毕业论文是Graduationthesis若要在论文里指论文就可以直接说thesis或者paper

论文（Paper）或：dissertation（论文）或：thesis（论文）经常说的：）~English dissertation(英语论文)Graduation thesis(毕业论文)
article essay(论文)=thesis story也可 paper也指文章或论文（口语常用）
passage多指篇幅较长的文章；article多指短文；essay则指文章、论文，相较于前两者更为正式。
