请问下一版什么时候决定稿子是否送审？

现在我稿子的状态是：投稿的当天状态就直接为 Manuscript under consideration了，现在7天过去了，还没有消息，状态也没有变化了。

急求，害怕文章被抢发，想要快点出来！谢谢各位前辈！
