往、生生交往等。这种情境因为过去一直没有受到教师教育意识的足够关注，教师和学生往往会在这种情境中展示出自己最自然本真的一面，因而它所体现的道德更多的是直觉性和习惯化的行为，因此也就更加利于师生之间进行更加有效的道德观察、道德评价和道德教育。当然，这要求教师在课堂教学中注意采用一些鼓励课堂人际交往的教学方法，如交际法，提示法、社区式语言学习法、整体教学法，任务型语言教学法、合作型学习等，并在教学开展的过程中有意识的关注自己和学生在课堂交往时的道德行为和表现，及时给予评价或鼓励。
需要说明的是，在道德教育的过程中——无论是虚拟情境抑或真实情境中，应鼓励学生在对话与协商中提升其道德判断和行为抉择的能力。为了保证师生、生生之间对话与协商的有效，在课堂交往中教师应注意有关言说与倾听有关的问题。在这里，哈贝马斯()所界定的理想言说的四个条件或许会有帮助：言说内容的真实性;言说行动的适当性，言说者意向的真诚性，言说含义的可领会性。至于倾听，教师则应注意避免“不倾听”、“不健全倾听”、“虚假倾听”、“拒绝倾听”、“批发式倾听”和“同情式倾听”等几种情况和倾向。
当然，德育教育绝非仅由教师和课堂教育教学就能完成，它需要政府、社会、学校、社区，家长和受教育者本人的共同努力。本研究仅希望能够对广大同行在相关方面的课堂教学提供一些思考。

要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我做了下面的工作:课前准备,备好课。
①认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充哪些资料,怎样才能教好。
②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、 方法 、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防 措施 。

2.让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、 文化 教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。
3.体裁多样化。包括 说明文 、 记叙文 、 议论文 、应用文等 。
4.让其了解阅读理解的主要题型 。
5.掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧。 一般来说,对记叙文注意5w和1h;对描述文注意主要情节,对说明文或论证文要注意主旨句。

高中英语教研组现有英语教师21人，本期在岗人员18人。多年来，我们始终坚持以教学为中心，强化管理。进一步规范教学行为，并力求常规与创新的有机结合，促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的形成。全体老师敬业爱岗、博爱学生、教育得法，以高尚的师德和严谨的治学态度赢得了学生的认可尊敬，从而提高学生对 英语学习 的兴趣，历年高考成绩在市高考中名列第一。
高考又再创辉煌，高一、高二、高三参加市英语统考，英语成绩均达到市教科所教学成绩突出标准，被学校核准上报市教科所。获教学质量优秀奖，本期校级英语教案检查中，我组教师均获全优，全组有95%老师获教学满意度调查100%的满意，教育、教学工作深受学生喜欢。本期召开教学、公开课、研讨课、观摩课5次，听课达90余次，发表教学论文10余篇，教研会8次，备课组活动6次。石增建老师被评为“四川省师德标兵”，文佳秀老师被选为省妇女代表，石冕和石增建老师通过3年的省级骨干教师培训，获省级英语骨干教师称号，林凯、罗志玲、谢重波被评为校级优秀教师，下面对本期工作作个简要回顾：
教育教学改革、素质教育的实施和教育现代化工程的推进，英语教师在教育思想、教学方式、教学手段等方面已有了“求变”的意识、渴望和尝试，但大多处在萌芽阶段、探索阶段，英语教师积极投身课程改革，获得一些宝贵 经验 ，通过教学研讨、英语教师集体互帮备课，把握课改脉搏。以实现“四个结合”为最终目标，即：与新一轮课程改革相结合;与全面实施素质教育相结合;与学校实际相结合;与教育教学管理相结合。英语是一个走在教改前头的科目，内容的更新和方法的改革使教师需要自己去创新，在尝试中成长。教师以课堂教学为中心，努力落实新课程标准，渗透新教材倡导的课改思想。努力优化课堂教学设计和养成好的课堂常规。
转化“学困生”，是学校的工作重点，也是摆在英语教师面前最严峻的问题，“学困生”在英语学科中的人数是最多的。为了转化“学困生”，每位老师都做了大量的工作。在做这项工作时，我们意识到：转化“学困生”光靠老师盲目地补、学生盲目的学是不可能收到实效的，到头来只会白白浪费老师的时间和给学生造成更大的学习压力，如何在短时间内有效地捉高他们的成绩呢?经过英语教师的共同探索和实践，我们也总结出几条经验，即：1、及时鼓励学生，运用“赏识教育”培养学生学习的自信心;2、运用形象、直观的教学方法帮助学生记忆单词。比如学习单词eye时，两个e分别代表两只眼睛，一个y代表中间的鼻子，合起来就是眼睛这个单词。3、从“学困生”的实际知识水平出发，给学生编出几套“阶梯式”的习题，层层递进，使他们体验到成功的快乐。4、帮助学生掌握正确的 学习方法 ，养成良好的学习习惯。经过我们的努力，转化“学困生”工作也确实收到了实效。
以往因为英语老师们的工作量较大，所教的班级相对来说比较多，这个学期，我们更加重视了批改工作，学生的作业几乎天天批，课内的练习题尽量面批，要求学生“有错必改”。在批改中，我们可以及时发现学生在学习的过程中普遍存在的问题，可以及时发现自己在教学中需要改进的地方，及时调节自己的教学方法，重新制定教学目标，真正做到“有的放矢”。
如何促进教师快速成长，有效提高教学质量是迫在眉睫的问题。事实证明，切实有效地开展集体备课是解决这个问题的最佳途径。各备课组在固定的时间(每周二下午)和地点进行商议。在集体商议的基础上，形成统一的、系统的教案和学案。教案和学案中要体现学生的主体性，以师生互动的形式撰写教案，教案中重在突出教师的教和学生的学。重视教学过程的 反思 ，每节课后教师都认真地反思教学过程，及时地把教学中点点滴滴的感受写下来，从深层次上去考虑自己的教学工作，写出有质量的教学反思和二备。
课堂教学是学校所有的重中之重，它的质量高低直接决定了本 教学的声誉甚至是学校工作的成败。提高课堂教学的质量最基本的方面就是要重视抓好常规教学。同一年级要求教学进度统一，内容要求统一，重点难点统一，作业练习统一;在课堂教学过程中坚持备课、上课、作业批改、课后辅导、成绩考核、计划总结。处理好教材的局部与全局、新与旧、难与易、重点与非重点、知识能力五个方面的关系，加强重点与难点的研究讨论。在实际的授课过程中，把课堂教学的目标从传统的知识传授转变到实际能力的培养，要着重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力;课堂教学的内容从重视学科体系为主的基础知识转变到既要重视基础知识的学习，又要实现课堂教学对学生的全面影响上;课堂教学的模式要从传统的单项传输模式转变为启发式和讨论式的教学模式上;课堂调节手段要从传统的教师权威控制转变到以实现课堂教学目标的要求为导向上来。
1、在听课过程中发现部分教师的基本功不够扎实，新课改理念贯彻不够，应加大对教师业务和理论的培训，并组织一定的活动予以检查。
2、个别教师对教研活动不积极，思想工作较难做。有的只为提高教学质量和升学率，不重视开展英语活动，使英语教师的既定计划流于形式。
3、作为教研组长虽然时常反思自己的教学工作和方法，但仍有很多不足。今后有待于进一步加强，力求更加完美。

20__届高三学生 毕业 后，按照领导的安排，我到了高二一级部英语组工作。担任三个教学班的英语课教学工作。担子重，身体累，心里更累。唯恐哪项工作做的不能让领导满意，对不起学生。一学期终于结束了。下面简单地回顾一下开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。
2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。
3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。
4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。发展学生自主学习的能力，培养学生自主学习的习惯。
二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

我是来自于第二中学的一名英语教师，现任初一年级四班班主任，英语教研组组长。十几年来，我只是尽了一名教师应尽的义务，但党和人民却给了我很高的荣誉。近三年来，我先后被授予省级骨干教师，市级先进工作者、先进个人，市英语学科带头人，县级优秀教师等光荣称号。这些荣誉的取得，是和领导的帮助、同志们的支持分不开的，也是我多年忠诚于党的教育事业、争做新时期科研型与创造型教师、勤奋工作的结果。
爱心—育德
年我担任初一年级班主任时，通过开学前连续一个月的家访，我了解到班上名学生中，竟有名来自单亲家庭，还有名学生的父母正在闹离婚。家庭的变故使这些学生或疏于管教，或心情忧郁，甚至有的自暴自弃，在学业、心理、品行等方面都较其他学生更易出现问题。
有一次，一个平日少言寡语的学生来到学校，见到我就放声大哭，原来今天是她的生日，但她的继母送给她的“生日礼物”却是一记耳光。孩子的眼泪和哭诉，让我心痛不已。于是放学后，我为她补办了生日，买来了 蛋糕 、水果和生日蜡烛，让同学们为她唱起了生日歌。从此，那些特殊家庭的孩子们的生日就记在了我的心里。每逢他们的生日，我就请他们到家里包饺子、 炒菜 ，为他们庆祝。就在许多与这类似的点滴小事中，孩子们渐渐对我产生了亲近与依赖之情，有了心里话也向我诉说，因为喜欢我开始喜欢上学习，我的教育，他们也比较信服、听从。
为了做好单亲学生的教育工作，我还把工作做到了学生的家里，甚至家长的单位里。有一个学生的父母三进法院要离婚，我多次家访做他们的工作，最后终于让他们握手言和。这个学生的父亲说，“您是我儿子的班主任，也是我的老师，是您使我明白了如何做一个有责任感的丈夫和父亲。”另一个学生的父母离异后，还经常为孩子教育问题吵闹，在孩子的建议下，他们找到了我，经过深入细致的工作，使他们第一次平心静气地坐在一起交流教育儿子的方法。

为推进英语新教程的实施，几年来，我始终认真学习党的教育方针和教育理论，积极投身教学改革，更新教育观念，在英语教学中不断尝试运用“精讲精练”教学策略，形成激趣~导学式教学，解决英语教育教学中的难点： 即用精练的语言，准确地揭示教学内容的本质特征和知识间的内在联系，教给学生认识规律和解决问题的方法，以便在课内留出足够的时间，让学生进行语言实践活动和完成老师布置的适量的作业;正确处理语言和言语的辨证关系，让学生即通过言语学语言，又利用语言学言语，如此相互推进，直到自觉地、完善地掌握外语;揭示措施与效果之间的通道，从被教对象的角度，使教案设计得最巧妙，语言最精炼，寻求点→线→面教学效果的有效途径;畅通信息交流网络，优化外语教学中师生之间的双边活动，使它们互相影响，彼此依存，从不同的侧面共同作用于教学过程;精选少而精的例题、习题，指导学生通过多种途径进行主动性训练活动，深入理解知识，掌握技能技巧，发展智力，提高能力。辛勤的汗水培育出了较为丰硕的果实。综观近三年来的实践，我所指导的学生在全国英语能力竞赛中取得了一定的成绩.同时，我与英语教研组全体教师共同努力，落实教学常规，坚持做到细备课、常听课、常评课，抓好教学研究，提高课堂教学质量，连续几年我校在全县英语中考成绩都名列前茅，被授予“市三星级英语教研组”的光荣称号。

高中英语教学心得5
(一)学情分析
我校是一所创建时间不长的三星级高中，招收的学生大多是全区20__名之后的学生，本届学生中考录取线为563分，640分以上的学生只有5人。本届高三经过调整有17个班(包括两个艺术班)，10个普通班，5个实验班。学生进入高三时英语学习状况并不理想，期初学清调研考试也暴露出很多问题，如基础知识不扎实，语言运用能力差，阅读与完形的失分现象普遍，书面表达得分低、能力差，并且存在通篇简单句甚至是汉式英语堆砌的现象。所以从高三一开始，我们就认真分析学情，从基础抓起，一步一个脚印，直到本次一模考试，才见到不少学生开始有明显的进步。
(二)经验总结
1.发挥备课组集体智慧
我们学校高三语数外实行双备课组长制度，有上届高三留任老师和高二升高三老师共同担任。两者互补、互商，分工协作。我们深知一个有战斗力的备课组一定要有凝聚力，所以全组成员一开始就达成共识，不单打独斗，一定要齐心协力，团结合作。我们不让集体备课流于形式，坚持每周的集体研讨，从模块重点语言知识的确立到练习的筛选无不经过大家讨论得出;坚持每隔一周分专题开课，在上学期我们分别开了单选策略、完形填空、阅读理解、任务型阅读以及书面表达等数个专题;我们还推行组内“同课异构”活动，全组听课，认真点评得失，同时安排调整好下阶段的教学。备课组做到分层统一进度、导学案及练习，并且划分任务落实到人头，认真审核不走过场。
2.脚踏实地抓实基础
1)培养学生良好习惯
我们要求每个学生要有错题本，每次训练之后，我们依据读卡正答率筛选易错题，坚持每两周一次错题再考，帮助学生及时复习、归纳考点。要求学生做到做过的题目力争不错，并能举一反三;坚持每周3-4次的听力训练，学校统一播放，老师下班指导。同时要求学生有 作文 积累本，并且借鉴了启东兄弟学校的作文纸模式，要求学生必须学会列提纲打草稿，杜绝盲目下笔就写，边写边涂的不良习惯。有的班级还根据实际情况让学生练习书写，加强书写习惯的培养。我们从基础和点滴抓起，不放过任何一个大小写，尽量让能做的题少丢分、不丢分。
2)着眼高考有序教学
我们备课组的全体老师能够认真研读考试说明，立足高考题型、知识体系开展教学任务。
我们针对本届学生的认知水平和特点，对九、十模块教材内容进行了重组整合。高三新授课以阅读为主，帮助学生分析篇章结构、主旨大意、作者写作意图等，培养学生分析、理解及解决问题的能力。针对高考词汇及语言点的教学，更注重以旧带新，归纳总结，即除了讲解新词汇及语言点的用法外，还总结之前学过的相同或类似的表达法。根据《高考3500词汇》，把词汇复习穿插在高三新课教学之中，以加大对词汇检查的力度，并坚持几乎每天听写，有默必批，有批必评。我们分工把词汇手册按50个词一组打印默写纸，并且250个一组循环重默，帮助学生克服遗忘，记住词汇，尽最大努力夯实学生基础。
我们在上学期完成了所有语法项目的复习。做到点点清，点线面结合，并在平时的练习中反复巩固。但是部分学生依然掌握不好，在做题时张冠李戴，下学期将继续穿插语法训练，特别是长题干的语法题型，帮助其提升能力。
上学期我们完成了模块一、二的复习，我们使用“3+2”材料进行基础语言点的复习，配合英语周报进行巩固训练。而且坚持每个模块语言知识点的背诵默写，由老师专人负责出检测试卷。同时各班级依据学校的小组合作学习要求，进行组内互助，互相检测监督。
3)坚持策略复习
A.守住阅读，促进学生综合能力的提升。在整个复习过程中我们始终把培养学生的阅读能力放在重要的位置，以其来丰富学生的背景知识，带动其它能力的发展。我们除了平时的练习训练之外，还使用了《赢在阅读》，上学期基本完成近40份训练。同时每周安排一节限时阅读训练课。坚持知识与能力同步进行，通过归纳使学生的知识系统化，促进学生迁移能力的发展，同时活化学生所学知识，使学生能在不同的情境中运用所学知识。
B.认真选题，把好学生训练的质量关。我们以最近3年各地高考试题及模拟试题为主，让学生在应试能力训练的过程中加强对高中阶段所学语言知识的巩固，提高学生的应试技能。在高三复习阶段，时间很有限。我们提倡精讲精练，限时完成，保证质量。针对我们的学生自主学习能力较差的现象，我们高三双休放假时的周练由课代表周日晚自习发放，班主任看班监考，杜绝抄袭，保证练习效率。我们认为，与其让学生敷衍10套卷，还不如认认真真完成一套卷。基础差的学生更不能陷入“题海战术”，因为他们解题慢，时间更宝贵。
C.有效反馈，试题评讲有针对。我们高三备课组有专门的读卡机。使得我们全面掌握学生的答题情况，可以针对每个学生错题类型进行归纳，评讲可以结合正答率，更可以精确到人，避免做课堂的无用功。同时在找学生谈话面批时能够一针见血地点明问题。
D.立足课堂，抓住45分钟。我们尽量让学生在课堂45钟多读多背。知识点反复讲，反复练。加大知识的复现率，让学生对重点知识能烂熟于心。不以老师讲了多少次，而以学生是否真正懂了来衡量教学效果。同时利用晨读早读，明确每日诵读任务，及时默写反馈。
针对不少学生基础薄弱，学习信心不足的问题，我们在复习的过程中注重学生非智力因素的作用，及时进行训练效果的反馈，对学生点滴的进步都及时给予表扬与鼓励，强化学生复习的成就感，保证了学生学习的主动性。

一年来，英语教研组在学校领导的关心、指导下，以MS-EEPO有效教育新课程改革为指导思想，以深化课堂教学为重点，积极开展教学理论学习和课堂教育教学改革，认真学习《新课程标准》，转变教育教学观念，努力提高英语教学成绩，努力实现让每个学生在原有的基础上都能得到发展的目标。我们一直朝着以下几个方面努力，并取得了一定的成绩。但也有一些值得思考的、改进的地方，现总结如下：
1、加强学习，提高教师职业道德和教学水平。
苏霍姆斯基曾说过：“要给学生一杯水，教师需要一桶水。”因此教师必须是个终身的学习者。我组教师 爱岗敬业 ，在认真做好本职工作的同时，积极参加各类进修，高层次学历培训等。我们身在农村，外出学习的机会很少，但我们千方百计地为自己创造条件，积极参加课改联盟会和现场会，充分利用学校提供的网络资源，寻求学习深造的机会。
2、严格教学常规，提高课堂教学效率。
(1)我们每学期的教学常规检查至少四次，并把检查结果和考核等挂钩。对学生的作业要求认真批改，做到作业有布置，就有批改，就有反馈。我们在设计和布置作业时，考虑学生的接受能力，有针对性的分层次布置学生作业，并及时的收交和批改
(2)我们积极参加集体备课，做到资源共享;批试卷采用流水的方法等。
(3)每一个教师都认真备好课，对教学内容，学生及课堂安排了如指掌的情况下再走进教室，课后有反思。
(4)七、 八年级 教学要体现课改思想，切实做到面向全体学生，坚持“低起点，稳步走，严要求，多指导”的原则，激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣和学习热情，使学生养成良好的学习习惯。正因为课前准备充分，课堂效率较高，在期末考试中，原来我们学校英语成绩一直以来处在倒数的位置，这两年来，我校英语成绩处于中等。
(5)我们虚心求教、取长补短，组里成员之间互相听课每学期都在15节以上，而且课后，我们还开展评课活动，学习 其它 老师优秀的地方，指出不足之处，并记录。
3、以教研为切口，提高教师的教研能力。
(1)每学期的教研计划都经过全组教师的郑重讨论，确定全组教师认可的切实可行的工作目标和具体任务。
(2)在本组的教研计划订好后，各个教师又根据自身情况，制定了自己的教学教研计划。
(3)我组教研活动更是坚持不懈地搞，每一次教研活动都充分准备，讲究实效，不摆空架子。
(4)积极参加各级各类教学科研交流活动，外出学习交流后，要在组内汇报、介绍和讨论。
4、加强 学习方法 指导，培养学生良好的学习习惯。
为了让学生能够科学的安排 学习计划 ，养成良好的学习习惯，能够有效的控制学生学习中的不利因素，能够有效的提高学生的学习效率，我们主要做两项工作：
(1)预习：我们引导学生提前预习，通过预习，做好课堂的知识准备，思想准备和物质准备，让学生带着思考进入课堂;让学生在课堂上能够轻松解决预习中存在的疑问。
(2)自习：明确学习任务，学生要养成“大声地读，用心地记，细心地领会”的读书习惯，积极认真的完成学习任务，并养成自主学习和合作探究的学习方法。
5、存在问题
当然，与其他教研组相比起来，我们还有很多不足和困惑。
(1)我组青年教师较多，教学上虽能独当一面，但都还不够成熟，教学经验还有待丰富，教学能力还有待提升。
(2)由于我校处于农村边远山区，大部分家长外出打工，学生基础比较薄弱，农村初中起始阶段英语教学的问题;
(3)课件的制作水平有待提高，课件的使用率还不是很高。今后我们应在这方面加强检查和督促。
