将英语课堂的视角投向大学英语教学的课堂之外，从知识的传授到学生专业技能的学习，再从专业技能到健康和谐的心理活动的生成。今后的教学模式的发展趋势是从哲学范畴去创新课堂教学形式，在生成观视域下探索学生的心理发展，最终以课堂教学为外在形式，使学生能够形成积极的人生观、价值观。
一、生成观的哲学阐释
哲学家海德格尔对生成观的解释是：最为独立的“人”的存在，不能单纯的独立于社会之外，而是将其看做是社会各自然人相互作用的结果。其本质就是将“人”看做不断生长、不断完善的一个过程的产物。从哲学的角度来理解就是每一个个体都是相互影响、相互促进的“社会性人的存在”，不再单纯将“人”看做生命机体的存活，而是将其视为“生成性的社会存在”。在大学英语教育的过程中，从“生成观”的角度来理解教学过程就是：不再将课堂教学视为单纯的知识传授，而是要从学生的知识形成过程去分析其影响因素，从心里层面、社会角度去分析探究提高学生的成长过程。从哲学的范畴就是强调学生学习的的客观性、社会性、过程性，围绕上述几个方面展开大学英语的教育活动。也就是说，大学英语教育活动中教与学的都是在社会大背景下，相互影响、相互促进的自然过程。从辩证角度去理解教学过程，对完善教学活动，提高学生综合素质有着积极的意义。
二、生成观视域下的大学英语教学
对于生成观视域下的大学英语教学活动解读，主要体现在三个方面。一是教学互动，大学课堂不再是大学教师主导的教学活动，而是需要教师和学生、学生和学生、教师与教师之间的双向、多角度互动交流，将知识的传授变成交流互动的最终产物，这也是知识本身由来的客观性存在。二是从心理、文化、环境等多角度去分析教学影响因素，更加客观的评价教学活动。大学英语教育过程是受以上诸多因素影响的，不再单纯的去完善大学课堂教学模式。这样的体系更加客观，更能综合性的分析评定大学英语教育活动。三是辩证理解学生及教师之间的关系。之前的教学活动，大学教师是教学主体，主导学生的学习活动。
（一）大学英语的价值导向
首先，大学英语教育切合现实需求。在大学英语教育的整个过程中，大学教材的选择、课堂组织形式、教学效果评价等等都需要与当前的市场经济需求相吻合。学生在学习的过程中，可以有效的将知识与现实需求结合起来，不仅提高了学习效率，而且学习的主动性大大提高。在这样的价值背景下，现实需求不是追求短期的经济需求，而是要将眼光放远，应用更加开阔的角度来审视我们当前的英语教学过程。其次，大学英语教学合乎未来需求。在变化多端的社会活动中，要有前瞻性的眼光，对当前的英语教育活动进行必要的探究，将教育活动最大化的与现实需求进行良性互动，最终能在英语教育的过程中，提高学生知识的综合运用的能力。学生的毕业时间往往与当前的英语学习有时间上的差异，也就是说知识的学习与应用不是同时进行的，这就要求教师在组织教学活动时，对知识的未来需求有一定的前瞻性，使学习的内容合乎市场经济的未来需求。第三，大学英语教育要存些“功利心”。在当前的大学英语教学中，教学活动的组织都在考试这一指挥棒下进行，这虽然能在短期内提高学生的学习成绩，但是从根本上来讲忽略教育的本质功能，是培养学生良好知识架构和实践技能，最终能在毕业后得到合适的工作，在社会上能谋生。也就是说，我们的大学教育应该在满足成绩的需求基础上，对于学生的学习内容进行相应的创新变革，最终满足学生基本的就业需求。
（二）大学英语教学的主体生成
第一，大学英语教育中的主体之一是教师。教师在教育活动中的意义不言而喻，在传统的教育活动中，更多的是关注教师的传道授业解惑，也就是说教师能否完成本职工作，很少对教师的自身价值观念和知识架构进行评价分析。在教书育人的过程中，教师的外在形式与内心诉求有着统一性的表现。第二，大学英语教育活动的主体之一是学生。学生在学习活动中，对于知识的掌握和基本实践技能的提高都与学生自身的学习行为有着密切的联系。在生成观视域下，学生的学习活动不再是单一的个体行为，而是在社会活动的范围内完成学习过程。学生在学习过程中，应该讲自身的心理活动、学习环境、文化素质等等因素与自身的学习活动结合起来，客观性的评价自身的学习行为，最终提高自身文化素养及社会实践能力。
（三）大学英语教学的生活属性
在生成观视域下，对大学英语教学活动进行分析总结，得出教学活动本身就是自然人社会活动的缩影。大学教学活动是教师与学生互动存在的社会活动，这本很就是生活的一部分。所以在教学活动中，教师与学生之间的互动交流都要本着乐观的生活态度进行，在良好的价值观引导下，进行相应的教学活动，这样往往能够达成最初的教学目标。生成观视域下的大学英语教育实践活动要本着教与学的双向交流互动、多角度分析影响因素及尊重知识的客观存在性基础上展开教学活动的组织、策划。生成观视域下的教学活动其本质是探究知识存在的客观性，在教学活动中，学生及教师相互尊重，共同交流，在此基础上不断获取文化知识，提高社会实践技能。

英语教学的总体目标是使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，这一目标的实现并不是教师可以直接传授的，而是需要学生在丰富的语言实践活动中不断内化与提升。我们的小学英语教学要为学生设计丰富的语言操练活动，让学生在实践中运用，这样才能促进学生语言水平的提高，实现课堂教学效益的最大化。

英语是一门语言，是一门工具课，听说读写是英语的四项基本技能，而要提高学生的听说读写技能，让学生真正地掌握这门语言，最重要的途径就是操练。只有为学生提供更多语言操练的机会，让学生有更多运用的空间，学生才能不断地将所学过的词汇与语法用于日常的交流与交际之中，这样才能促进学生听说读写技能的全面发展。那么如何在有效的时间内开展多样的语言操练，以此来激发学生参与交流的主动性，促进学生语言水平的整体提高呢？在具体的教学中我主要从以下几个方面着手展开：
一、朗读短文
朗读是英语学习的重要内容与方法，是以模仿与记忆为主的控制性反复练习，利于学生形成正确的语言习惯，适用于低段英语教学。
1、齐声朗读。
在新授知识后让学生跟着教师或是跟着录音进行齐声朗读，在全班展开，这样可以形成相对活跃与宽松的教学氛围，实现全体学生的全员参与。为了让学生更加积极地参与其中，教师要善于运用新的教学方法，如可以利用现代信息技术来图文并茂地展现短文，再配以标准而优美的音频，让学生可以深刻地体会到语言的变化，这样更能激起学生参与朗读的积极性。缺点在于会使部分学生混于其中。
2、个别朗读。
即实现教学面对学生个体。这样可以做到教学无遗漏，让每个学生都有语言操练的机会，教师可以具体地了解每个学生的发音情况，以便于纠正，便于展开有针对性的指导。如可以让学生在同桌之间或前后桌之间展开，也可以开火车的形式展开，即让学生按照座位的顺序逐个朗读。
二、即兴发言
小学生虽小，但是有着不同的生活经验，有着独立的思想与不同的看法，要真正实现以学生为中心，就必须要改变以往快节奏的灌输，而是要适当放慢脚步，利用教学的间隙时间来引导学生进行即兴发言，这样才能让教学处于不断的动态生成中，使之成为学生自己的学堂，同时这也正是进行语言操练的重要活动。例如，课堂导入可以由教师指定话题，然后让学生来进行即兴发言，围绕着特定的主题展开自由而轻松的会话，从而将教学引向具体的教学内容。这样就可以改变直接进入新知学习的枯燥性与突兀性，让学生在轻松活跃的氛围下进入新知的学习，这样更能取得事半功倍的效果。又如，教学中会有一些突发情况，我们同样可以利用突发来引导学生自由交流与讨论，这样的教学顺势利导，动态生成，虽形式不同，但都能促进学生语言水平的提高。如一场雨、一场雪，或是学生课上玩玩具等，我们就可以设计成相关的话题，让学生就rain，snow等来展开自由发言，虽然偏离了预定的教学轨道，但又不得不说是一次很好的语言操练活动，而且还可以引发学生的主动参与。
三、情景表演
小学生有着很强的表演能力，开展情景剧的表演是学生所喜爱的一种艺术活动，集知识性与趣味性、创新思维与口语表达于一体，不再是枯燥的学习，而是在生动的'表演中运用，可以将语言的学习与运用结合起来，与现实生活结合起来，这不失为激发学生兴趣的重要手段，同时也更加符合语言学习规律，可以促进学生语言知识的转化，利于学生语言水平的提高。例如，让学生扮演不同的角色，站在不同角色的不同立场，这样更能丰富学生的感悟与体验。教师可以带领学生一起来制作相关的头饰，让学生带上头饰进行角色表演。学习了小动物的相关词汇后，可以让学生带上可爱的动物头饰，进行相关的描述。
这样将语言学习与学生的生活结合起来，更能激发学生的学习热情，引导学生将所学语言知识用于现实生活之中。引导学生自主创作与表演剧本，这也是一种非常重要的活动。这样的活动实现了教学资源的优化与整合，可以为学生提供一个更为宽广的学习空间，真正将语言的学习与运用与学生的生活结合起来，使得教学更加贴近学生，贴近生活。
这样的活动既可以在学完短文后，让学生围绕着教材上的话题结合自己的生活来展开自主创作，同时也可以选取学生所熟悉与感兴趣的话题，如聚会、旅行等，让学生来进行富有个性化的创作。虽然是同一个主题，但是不同的学生可以创作出不同的剧本来，真正实现了语言的个性化教学。再让学生以小组为单位来进行剧本的表演，学生的积极性非常高。可以说这样的自主创编与表演，将学生的真实生活搬到了教学中，让学生在运用中学习，在学习中运用，更加利于学生语言水平的整体提高。
四、角色配音
小学生都有着很强的模仿能力，模仿正是学生语言学习的重要途径，我们可以选取学生喜爱的动画片或经典影视剧片段，让学生进行角色配音。大多学生为了能够更好地配音、把握人物的性格、环境的变化等，会在课余时间与同学、家长一起积极地来观看相关的影视剧，以实现对角色的准确把握。这样在课堂中对角色进行配音时就不会再是机械地背诵台词，而是真正地融入剧本，融入角色，体会人物心理、情感对于语言的影响。活动后让学生听原音，让学生通过比较认识到自己在发音、语气与语调等方面所存在的问题，这样更利于学生的发音。同时在学生之间展开互相评价，使学生对语言有全面的认识。要想学好一门语言，不仅要发音标准地道，同时还要结合不同的场景来运用不同的语气与语调，要把握好人物的心理活动与情感变化，使语言富于变化。
五、结束语
总之，只有在丰富的语言操练中学生才能真正地体会到语言学习的乐趣，认识到语言的精髓，才能促进学生语言水平的提高。因此，我们要将语言操练贯穿于整个教学的始末，让学生在丰富的实践与运用中不断内化与提升。

[摘 要] 随着国际贸易和国际营销等跨国商务运作的日益频繁,商务英语翻译作为一种交流手段和媒介起着至关重要的作用。同时商务英语是一门具有专门用途的英语,形成了自身的文体特征,它要求选词恰当、精确,具有用语礼貌、表意清晰。因此商务英语翻译必须具有一定的翻译技巧,才能在商务交流中体现它的实用效果。
商务英语是为国际商务活动这一特定的专业学科服务的专门用途英语,所涉及的专业范围很广,并具有独特的语言现象和表现内容、文体复杂。商务英语翻译要求翻译者具备丰富的商务理论和商务实践知识,为了提高翻译质量,翻译者必须具备一定的自身条件。

before the payment of these tariffs, the imported goods will bein the custody of the customs.
交关税前, 进口货物由海关保管。( 由于语法限制, 只有用名词形式,但译成汉语时,“payment”译作“交”)
2 . 介词与动词的互相转译
在许多场合下, 介词转译成动词时, 需要依据上下文进行引申,具体地进行翻译。如:
we should advise you to get in touch with them for your requirements.
建议你方与他们取得联系, 洽购所需商品。
三、词义引伸
在商务英语翻译中,有时会遇到某些词在词典上难以找到贴切具体上下文词义,如生搬硬套,译文往往语意不清,甚至导致误解。在这种情况下,需要根据上下文和逻辑关系,从该词固有基本含义出发,进一步加以引伸。例如:
the arrivals do not conform to the sample.
如果将arrival这个词的词义直接放入译文,显然不能正确表达原文的意义,所以需要进一步的引申。
四、词量增减
在商务英语翻译实践中,词量增减也是很重要的一个翻译技巧。翻译过程中要根据原文上下文意思、逻辑关系以及译文语言句法特点和表达习惯,在翻译时有时增加原文字面没有出现但实际内容已包含词,或者减去原文虽有但译文语言表达用不着词。
1.增词
根据具体上下文,可增加动词、形容词、名词或别词类,但在什么时候增加什么样词,才能恰到好处,而不超出一定界限,则需要在长期的翻译过程中实践和积累。如:all cash bonus shall be subject to income tax.所有现金红利,均须缴纳所得税。(根据汉语行文习惯,增加动词)
2.减词
减词译法可以使译文言简意赅,改变翻译中逐字翻译作造成的累赘、拖沓或不符合行文习惯,甚至产生歧义的现象。 如:on condition that you sign this receipt, i will pay the money.
你在 收据 上签字,我就付款。
五、商务英语中的常用术语翻译
商务英语翻译中包含大量的词汇,因此对于常见词汇的精确运用在翻译中很重要。作为商务英语翻译工作者就要大量的掌握这些具有商务含义的普通词和复合词和缩略词语。
如价格常用术语fob,cif 有其特定的专业内容,又如c.w.o定货付款;b/l 提货单;l/c 信用证;c.o.d 货到付现;w.p.a 水渍险;blue chip 蓝筹股、绩优股;bad debt 呆账,等等。总之,商务英语翻译不能拘泥于形式,在保证原文的信息量最大限度地传递到译文中的前提下,翻译者可以灵活运用译入语,已达到语义信息、风格信息和文体信息的最大程度的对等,同时商务英语翻译要遵循商务专业用语。所以要求商务英语翻译工作者要掌握大量的专业词汇及翻译技巧。

浅议商务英语函电的清楚原则
摘要: 撰写高水平的商务英语函电通常要遵守七个原则, 其中清楚原则是最基本的原则之一, 但国内以清楚原则为依据进行的应用研究尚不多见。本文针对清楚原则的运用, 分别从词语与句子等方面进行了论述。 文章 认为: 商务英语函电应尽量使用简单词语, 并注意代词的指代; 句子表达要求重点突出, 而且要有一定的连贯性。
商务英语函电是国际贸易的重要沟通工具。撰写高水平的商务英语函电通常要遵守七个原则, 其中, 清楚原则是七个原则中最基本的原则之一。在现有的商务英语函电研究成果中, 以清楚原则为依据进行的应用研究较少看到。为此, 笔者拟探讨清楚原则在商务英语函电中的运用, 以帮助国际商务人士提高商务英语函电写作水平。
一、商务英语函电的清楚原则
清楚原则包含三方面: ( 1) 一个句子包含一个意思; ( 2) 句子之间应有逻辑关系; ( 3) 以简单、直接的 方法 表达。[1]清楚的表达, 能避免误会, 甚至贸易纠纷。比如说, “fluctuation in theexchange rate after the date of contract signing will be for the buyer’saccount.”[1] “fluctuation in the exchange rate”包括了汇率的上涨和跌落两种情况。如果不表达清楚, 买卖双方就会对汇率的涨落产生纠纷。Www.11665.COM避免不必要的经济纠纷, 商务英语函电撰写的过程中要始终贯彻清楚的原则。上述例子若想表达“合同生效后汇率的波动由买方承担”, 原句子可改为“any increase ordecrease in the exchange rate after the date of contract signing willbe for the buyer’s account.”
二、清楚原则的运用
( 1) 词语的运用
1)词语的准确无误
当你明确了要表达的想法时, 要注意选用清晰、简单的词语, 准确无误地表达你要传达的信息。避免用一些复杂、深奥的词汇。有些写信人认为复杂、深奥的词汇会让信件看起来更有水平, 更重要些。然而, 复杂的词汇会增加对方读信的难度,甚至引起理解上的误会。通常, 商务英语函电的撰写适合采用简单易懂的词汇。
2) 代词的指代
注意代词指代的对象和关系代词前后的逻辑关系。一般来说, 代词和关系代词用以修饰离它们最近的名词, 并且与所指代的名词保持人称上和数量上的一致。但代词的不恰当运用, 会引起表达上的歧义。试看以下的句子: they informedmessrs. smith and richardson that they would receive an answerin a fewdays.[1]在这个句子中, 第二个“they”指代谁呢? 是整个句子的主语“they”还是“messrs. smith and richardson”呢? 这里就产生了歧义。如何清楚地表达? 比如原意想表达“smith和richardson两位先生将在近期内得到答复”, 原句子可改为:“they informed messrs . smith and richardson that the latterwould receive an answer in a fewdays.”这样的话, “the latter”指代“messrs. smith and richardson”, 指代清楚, 句子意思明确。
3) 修饰词的位置
同一修饰词在句子的不同位置, 句子意思和侧重点将完全不同。试比较以下两个句子: ①we can supply 100 tons of theitemonly. ②we can supply only 100 tons of the item.在第一个句子中, “only”修饰“the item”, 意思是只提供这种项目, 没有 其它 的项目。而在第二个句子中, “only”是修饰“100 tons”, 意思是只提供100吨, 没有更多了。故修饰词在句子中的位置不同,其所修饰的词就不同, 意思也将有所不同, 书写商务英语函电时一定要注意这一点。
此外, 修饰词的位置应该是紧跟着或者靠近它所修饰的词语。试比较以下两个句子: ①they bought a bicycle in a smallshop in beijing which costs $ 25.00. ②they bought a bicycle for$25.00 in a small shop in beijing. “$25.00”是修饰“bicycle”, 说明这一辆自行车的价格, 应该靠近它所修饰的词语“bicycle”。第一个句子“which costs $ 25.00”应移到“bicycle”后面。第二个句子不用定语从句, 直接用介词“for” 带出自行车的价格“$25.00”, 修饰词位置正确, 整个句子简洁、清楚易懂。
( 2) 句子的逻辑结构
分词的逻辑主语与句子的主语要保持一致。[4]试分析以下句子: “being an expertin international trade, i’m sure youhave experience of solving this kind of problem.”在这个句子中,句子的主语是“i”, 而分词的逻辑主语是“you”。为保持分词的逻辑主语与句子主语一致, 原句子可改为: “being an expert ininternational trade, you certainly have experience of solving thiskind of problem.” 或者“as you are an expert in internationaltrade, i’m sure you have experience of solving this kind of problem.”。
其次, 注意句子间意思的连贯性。例如: they wrote a letter.it was addressed to mr. woods. he is the sales manager.这三个短句缺乏意思上的连贯性, 每个句子都有它独立的意思,读信人很难区分哪个句子是最重要的信息。上述句子可改为: “they wrote a letter to mr. woods, the sales manager.”改写后的句子意思清楚明确: “他们给销售部经理woods先生写了一封信。”
此外, 清楚的表达要求重点突出, 读信人不会遗漏重要的信息。我们书写商务英语函电时可以通过调整句子结构, 突出要强调的部分。比如: “we sent you 5 samples yesterday of thegoods which you requested in your letter ofmay 25 by air.”该句子包括了很多信息, 有①we sent you, ②5 samples, ③yesterday, ④the goods which you requested in your letter ofmay 25, ⑤by air。一个句子包含多种信息, 读信人很容易忽略其中某些信息。对此, 重要的信息应放在句子的前面, 通过句子结构加以强调。上述句子重要的信息有①we sent you, ②5 samples, ⑤by air。原句子可改写为: “we sent you, by air, 5 samples of goods whichyou requested in your letter ofmay 25 yesterday.”经过改写的句子重点突出, 句子意思更清晰明确。

商务英语函电是国际贸易的重要沟通工具。撰写高水平的商务英语函电通常要遵守七个原则, 其中, 清楚原则是七个原则中最基本的原则之一。在现有的商务英语函电研究成果中, 以清楚原则为依据进行的应用研究较少看到。为此, 笔者拟探讨清楚原则在商务英语函电中的运用, 以帮助国际商务人士提高商务英语函电写作水平。
一、商务英语函电的清楚原则
清楚原则包含三方面: ( 1) 一个句子包含一个意思; ( 2) 句子之间应有逻辑关系; ( 3) 以简单、直接的方法表达。[1]清楚的表达, 能避免误会, 甚至贸易纠纷。比如说, “fluctuation in theexchange rate after the date of contract signing will be for the buyer’saccount.”[1] “fluctuation in the exchange rate”包括了汇率的上涨和跌落两种情况。如果不表达清楚, 买卖双方就会对汇率的涨落产生纠纷。Www.11665.COM避免不必要的经济纠纷, 商务英语函电撰写的过程中要始终贯彻清楚的原则。上述例子若想表达“合同生效后汇率的波动由买方承担”, 原句子可改为“any increase ordecrease in the exchange rate after the date of contract signing willbe for the buyer’s account.”

( 1) 词语的运用
1)词语的准确无误
当你明确了要表达的想法时, 要注意选用清晰、简单的词语, 准确无误地表达你要传达的信息。避免用一些复杂、深奥的词汇。有些写信人认为复杂、深奥的词汇会让信件看起来更有水平, 更重要些。然而, 复杂的词汇会增加对方读信的难度,甚至引起理解上的误会。通常, 商务英语函电的撰写适合采用简单易懂的词汇。
2) 代词的指代
注意代词指代的对象和关系代词前后的逻辑关系。一般来说, 代词和关系代词用以修饰离它们最近的名词, 并且与所指代的名词保持人称上和数量上的一致。但代词的不恰当运用, 会引起表达上的歧义。试看以下的句子: they informedmessrs. smith and richardson that they would receive an answerin a fewdays.[1]在这个句子中, 第二个“they”指代谁呢? 是整个句子的主语“they”还是“messrs. smith and richardson”呢? 这里就产生了歧义。如何清楚地表达? 比如原意想表达“smith和richardson两位先生将在近期内得到答复”, 原句子可改为:“they informed messrs . smith and richardson that the latterwould receive an answer in a fewdays.”这样的话, “the latter”指代“messrs. smith and richardson”, 指代清楚, 句子意思明确。
3) 修饰词的位置
同一修饰词在句子的不同位置, 句子意思和侧重点将完全不同。试比较以下两个句子: ①we can supply 100 tons of theitemonly. ②we can supply only 100 tons of the item.在第一个句子中, “only”修饰“the item”, 意思是只提供这种项目, 没有其它的项目。而在第二个句子中, “only”是修饰“100 tons”, 意思是只提供100吨, 没有更多了。故修饰词在句子中的位置不同,其所修饰的词就不同, 意思也将有所不同, 书写商务英语函电时一定要注意这一点。
此外, 修饰词的位置应该是紧跟着或者靠近它所修饰的词语。试比较以下两个句子: ①they bought a bicycle in a smallshop in beijing which costs $ 25.00. ②they bought a bicycle for$25.00 in a small shop in beijing. “$25.00”是修饰“bicycle”, 说明这一辆自行车的价格, 应该靠近它所修饰的词语“bicycle”。第一个句子“which costs $ 25.00”应移到“bicycle”后面。第二个句子不用定语从句, 直接用介词“for” 带出自行车的价格“$25.00”, 修饰词位置正确, 整个句子简洁、清楚易懂。
( 2) 句子的逻辑结构
分词的逻辑主语与句子的主语要保持一致。[4]试分析以下句子: “being an expertin international trade, i’m sure youhave experience of solving this kind of problem.”在这个句子中,句子的主语是“i”, 而分词的逻辑主语是“you”。为保持分词的逻辑主语与句子主语一致, 原句子可改为: “being an expert ininternational trade, you certainly have experience of solving thiskind of problem.” 或者“as you are an expert in internationaltrade, i’m sure you have experience of solving this kind of problem.”。
其次, 注意句子间意思的连贯性。例如: they wrote a letter.it was addressed to mr. woods. he is the sales manager.这三个短句缺乏意思上的连贯性, 每个句子都有它独立的意思,读信人很难区分哪个句子是最重要的信息。上述句子可改为: “they wrote a letter to mr. woods, the sales manager.”改写后的句子意思清楚明确: “他们给销售部经理woods先生写了一封信。”
此外, 清楚的表达要求重点突出, 读信人不会遗漏重要的信息。我们书写商务英语函电时可以通过调整句子结构, 突出要强调的部分。比如: “we sent you 5 samples yesterday of thegoods which you requested in your letter ofmay 25 by air.”该句子包括了很多信息, 有①we sent you, ②5 samples, ③yesterday, ④the goods which you requested in your letter ofmay 25, ⑤by air。一个句子包含多种信息, 读信人很容易忽略其中某些信息。对此, 重要的信息应放在句子的前面, 通过句子结构加以强调。上述句子重要的信息有①we sent you, ②5 samples, ⑤by air。原句子可改写为: “we sent you, by air, 5 samples of goods whichyou requested in your letter ofmay 25 yesterday.”经过改写的句子重点突出, 句子意思更清晰明确。

论文的结束语就是论文最后的致谢部分。这部分是论文中最简单的一部分。就是感谢在你写论文的过程中对你有所帮助的人。
最主要是导师。导师在你写论文时，提供思路，修改论文的错处等，毕竟论文在导师的一遍一遍修改下，才能达成最后的完本。之后还可以感谢一些对你有帮助的同学等人。
论文的写作技巧
千里之行，始于选题。做好开题，架好桥梁。论文写作，重中之重。
关键词。要精选能反映本文主要特点的单词或词组。词组应简明通用，约定俗成，不要生编乱造。词组不宜过多，一般以3到4个为宜。
论文的写作过程，一般要经过大纲、初稿、定稿几个阶段。只有精心修改数易其稿，才能写出一篇质量较高的论文。一篇合格的学位论文，一般地说，在内容上要具有理论感、现实感和历史感。就是说，一定要有理论的深度，要有历史的根底，要回答现实提出的问题。在逻辑上，要具有整体性、规范性、朴实性，即体系要严密，表述要规范，包括印制成册过程中的校对，都要一丝不苟；文章要朴素无华，不要哗众取宠，更不要弄些故意让人读不懂的东西。
第一开门见山法。“各位评委老师，你们好，我是5号答辩学生，我今天答辩的题目是……”
这就是一种答辩的方式，这种答辩的方式省去了一些拐弯抹角的说辞，让评委老师听起来很舒服。
第二直奔主题法。“各位评委老师好，下面我开始答辩，请大家批评指正”。这也是一种答辩的开场白，这种开场白比第一种开场白更加的简洁明了。
因为我们在答辩的时候还会制作PPT来进行展示，所以你在PPT上已经有了的一些内容，就完全没有必要再重复去说一遍了，甚至连你的姓名，你的答辩的题目都不用说了。
第三表达感谢法。“尊敬的各位评委老师，大家辛苦了，我是今天最后一位答辩的学生，感谢你们给我这次答辩的机会，考虑到各位评委老师都比较辛苦，我简要向大家介绍我的论文”。
第四不按常理出牌法。
不按常理出牌呢顾名思义就是不按一般人的套路来进行答辩，一般大家都是按照写作依据、主要论点、创新点和不足这几个方面来进行答辩。
那么有的人他就会另辟蹊径，就只讲自己的论文创新点，然后一上来就开始说创新点。
毕业答辩的结束语，简单一两句话总结后就直接表示感谢后结束，不拖泥带水
毕业答辩最后的结束语，就只有最简单的3句话：
第一句：用一句话总结一下你的毕业论文或毕业设计的结论。
第二句：明确告诉大家，答辩陈述结束。“我的毕业论文答辩陈述就到这里，感谢聆听，也感谢某某导师对我的指导”。
第三句：下面欢迎各位老师对我进行提问。
毕业论文答辩的主要目的，是审查文章的真伪、审查写作者知识掌握的深度，审查文章是否符合体裁格式，以求进一步提高。学生通过答辩，让教师、专家进一步了解文章立论的依据，处理课题的实际能力。这是学生可以获得锻炼和提高的难得机会，应把它看作，治学的“起点”。 （一）答辩的准备工作学生可以从下列问题（第4~10题）中，根据自己实际，选取二三个问题，作好汇报准备，（第1~3题必选）。时间一般不超过10分钟。内容最好烂熟于心中，不看稿纸，语言简明流畅。 1．为什么选择这个课题（或题目），研究、写作它有什么学术价值或现实意义。 2．说明这个课题的历史和现状，即前人做过哪些研究，取得哪些成果，有哪些问题没有解决，自己有什么新的看法，提出并解决了哪些问题。 3．文章的基本观点和立论的基本依据。 4．学术界和社会上对某些问题的具体争论，自己的倾向性观点。 5．重要引文的具体出处。 6．本应涉及或解决但因力不从心而未接触的问题；因认为与本文中心关系不大而未写入的新见解。 7．本文提出的见解的可行性。 8．定稿交出后，自己重读审查新发现的缺陷。 9．写作毕业论文（作业）的体会。 10．本文的优缺点。总之，要作好口头表述的准备。不是宣读论文，也不是宣读写作提纲和朗读内容提要。 （二）答辩会程序 1．学生作说明性汇报。（5～10分钟） 2．毕业答辩小组提问。 3．学生答辩。（一定要正面回答或辩解，一般允许准备10至20分钟）。 4．评定成绩。（答辩会后答辩小组商定，交系、院学位委员会审定小组审定。） （三）学生答辩注意事项 1．带上自己的论文、资料和笔记本。 The title of my paper is On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. First of all, I really want to be a teacher, so during the four years, I have read many books about how to become a good teacher. Secondly, when I was a freshman in the summer of 2008, I was chosen as a teaching assistant of the summer camp which was organized by the New Oriental English School in Shijiazhuang. In the summer camp, I rewrote a script of an English drama to be one of the programs of the open ceremony. It was very popular among those students. They thought it was very interesting. In 2010, I was practiced as an English teacher at Chenguantun Middle School in Qinhuangdao, I found that the students have little interest towards English learning, so I hoped I could help them. So I use the Drama Method as my teaching method. Almost all of the students were highly motivated by the interesting teaching method and they have made great progress in the exam one month later. So the research proved that the Drama Method can be used as an effective teaching method. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.

The year 2014 represents the 22”^ anniversary of Angela Carter's death. In those twenty-two years, her works have been widely taught internationally and brought about much critical debate. In a survey conducted by Cristina Bacchilega and Danielle M. Roemer [2],Carter is one of the most commonly taught women writers on North American programs. She has endowed us with an amazingly large number of legacies in her comparatively limited life, setting foot in various fields such as novels,short stories,children stories, dramas, non-fictions and so on. Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.
Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.
Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.
For the above facts, I select this title.
Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

Today, the title of my paper is On the Network Novels. In recent years, the network literature is developing rapidly. Network novel is one of the fast of them. In the middle schools, high schools and even universities, there is no lack of network novels' addicts. For the above facts,I select the subject of “on the network novels” as the title of my paper. In the main part of this paper, I divide it into four parts, as the concept of network novels, the classification of their authors, the development of network novels and the prospects of that.
The first part, the definition. Its concept can be divided into the generalized and the narrow. And it can also be divided into boys’ and girls’ in another way.
The second part, the classification of their authors. Generally speaking, there are four kinds of authors. The first kind is some people who have favor of literature, they are writing but not for fame. Then, there is some one has favor for literature and also be for fame. And the last kind are some people who just want to express their view, their viewpoint and their feeling with no desire of being published. They take up the most of the authors.

Based on Foucault's power theory, this thesis is going to explore how the female protagonist Anna in Doris Lessing's the Golden Notebook, the producer and victim of power,fought against her catastrophic life. Through a close reading of the text, this thesis aims at making a Foucanldian interpretation on Lessing's motivation behind portraying such a schizophrenic female personality, convincing the reader that power permeates every capillary of the society mainly by exerting influence on power relations between individual. Sinceeverything concerns with the functioning of power, be it tragedy or comedy, Anna's destiny cannot be an exception, instead of restraining from the one-way suppress from men,Foucault's power theory enables us to put the heroine into a larger, more diverse cultural or social background where individual's identity could be perceived with much more plurality or heterogeneity. Ultimately, given Anna's gender attributes, the application of Foucault's power theory to the analysis of heroine can shed light on how women could wittedly deal with their counterpart, strike a balance between freedom and restriction, and thus heading feminism into a more reasonable and rational direction.
Secondly, I want to talk about the structure and main contents of this paper.
The author is going to divide this thesis into five chapters. The first chapter is a briefing about the research background of the Golden Notebook, which provides an overview on the fragmented content and complicated structure of this masterpiece. The second chapter is an introduction of the research status of this novel at home and abroad, at the same time,Foucault's power theory will be elaborated here as the theoretical framework. Through asserting Foucault's power theory into the text analysis, we could get a clear view on how the heroine became the victim of the omnipresent power in contemporary social organizations, and also how individual resisted power via making explorations on the genealogy of the self. Chapter four gives two different interpretations of Anna's destiny, with each representing the common feminists'view and Foucault's version respectively. Via such comparison, the author attempts to find a correlation between Foucault's power theory and feminism, to tell in what ways Foucault'spower theory have modified parts of problems in current feminism, and how the formal convergent with the latter. The last chapter serves as a concluding part in which a summary of this thesis will be reached, and limitations as well as further implications will be point out.
Finally, I want to talk about the deficiency existing in this paper.
The limitations of this thesis cannot be regarded as the challenge to the relevance of Foucaxxlt's theory to feminism; on the contrary, it tells that the value of applying Foucault'spower theory lies precisely in his invitation to feminists to remain highly critical about their previous prejudices as well as their future trends. In order to make full use of Foucault's power theory in modifying feminism, we have to dig out more convergences they share with each other. The title of my paper is On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. First of all, I really want to be a teacher, so during the four years, I have read many books about how to become a good teacher. Secondly, when I was a freshman in the summer of 2008, I was chosen as a teaching assistant of the summer camp which was organized by the New Oriental English School in Shijiazhuang. In the summer camp, I rewrote a script of an English drama to be one of the programs of the open ceremony. It was very popular among those students. They thought it was very interesting. In 2010, I was practiced as an English teacher at Chenguantun Middle School in Qinhuangdao, I found that the students have little interest towards English learning, so I hoped I could help them. So I use the Drama Method as my teaching method. Almost all of the students were highly motivated by the interesting teaching method and they have made great progress in the exam one month later. So the research proved that the Drama Method can be used as an effective teaching method. For the above facts, I select the subject of On the Significance of Drama Method in the Improvement of English Learning in Chinese Rural Junior High School as the title of my paper. Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.
Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.
Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.
For the above facts, I select this title.
Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.
