数控摇臂钻床电气控制系统设计Numerical control beam drill electricity control system design 摘要abstarct摇臂钻床作为钻床的一种其操作方便、灵活,适用范围广,具有典型性,特别适用于单件或批量生产带有多孔大型零件的孔加工,是一般机械加工车间常见的机床。但现在市面上的数控摇臂钻床仅仅是半数控,并没有实现全数控化。基于以上原因本论文决定对数控摇臂钻床及其电气控制系统进行开发研究工作。Beam drill handles convenient , nimble as one kind of whose of drill machine , the applicability has broadly, typicalness, applying to a stick specially or mass-producing as well as hole treating having large-scale porous part, is a common machine tool of general jobbing shop. Owing to all above cause, the thesis decides the job carrying out developmental research on numerical control beam drill and their electricity navar. 本论文设计使用艾默生EC20H PLC控制四台伺服电机(含伺服驱动器),实现摇臂钻床的摇臂升降、摇臂旋转、主轴箱滑动、主轴进给四个轴向的动作,PLC同时控制一台变频电机(含变频器)实现机床的主运动即主轴的旋转运动。并且配一个触摸屏与PLC通过RS232接口MODBUS协议相连,实现对整个数控机床运行状态的控制和监控。本论文详细介绍了数控摇臂钻床电气控制系统的硬件和软件设计。The thesis designs that PLC controls four servo electric motors (contain servo drive) using Aimosheng EC20H , the rocker arm realizing beam drill goes up and down , the rocker arm rotates , the main spindle box slides , the chief axis moves forward to give axial four action , PLCs the motion controlling one frequency conversion electric motor (hold a frequency transformer) at the same time realizing the machine tool host moving the revolution being a chief axis. Match one and by the fact that the RS232 interface MODBUS agreement is linked together touching the screen and PLC , realize controlling and supervisory control to entire numerical control machine tool operation state.
