我叫魏巧莲，是2006级**班的学生，我的论文题目是《中药提取液絮凝流体动力学的研究》。论文是在康勇导师的悉心指点下完成的，在这里我向我的导师表示深深的谢意，向各位老师不辞辛苦参加我的论文答辩表示衷心的感谢，并对三年来我有机会聆听教诲的各位老师表示由衷的敬意。
下面我将本论文设计的研究意义和主要内容向各位老师作一汇报，恳请各位老师批评指导。
首先，我想谈谈这个毕业论文设计的意义。
絮凝法用于中药液的澄清处理具有良好的发展前景，可以减少工序、极大缩短生产周期，节约原料降低成本，并且可以有效保留多糖等类的有效成分;且制剂不吸潮、稳定性好。而乐仁堂的养阴清肺糖浆生产工艺中的关键步骤即在其提取液的澄清工艺上，原工艺采用的醇沉法不但生产周期长(低醇型与无醇型产品的澄清周期占整个生产周期的1/2强)、耗费大量的能源、操作复杂而且有效成分损失严重，已无法满足日益扩大的国内与国际的市场需求。本课题主要是以养阴清肺糖浆为处理对象，用烧杯絮凝实验法对其水提液和醇提脱醇液的絮凝澄清过程进行絮凝剂的筛选和絮凝工艺条件的确定，以达到缩短养阴清肺糖浆的生产周期，从而降低其生产成本的目的，并根据实验过程中观测到的絮凝现象探求中药液的絮凝机理，促进絮凝理论的发展。另外，由于水力条件对絮凝过程的优化有着不可忽视的作用，进一步根据实验结果考察分析轴向流和轴径混合流对中药液絮凝效果的影响，同时考察与分析自设计格栅式挡板扰流型式对絮凝效果的影响，为今后中药生产过程现代化的工业化进程提供有益参考资料。
其次，我想谈谈这篇论文的主要内容。
1、采用混凝烧杯实验针对养阴清肺糖浆的水提液和醇提脱醇液分别进行实验，筛选出合适的絮凝剂，并在絮凝剂的最佳用量和最佳药液温度下考察搅拌强度与时间对絮凝效果的影响。
2、从絮体的形态、尺寸及其沉降特性着手，结合絮凝机理，分析水力条件对絮凝过程的影响。
3、考察六直叶圆盘涡轮浆和三斜叶涡轮浆在搅拌过程中产生的径向流和轴径混合流对絮凝效果的影响，并与格栅挡板扰流装置的絮凝效果进行比较与分析，确定能够强化絮凝反应过程的流场形式;最后分析反应器内水流状态对反应器内絮体含量分布的影响，以便研究格栅挡板在絮凝反应中快速混合的程度。
最后，我想谈谈这篇论文存在的不足。
由于客观条件和自身理论知识、研究视野和实际研究水平的有限，在本研究中还存在很多的不足。
答辩前的准备工作：
(一)全力消化自己所写的论文
答辩是学校对硕士论文成绩进行考核、验收的一种形式。研究生要明确目的、端正态度、树立信心，通过硕士论文答辩这一环节，来提高自己的分析能力、概括能力及表达能力。在反复阅读、审查自己硕士论文的基础上，写好供20 分钟用的答辩报告书特别要注意以下几点：1、突出选题的重要性和意义。2、介绍论文的主要观点与结构安排(这部分只说明标题就行，不要论述内容，因老师已经看过你的论文)。3、强调论文的新意与独创性。4、说明做了哪些必要的工作。由于答辩同学太多，现阶段学院还没有开展用PPT，以后，随着规范化，同学们要制作一个图文并茂的简要的提纲，这篇报告书尽量读熟，达到脱稿，照着讲稿或者PPT直接念，效果会比较差。
(二)物质准备
准备参加答辩会所需携带的用品：1.硕士论文的底稿。2.答辩报告书。3.主要参考资料，答辩时虽然不能依赖这些资料，但带上这些资料，当遇到一时记不起来时，稍微翻阅一下有关资料，就可以避免出现答不上来的尴尬和慌乱。4.记录用稿纸。以便把答辩老师所提出的问题和有价值的意见、见解记录下来。通过记录，不仅可以减缓紧张心理，而且还可以更好地吃透老师所提问的要害和实质是什么，同时还可以边记边思考，使思考的过程变得很自然。(以后要准备PPT以备辅助介绍)。 5.着衣冠整洁、庄重，男生穿短袖衬衣，最好打领带，女生穿着尽量职业化些的为好。着衣能给答辩老师一个最直接的印象____你对答辩的重视程度。
(三)调整好心态
要进行答辩，首先就要明确论文答辩想考察研究生什么。硕士教育重在训练科学的思维、如何将科学成果转化为学术文章甚至是创造社会效益。因此，通过论文答辩可以考察到如下：1.论文的真实性。实事求是乃科学研究的基础，论文本身必须真实可靠，弄虚作假难逃答辩委员会专家们的火眼金睛。如果在这方面出现问题，论文势必不能通过专家评审。2.考察相关知识与应用能力。3.考察研究生的综合素质.包括答辩者的表达能力.。成功的演讲是自信和技巧的结合，扎实的专业知识和细致周到的答辩准备工作是成功的前提。使用一些答辩技巧也不可缺少，可以充分展示整理研究材料、展示研究成果的能力，让别人知道自己都做了什么。要想这场战争获胜，就必须对答辩的目的、程序、可能遇到的问题及解决方法进行深入剖析，做到胸有成竹，不要紧张，要以必胜的信心，饱满的热情参加答辩。
一、论文讲述中的常见问题
1、仪表不够得体
上场答辩，要求答辩人仪表不仅要整洁，而且要得体。问题主要是个别女生不够得体，例如过度化妆，浓妆艳抹，不像是参加学术活动，倒像是参加舞会或相亲会。男生装束打扮也可能出差错，例如有男生戴项链出场答辩，显得怪异，不够庄重。
2、仪态不够从容
面对台下众人，尤其是面对众多教师，仪态不够从容，甚至神情慌乱，声音发抖，眼睛不知往何处看，低头不敢看台下，或看窗户外或天花板以躲避，手足无措，站立不正，或不自然扭动或走动。有的笑不像笑，硬挤出来的笑，很不自然，甚至比哭还难看。或者，死死盯住台下某人，令双方都很不自在。或者说话不流畅，犯语病。
3、声音语速问题
个人音质不由自己定，但声音高低由自己定。有的学生声音太高，如同吵架;有的学生声音太小，如同蚊子在叫，连坐在最前排的教师都听不见，遑论坐在后排的人;更有甚者，简直是用鼻子发音，像是在哼哼。语速，则语速偏快说不清楚的多，语速偏慢不连贯的少。
4、时间把握不准
讲述论文时间太短或偏长。短的，只有1分多钟。报过论文题目，然后说分为若干章，第一章是什么，第二章是什么，直到最后一章是什么，接下来便无话可说。长的，则超时，一般是念论文原文。念论文原文，七、八千字的论文，也得半个小时左右，一万五千字左右的论文，得一个小时左右。讲述论文限定时间十分钟之内，时间到了，才念了个开头，主持教师不得不叫停。
5、讲述不流畅
多数学生不能脱稿讲述，而是念稿子，有的念都念不利索。稍微好的，则是背稿子，不是讲论文，而是背课文。最不好的，是念论文。背论文的情况则显特殊。曾有一名学生把7000多字的论文背下来，背诵约26分钟，一字不差，一气呵成，反映该生记忆力奇好而且对论文极其熟悉，但严重超时，因为讲述应该在10分钟以内。
6、其它问题
例如支持手段不足，缺少挂图，甚至连个目录挂图都没有。还有吐字不清，普通话不标准等问题。综合问题，则是一个学生同时出现上述两方面甚至更多方面的问题。例如，一名男生，上台后从头到尾一直埋着头，恨不得钻到讲台之下，念稿子，声音很软很小，哼哼唧唧，好不容易才把论文“哼”了一遍，严重超时。
二、回答提问时的'常见问题。
1、回答问题态度不积极
避重就轻，绕开主要的、复杂的问题，捡非主要的、容易的问题回答，或者，对需要重点详细回答的问题只作粗略回答，对只需要简略回答的非重点问题作冗长的回答。回避问题，对某些问题避而不答，不作任何交代，好像这些问题不曾提过一样。表情或语气显出不耐烦，等等。
2、老问题都回答不好
有时候，多个学生写相同或相近的论文题目，可能被问到相同或相近的问题。有的问题，前面学生答不好或答不上来，按理，后面的同学被问到同样问题，应该比前面的学生答得好，但实际情况有时是，前面同学回答过的问题，后面的人还答不好，令人失望。例如，“策略”的定义是什么，第一个学生回答不了，过一阵第二个学生还回答不了。
3、回答问题数量少
大学生毕业论文答辩，属于本科或专科层次，不同于硕士生或博士生等的毕业论文答辩，问题不会太多，一般每生被提问5个左右问题，回答至少3个问题即可。问题是有的学生只回答2个甚至1个问题，或者只能答好1个问题，数量太少，占问题总数比例太低。
4、答案有缺陷
答案不完整，例如某学生写关于中国—东盟自有贸易区的论文，回答“东盟包括哪些国家?”时，列举目前东盟国家名称与数量，与标准答案相差不多，但毕竟不完整。回答“中国与东盟哪些经济体经济往来最多?”时，缺陷更大。某国际商务专业毕业生撰写的论文题目是党政官员带病提拔问题，不仅文字内容没有向商务领域倾斜或靠拢，回答问题时也对商务领域党政官员带病提拔的问题浑然不知，对商务部高官被捕概不知晓。某学生撰写有关企业家能力的论文，但该生不仅没有在论文中对著名企业家进行列表分析对比，而且连国内最著名的企业家都数不上几个来，连大名鼎鼎的海信集团的负责人是谁都不知道，显然相关知识不足。
5、答案不正确或答不上来
某学生论文一再提到我国沿海发达地区，回答“沿海发达地区如何界定?”时，答案不正确，因为其答案是“沿海地区就是发达地区”。实际上，沿海也有不发达地区。
某学生写地理文化对FDI(外商直接投资)的影响，回答“外商直接投资与间接投资的区别有哪些?”时，无言以对。还有商科专业毕业生不知道WTO的全称是World Trade Organization，更有甚者，连三个单词中的一个都说不出来。
6、答案根本错误
例如写“孙子兵法在市场营销中的应用”，回答问题时答“孙子兵法第36计”云云，把孙子兵法与三十六计混为一谈，违反了起码的常识。论文写兵法，却连孙子兵法与三十六计都分不清，缺乏起码的常识，犯了原则性错误。
还有，写区域经济问题，论文中贯穿着“长江三角洲”的用词，讲述中也一再提到“长三角”、“珠三角”如何如何，但被要求回答“什么是长三角?”这样简单的问题时，却一再说长江流域如何如何，原来该生连长三角与长江流域都分不清，经教师现场提示，仍然不清醒。论文主题词都根本理解错误，而且大错特错。
7、对论文摘要英译不熟悉
400字左右的中文摘要，翻译成英语，篇幅会有所增加，但不会增加太多，作者应当十分熟悉。但实际上，有的作者不熟悉自己论文摘要的英语翻译。例如，中文摘要中出现“金融危机”，摘要英译中也有“financial crisis”，但被问及“金融危机”如何翻译成英语时，却答不上来，只回答说自己英语底子不好。类似还有“central government”、“local government”、“furious market competition”等等，都是出现在论文中，但作者答不上来。这种情况下，翻译工作往往不是作者自己完成的。
8、其它问题
例如，审题不清，答非所问。过度回答，画蛇添足。胡蒙乱撞，信口开河甚至狡辩、强词夺理等。
教师看到论文摘要英译篇幅明显短少，并发现有整句甚至整段没有翻译，属于偷工减料或粗心大意，于是提出疑问，有的学生回答是意译，不肯承认是自己工作不足。
留学英国硕士毕业论文一次通过率的比例是不高。
英国留学生写作技巧
一、做到语言规范。
1、英文论文的语言使用规范可以用来检测学生在各个学历阶段英语学习的情况。单词拼写错误是否明显，用词的选择是否恰当，句式上是否仍带有Chinglish的痕迹，从整个语篇来看是否具有英式思维。
2、英文论文的语言使用规范可以用来检测学生在撰写论文时的思路逻辑。语言使用规范不仅包括字词句的使用，还有句段和逻辑，以及文体文风。不同的论文能看出不同的写作思路、论证方法，有的是先提出问题，最后下结论，有的是在文章开头就给出自己要论证的观点，然后铺开陈述和论证。
3、英文论文的语言使用规范可以用来检测学生上课是否有听导师的要求和标准。有的导师在上课时已给出了模板，和相应的要求，如果使用不规范，导师会生气的。
二、语言规范写作技巧。

1、基础层面。如果将毕业论文比作宏伟大厦，字词句就是奠基石，是基础了，所以强烈建议学生在平常上课和学习，甚至生活中都要不断地积累学习英语，摆脱母语思维的方式，在与人交流、思考问题、论文写作的时候不要再讲汉语作为过渡了。平时多看英文文献，要记得做笔记积累，多学多思多练笔。
2、搭建结构。在开题报告和提纲的帮助下，将要用的资料，包括文献和自己整理的笔记按照提纲上的顺序放好。写之前和写作中都要理清头绪，想好论证的结构，中心明确，详略得当。
3、形成文风。根据课程的性质和选题来体现自己的风格，也体现文章的风格，这一层是相当难的，也可称作修改润色阶段，力求专业。
注意事项
1、英国的毕业论文讲究逻辑和重点，这需要同学们在进行论文前，明确自己的写作思路、观点和方向，吃透文献，不能仅仅为了充字数，不然表达过于浅层，导师一眼就能看出来。
2、定主题之前，先了解下相关的文献。任何一篇文章都要有新的数据或者新的观点出现，有自己的想法，有总结的新成果，这样的论文才能被认可。
3、写论文可以引经据典，可以引用数据论点，但如果抱着国内写论文的态度习惯摘抄的话，那肯定是过不了的。不是自己的东西一定要写reference。哪怕借鉴了一句话，只要不是自己的内容，都是必须写清reference的。

这个不是绝对的。通过率和个人的努力程度是成正比的，你付出了多少，就会收获多少。国外的论文是很看重个人观点的阐述的。好的论文不是对别人观点的认可，而是自己经过阅读、思考和论证得出的有创新的观点和立场。这个才是最能够打动导师的。

好累的周末，毕业论文答辩终于完成了，开始挺紧张，可能是老师为了让我们高度重视这件事吧，提前嘱咐了很多，越听就越紧张。 开始要做自我介绍，将自己是哪届的学生，姓名，工作单位简要介绍清楚。然后对自己的论文有一个大概的概述，主要就是选题依据，为什么选择这个论文研究 然后论文的内容和结构。三位评审老师，会根据你自我介绍和论文中的内容提相关的问题，每人提两个问题，一共六个问题，然后去旁边的准备室准备。 我个人通过旁听其他同学答辩，有了以下的总结： 1.能脱稿最好，老师喜欢对视学生眼睛倾听学生阐述观点。如果不能脱稿，也千万不要用论文中的原话来回答问题。有的同学越念越没有信心，听起来就会觉得乏味。 2.一定自己写，老师已经练就了一副火眼金睛，对于自己写的还是花钱雇枪手是一目了然的。别人写的弊端就是论文答辩时太难答了，因为对论文不熟悉。 3.和自己工作结合的实事求是的论文最好，好像最后得优秀论文的都是写的自己工作，这样业务熟悉也创新。 4.提前和导师沟通查重软件是什么版本，有的人用了不同的版本导致没过，这个很重要切记。因为我都是自己打的，所以很放心，压根没查。 5.到最后的感想就是，我们工作和学习都那么忙，论文确实没有太多精力，只有认真一点点，多认真一点点就可以。大多数人的努力程度，只需要去拼认真就行了，不用拼天赋。 6.少说，切记啰嗦，如果又想把自己的好多实例和观点表达出来，就一定一定要学会精炼语音，这点很难，要么就是精彩的滔滔不绝，要么就是紧张的答不出话，简练的精彩真的很少。 这点在工作中一样适用，不要多说。 7.穿正装，虽然老师不太在乎，也有没穿正装的同学得分很高，但是我个人是一个比较有仪式感的人，我觉得这样的态度是对老师辛苦工作的尊重，也是一种对这个学历的认可。这点是个人意见，请选择性参考。 认认真真把每一件平凡的小事做好，你就是不平凡的人。祝福所有同学，论文答辩通过。人生里，一起来坚持认真二字。

一、研究背景。
纪念空间是传承社会历史文化的物质载体，也是集体记忆的空间体现。它具有引导正确的社会价值观和传承历史文明的重要作用。随意翻开一部城市的建设史，纪念空间都占据着非常大的篇幅。从当代纪念空间的.建设情况来看，世界各地对于纪念空间的营造都投入了极大的精力和资金，创造出了许多代表民族精神的优秀纪念性场所。
一方面，一些具有重大影响的历史事件深刻地影响和改变了人们的生活和命运，人们出于缅怀或者庆祝而建造纪念性构筑物以示纪念。如在二战时期的南京大屠杀、犹太人大屠杀等事件，涉及世界的和平问题，具有世界性的影响和较高的关注度;三峡大坝的顺利截流，不仅给人们的生活带来极大便利，同时也对国民经济的发展起到了巨大的推进作用。而近年来自然灾害频发，也掀起了纪念空间的建设热潮，如云南宁洱县 6.4 级地震抗震救灾纪念园、甘肃舟曲泥石流纪念园、汶川地震纪念园、北川县城地震纪念旅游区、北川抗震纪念园。2013 年的雅安芦山地震后不久，便兴建了雅安 420 大地震纪念馆，由此可见人们对纪念空间建设的重视，并期望这些纪念空间能对后人起到启迪和教育的作用。另一方面，国家对精神文明建设日益重视，因而出台了许多推动纪念空间建设和发展的措施，比如 2009 年，在南京中山陵举行的“中国近现代建筑文化遗产保护”论坛上出台的《南京宣言》中，就提出将各地与孙中山先生相关的纪念建筑统一打包，向联合国科教文组织申遗。
当今社会，我们面临的一个问题就是随着时间的流逝，集体记忆也随之丧失和消逝。导演以拍摄纪录片的方式来感动观众;历史学家根据对历史资料的研究来陈述史实。作为设计师，我们同样需要以自己的方式来纪念历史事件和人物。通过纪念空间的建设，再现历史片段和记忆影像，为人们创造感受城市文化和历史记忆的场地。早期的纪念形式较少，主要是陵墓、纪念碑和记功柱等，其中植物的应用也一般以点缀为主，作用有限。而随着时间的推移，纪念空间的形式逐步增多，植物的作用也日益重要。在当代的许多纪念空间中，如纪念公园、烈士陵园等，植物都占据了主导地位，成为纪念环境的重要构景元素。因为植物本身线条柔和，且与环境的协调性好，应用灵活性强，其自身不但可以形成空间，也可以结合其他景观元素共筑空间，在对空间进行丰富、限定以及点缀上有巨大作用。纪念空间环境的主要构成要素有纪念性构筑物、地形、植物、水体以及环境小品等，由于植物具有最多样的形态和颜色，使其成为纪念空间设计中应用最广泛的元素。
在纪念空间中，适宜的植物类型和植物配置方式，能充分地衬托出纪念主旨和场地精神。如位于美国华盛顿的越战纪念碑，整个碑墙被置于开阔的草坪中，纪念墙前为一片槭树林，中间夹杂着红枫、白桦和其他低矮小乔木，丰富的植物层次和色彩的和谐搭配充分衬托出了纪念墙的主体性。植物景观因其自身属性及蕴含的象征性，在营造纪念氛围上，发挥着非常重要且独特的作用，纪念空间植物景观配置的效果对纪念性情感的传达也有很大的影响。现今纪念空间的作用已经发生了变化，具有更强的开放性，植物景观在纪念空间中的作用也更加重要，在供人们缅怀纪念的同时，也越来越多地承担起为人们提供休闲和旅游活动场所的职责。
二、资料收集准备工作。
选定题目后，为了完成论文，我进行了资料收集，拟定提纲，论文初稿、修改、定稿等一系列程序。在毕业论文的准备和写作过程中，我阅读了大量的景观设计方面的相关书籍和学术期刊论文，这得益于我们学校图书馆丰富的参考书籍和中国学术期刊网中的专业论文。
三、论文的结构和内容。
第一章，绪论，分析与回顾研究背景、国内外研究现状，并指出论文研究目的和意义。
第二章，概述，对纪念空间植物景观设计的概念进行界定，然后阐述了植物在纪念空间中的主要作用，以此对研究对象进行认知分析。
第三章，分析，在对相关概念进行界定和功能属性进行研究的基础上，总结出了纪念空间植物景观设计的四个主要影响因素：植物的文化内涵因素、植物的观赏特性因素、植物景观的空间营造因素和植物与其他景观要素的融合因素，并对这些影响因素进行了详细分析。
第四章，以重庆为例，选取不同类型的纪念空间进行调研，将上一章总结归纳出的纪念空间植物景观设计要素应用于具体案例中进行分析。
第五章，基于案例分析，提出纪念空间植物景观设计的原则及策略，完成从理论到实践再到理论的设计过程。
第六章，对全文进行总结与思考。
本篇论文已经完成，还有许多的地方需要更全面的改进，但总的来说，在撰写的过程中，我真实地学到了许多东西，也积累了不少经验，更进一步丰富了自己的知识。但由于个人能力不足，加之时间和精力有限，在许多内容表述、论证上存在着不当之处，与老师的期望还有差距，许多问题还有待进行一步思考和探究，借此答辩机会，希望各位老师能够提出宝贵的意见，指出我的错误和不足之处，我将虚心接受，从而进一步深入学习，使该论文得到完善和提高。

Angela Carter (1940-1992) is an outstanding feminist writer whose influence on Britishwomens writing was “pivotal in this opening and transformation”. The year 2014 represents the 22” anniversary of Angela Carters death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. She has endowed us with an amazingly large number of legacies in her comparatively limited life, setting foot in various fields such as novels,short stories,children stories, dramas, non-fictions and so on. The acute observations with great insights,as well as the devastating wit and poignant mockery in Carters works have made her stand out as an iconic figure in English literature. Many scholars and critics have devoted themselves to the research on Angela Carter from many perspectives,including gothic, magic realism, feminism,post-modernism and so on.
