英语专业本科毕业论文写作规范

本科毕业论文是实现本科培养目标的重要教学环节。毕业论文的写作是对学生综合素质的检验,它既是检测学生综合运用所学的基础理论、专业知识和基本技能进行科学研究、理论思考与实践设计能力的重要手段,也是对他们进行初步的科研训练,掌握基本的科研方法,培养学生观察问题、分析问题和解决问题能力的重要过程。本科毕业论文是学院教学档案的重要组成部分,为了进一步做好本科生毕业论文工作,加强本科毕业论文的规范管理,结合我院实际,特制定本写作规范。

一、毕业论文总要求

本科毕业论文要求学生在掌握本专业的基础理论、专门知识和基本技能的基础上,通过查阅相关资料,有条理、有逻辑地观察问题、分析问题和解决问题。论文要求观点鲜明、论据充分、论证有力、逻辑性强、条理清楚、文字正确通顺、格式规范。同时,论文鼓励学生进行思维与观念上的`创新,培养学生的创新能力,鼓励学生发表新见解;论文应该科学合理地利用资料,严禁抄袭或剽窃他人的作品(具体要求见《四川外语学院成都学院本科生毕业论文撰写条例(暂行)》)。

二、毕业论文打印格式

(一)纸型:A4纸型,除封面外,全部双面打印。

(二)页码:页码从正文第二页开始打印(首页不显示),放在页面的底端,采用“页面底端居中”的格式。

(三)字体:用汉语撰写的论文统一采用“宋体”,用英语、法语、俄语、德语、西班牙语撰写的论文采用“时代新罗马(Times New Roman)”字体,用日语撰写的论文采用“明朝体”。

(四)字号:论文正文的字号用“小四”,章节标题用“四号”加粗。

(五)页边距:采用Windows XP默认页边距:上厘米,下厘米,左厘米,右厘米。

(六)装订线:左边1厘米。

(七)行数:每页44行。

(八)页眉页脚:页眉厘米,页脚厘米。

(九)行距:论文全文采用倍行距。

(十)对齐方式:论文正文采用“两端对齐”的方式,标题或副标题采用“居中”的方式。

三、论文组成部分

本科生的毕业论文应该包括以下部分,字数在3000-4000之间:

第一部分:论文封面页(Cover Page)

第二部分:论文题目页(Title Page)

第三部分:论文目录页(Outline Page)

第四部分:论文正文(Body)

第五部分:论文尾注(Endnotes)

第六部分:论文参考书目(Bibliography)

四、毕业论文装订

(一)毕业论文的装订顺序应为:论文封面页、论文题目页、论文目录页、论文正文、论文尾注、论文参考书目。

(二)毕业论文装订份数总计3份,1份用于存档,另2份用于论文评阅与答辩(答辩时学生使用的论文自备,不需装订)。

五、论文各组成部分的写作规范

(一)论文封面页

论文封面页采用学院统一的封面格式,内容包括毕业论文题目(中外文)、系别、专业、年级、学生姓名、指导教师及论文结稿日期。

(二)论文题目页

1.论文题目页应该用外语(非外语专业用中文)撰写。

2.论文题目页包括论文的标题、摘要(约200字左右)以及关键词(3-5个)。

3.论文标题与摘要,英文单词“Abstract”与摘要正文,摘要正文与关键词之间均空一行。

4.摘要正文各自然段首行空5个字符。

在小学英语教学中,记好单词是学好英语的基础,多数小学生英语学习掉队,重要的原因是没能过好单词关,他们认为,记忆单词特别伤神费力,没有恒心去记去背。在这方面,老师应正确引导,利用各种方法去打开学生智慧之门,只有掌握了正确的学习方法,才能使学生在记忆单词的方面达到事半功倍的效果。1.采用直观教学,利用感官创设情景去记忆单词 用实物来记忆单词。在我们的教室里和学生的书包里都有我们记忆单词的很多实物,如blackboard,wall,window,picture,pencil-box,bag,ruler等,教师教学时可边指向这些实物或出示实物让学生大声的跟读并准确的指出来,当他们会指认的同时就会有成功的喜悦感,并大大地调动了他们学习英语的兴趣。再比如学习词汇potato,tomato,pear,banana等单词时,带上一个土豆、一个西红柿、一个梨、一只香蕉来到课堂上,这远比你单纯、枯燥地教这些单词要好得多,学生因为实物的吸引,而自觉的去学读这些单词,在会认读之后,自然而然地就去记忆这些单词了。 利用图片来记忆单词。平时教师注意收集一些有关生词的图片,并在图片背面贴上这个图片的英文单词和它的音标,让学生看图片学读单词,拼读音标,在记熟单词的发音之后,再根据图片认读和记忆单词,这样能有效地刺激他们大脑的皮层组织,达到记忆的效果。 利用简笔画来记忆单词。简笔画,它形象而直观,是用最简单的线条勾勒出的图画,它既带给了学生乐趣,又让学生学会了单词,取得了一举两得的效果,同时极大地刺激了学生的学习兴趣,从而提高了记忆单词的效果。 利用猜谜语的形式来学习记忆单词。谜语可以培养和提高学生用英语思维的习惯和能力,而且有利于启迪他们的心智,锻炼联想和思考的能力。在教学中对于一些英语单词的教学也可采用猜谜的方式来进行。如在学vegetable(蔬菜)这一单词时,可让学生先猜:“Whattableisinthefield?”在学习map这一单词时,还可以让学生猜测:Ihavecitiesbutnohouses,forestsbutnotrees,?然后再出示地图的图片。 利用单词的趣味性来记忆单词。如Interesting(有趣的),请这样记:有个魔术师名叫Int,他的表演妙趣横生。请看:他在名字Int后加比较级—er,再加最高级—est,再加现在分词—ing,即int→inter→interest→interesting,真“有趣”!比如“pest”这个词,中文意思是“害虫”,害虫就应该“拍死它”,拍死它正好和pest读音相似;再如英文pour和pat,中文意思分别是“泼”和“拍、打”之意,也正好和它们的读音相近。再如news这个词当“消息”讲时,消息来自东南西北,news这个词分别取自north,east,west,south这四个词的第一个字母。再比如quite与quiet请这样记:quite意为“很,十分”,若将末尾的e安进(静)中间去,就quiet(安静)了。把复杂的单词经过趣味性的一说,形象生动的描述,学生就会很容易的记住这些词了。 利用小游戏来记忆生词。比如记新单词或复习单词可以通过“接龙拼词”游戏来进行。参加游戏者是每组的同学,教师先给出每组第一个单词,被叫上台的同学依次写出一个单词,要求所写出的单词的第一个字母必须是前面单词的最后一个字母,如某个单词词尾是不发音的E,则用E前面的字母接写。如第一个同学写出了ten,第二个同学接写name,第三个同学写month,第四个同学就接hear,第五位接red等等,一直接下去,看哪组同学写的单词又快又多,多的那一组胜出,那时会的同学异常兴奋,争先恐后的冲上去,教室里充满了愉快的笑声,寓教育于娱乐之中。再如“找帮手”活动,教师说出一个英语单词,让学生说出词义和拼写单词,若不能正确回答,则可找一个“帮手”,帮手解决问题后,原先的学生仍然要再回答一个新的生词,答对后方可入座,这样既能吸引学生的注意力,又能帮助大家达到共同记忆单词的效果。2.掌握规律,运用多种方法,寻求技巧,过好单词关 根据音标、拼读规则和字母组合的发音来记忆单词。在初学阶段,教给学生一定的语音知识和拼读规则,并把一些字母或字母组合在开、闭音节中等情况下的读音规则全记下来,到时就会大大减少知道读音不会写或看到生词不会读的情况。如international(国际的)inter-中的i与n一起一般发[in],ter发[t?];——nation—中的a发[?]是需特别记忆的;tion一般发[??n];最后凭经验判断重音在后,次重音在前,便可拼读出[?ínt?′n???nl]。反之,看见音标便可拼出international。 根据同义、近义词记忆单词。在初中阶段学生所学的词汇量中,有很多同义、近义的词汇,我们可把它们一起归纳起来进行区分和记忆,如(also,too,either,aswell)都是“也”的意思,(say,talk,speak,tell)都有“说”之意,(beside,except)都有“除、、、、、、之外”的意思。还有(take,pay,spend,cost)都有“花费”之意,以及(get,reach,arrive)都有“到达”之意等等。把这些词归纳在一起进行讲解、对比,学生就很容易记住了。 根据反义词来记忆单词。long—short,white—black,come—go,young—old,big—small,heavy—light,left—right,take—bring等。 根据同音异义词记忆单词。在单词的学习中,我们会发现有一些单词发音相同,但汉语意思不同,这便是同音异义词。如:meet与meat;too与two;see与sea;son与sun;right与write等。对于这些词,教师要告诉学生在记忆时一定要注意区分它们的词形和词义,以免在运用中产生混淆。总之,要过好单词这一关,除了掌握以上的方法之外,还要注意及时的背诵与复习,复习是同遗忘作斗争的最好手段,只有通过不断的记忆与复习,你才能最大限度地扩充你的词汇量,为提高你的英语阅读能力打下基础。

Based on the CET 4 and CET6 compositions extracted from the CLEC,the study aimsto reveal the relationship between the linguistic features and the writing quality by meansof the advanced software,namely Lexical Frequency Profile, and L2Syntactic Complexity Analyzer for the analysis of vocabulary, syntax and textual cohesion.

This study will be of great value mainly for the following two aspects:Firstly, theoretically speaking, the study is going to offer guidance and reference forthe teaching methodology of L2 writing. The study reveals the contribution of lexicaldiversity, syntactic complexity, textual cohesion to writing quality, reflects the mostdecisive factor of the writing quality and analyzes the mutual relationship between thelexical diversity and quality of writing, the syntactic complexity and quality of writing aswell as the textual cohesion and quality of writing. Hopefully, this research will shedsome light on the instruction of CET 4 and 6 writing and provide practical , practically speaking, the study demonstrates a new direction for thedevelopment of automatic assessment of the writing.

The study is to be carried out bothby means of software and labor work to comprehensively examine more than 28variables that might have an impact on writing quality and build the relation modelbetween these related variables and writing scores.
