conditional offer：有条件录取通知书。发这种通知书可能因为：1。你的成绩没有达到要求，如平均分要达到某水平，或需要你的毕业证书等。2。你的英语能力没有达到要求，如某些专业需要IELTS0以上，写作6以上等。你申请时如果不具备上述条件，但学校仍愿意offer you a place，那他们就会给你寄conditional offer。等到你具备了条件，再凭相应的证明到学校换取同一专业的unconditional offer。
