请问下一版什么时候决定稿子是否送审？

现在我稿子的状态是：投稿的当天状态就直接为 Manuscript under consideration了，现在7天过去了，还没有消息，状态也没有变化了。

急求，害怕文章被抢发，想要快点出来！谢谢各位前辈！

流程目前是如下情况，外审完又直接编辑加工，一直没有消息，这是什么意思？

三个审稿人有两个返回意见，此时状态rrc
又变成了under review。
大佬们帮我判断下，是福是祸呀？

有机光催化，CO2领域。之前送别的期刊被审稿人痛批说该工作根本没有发表的价值。后来送了小nc，现在已经一个月了。请求各位前辈帮忙分析一下，大概什么时候会有意见出来？小nc对文章的层次要求大概是什么样的？

有小伙伴投过《激光杂志》吗？投了10多天了，还在初审，一般审稿周期是多久啊？

小弟在激光杂志投了一篇论文，经过40天收到录用通知，可是并没有经过外审这个环节。总觉得有点不靠谱 请问有这样的老哥么

第一次投这个期刊，请大家帮忙看一下编辑邮件中的这两个问题是什么意思？编辑邮件的部分如下：

1) Funding Sources: Authors are required to report ALL funding sources and grant/award numbers relevant to this manuscript. 我的疑问是不知道编辑的这两点是一般性的提醒还是需要修改的地方？
关于问题（1），我们投稿时已在正文和投稿系统中均写上相关的基金项目和基金号了，如果有问题不知问题出在哪里？
关于问题（2），已在文末写上通讯作者的ORCID ID号，不知问题出在哪里？应该不需要写上所有作者的ORCID ID吧？另外，如何检查ORCID ID和ACS Paragon Plus user profiles是否已关联？（不知道是不是两者没关联的问题）
麻烦有经验的子们帮忙解答一下，不胜感激！！！

昨天required reviews completed。今天又变成under review，而且track网页查看状态，Review invitations sent: 2，马上Review invitations accepted: 1，并且Reviews completed: 1。有点迷惑。请有经验的赐教。
