看了这则启示，我不禁想到了个人和集体、企业之间的关系。作为企业，企业的发展离不开人才，人才的个人价值需要在企业中体现。而对企业员工来说，只有企业发展了，才可以为个人发展提供许多资源，才能让员工更充实、更安心工作，个人才能有更大的发展空间。 企业的成功不仅仅意味着这是企业的成功，更意味着每个员工的成功。每个员工都应该明白这样的道理：只有企业发展壮大了，你才能够有更大的发展。企业和你的关系就是一荣俱荣，一损俱损”。只有认识到这一点，你才能在工作中赢得企业的赏识和尊重。
企业发展是个人发展的基础，企业的命运就是你的命运。然而，有些人总是认为自己是在为企业打工，至于企业如何发展，与自己没有任何关系，心里想着如果哪一天企业走向衰落，自己换个企业就是了。持这种观念的人实在可悲，他们从来没有认识到企业与自己的命运有着千丝万缕的联系，他们不知道企业的发展不仅有利于企业，也有利于自己。通俗来讲只有企业赢利了，你的工资和奖金才能得到相应的提高，如果没有企业的快速发展和利润的增加，哪里有你的丰厚薪酬？企业发展是个人发展的前提条件！反过来也可以说个人发展也是企业发展的前提条件。
在现实社会中，我们每个人要给自己定好位，为企业的良好发展贡献自己的一份力量。只有在集体中个人才能获得全面发展。也就是说,只有在集体发展的前提下，个人才有可能发展。集体的氛围和风格在无形中会影响到每一个人，举一个最简单的例子，就是在分公司激烈竞争的大环境中，所有的员工都在跟随着公司的大步伐而不停地成长进步。
其实，说的这些很多人都是认同的，并且在意识里是存在的，但是往往却有这样的一个误区，总希望自己成长在一个优秀的集体中，却从没有考虑怎样去营造一个优秀的集体，怎样去领导一个集体，或者当面对一个集体的困难时，不愿意去承担责任。当然，这中间可能有自身性格、能力、取向等各方面的原因，但是我想从根本上来讲还是没有把集体的利益真正融入到个人发展当中去，还是没有正确的团队观念。
那什么是正确的团队观念呢？每个人的看法都可能不同，但我想至少两个方面，一是主观欲望上渴望在一个优秀的集体中，并愿意配
合集体的各项活动，愿意为集体的成长进步尽一个成员的义务，希望集体的发展促进自己的成长与进步；二是愿意承担集体的责任，以集体的发展为己任，以集体成员的成长进步为己任，尽自己最大的努力促进集体的发展。其实这两个方面说简单一点就是成员意识和主人翁意识，但二者却有着本质的区别，应该是两个层次上的。在任何一个团队，任何一个集体中，如果成员只是具有第一个层次的团队观念的话，这个团队不会取得多么大的成功，这个团队的成员也不会有什么大的发展；而如果每一个人都把自己当着团队真正的主人，都在谋划团队的发展，我想团队就会越来越好，成员同样就会越来越好，这就会形成一个良性的循环。
集体的发展是每一成员都应该思考的事情，每一个人都会从集体中获得东西，有形的或无形，如果你想获得好的、健康的、积极向上的、对自己发展有用的，那么你首先要对集体付出，要做集体的主人！集体发展，我的责任，我们每一个人都应该记着！
企业是一个整体，是由员工每一个个体组成的，企业与员工相互依存，只有企业发展了，我们才能有舞台，有更多的发展机遇。作为一名企业员工，要想施展自己的才华，那就要跟着企业发展的步伐向前，要把个人的命运和企业的命运紧紧联系在一起，正确把握自己的发展方向，规划好自己的职业生涯，把热爱企业的满腔热情落实到日常实际工作中，严格要求自己，保持良好心态。利用一切时间加强学习，将知识转变为不断创新的能力用发展的眼光看问题，打破原有的思维方式，并积极培养自己爱岗敬业，求实奉献，乐观向上的工作精神，做一名让领导放心的优秀员工。
总之，个人的发展与企业的发展是息息相关的，个人发展与企业发展就是鱼和水的关系，他们是一个紧密相连息息相关的命运共同体。企业的发展能为个人的发展提供良好的条件，而个人发展能够有效促进企业的发展。
门槛，就像一面镜子，我时常没有勇气面对镜子里那个有缺陷的自己。
几次的的考试，我常常发挥失常，似乎考试成为了一道门槛，一到考试我就会心惊胆战，不敢面对。从此以后，我心理就像笼罩着阴影，变得自卑而缺乏信心，心理上也筑起了一座门槛，整天低迷不悦，跨越不了。
那一次，天气阴沉沉的，压迫着我的呼吸，我有点喘不过气来，心情异常沉重，因为这次考试我又没考好。我一进门，妈妈就跑上来，带着失望而又同情的眼光看着我说：“又没有考好吧，把试卷拿来我看看。”我拧了拧眉，咬了咬唇，手略微颤抖地从书包里摸出了试卷，递给了妈妈，心情恍惚地偷望着她。只见妈妈皱着眉头看了半天，然后说：“别再愁眉苦脸了，休息休息，吃了饭再说吧。”
吃完了饭，妈妈洗刷完毕，就来到我的房间，拿了一只笔和一张纸，跟我说：“来，一起来分析分析吧。”于是，纸上就多了横线斜线，多了abcd，多了角角边边，耳朵里多了“懂不懂”“会不会”“理解了吗”，我的思路跟着妈妈转，越转越清晰，越转越明白，一时间茅塞顿开，恍然大悟，不时地点头，不时地露出了微笑。妈妈看到我笑了，也抿着嘴偷笑着。“看来你上课时没有听懂啊！以后上课可要好好地跟着老师转啊！”妈妈语重心长地嗔怪着我，我羞愧地低下了头。“再试着做几道题目吧，巩固一下。”听着妈妈的话，我乖巧地顺从了。
深夜，整幢大楼的灯都渐渐的暗了，只有几个房间的灯还亮着，其中的一个房间的窗帘后来能很清楚地看见一对母女的影子，挨得那么近。靠得那么亲密。时间一点点过去了，我能做的题目越来越多了，我的信心也越来越大了，好像已经忘记了曾经的抑郁，忘记了曾经的不快。这时，妈妈给我拿来了一杯热牛奶，又端来了削好的苹果，让我休息一下，而她自己还在帮我整理着错题。望着灯光下妈妈的身影，我心中一阵地砰动，内心一酸，眼泪在眶里滚动着。我咬紧着牙，暗下着决心：我一定要努力努力再努力，决不能再让妈妈为我操心了。

俗语说得好：“一分耕耘，一分收获”，只有努力不懈的付出，就能得到丰盛的收获。付出是世界上最大的能量，因为只有付出，就能拥有丰硕的果实，等著我们采收。「付出」这个词汇的意思就是：服务人群、帮助别人，为他人所做的贡献就叫“付出”，而这份能量时时刻刻出现在我们生活中，就让我说说几个例子吧！
就拿我的英文例子好了，刚开始接触英文的我，还是个门外汉，根本就不熟练，于是我决定找出如何熟记英文的方法，所以我就从背单字开始著手，再来是练习发音及书写，然后每天多听CD，用这样的方法，我不断的持续练习再练习，就连上厕所也在背英文，就算辛苦也要跟上同学的进度，甚至每天与英文共存，到了学校评量考试时，我终于拿到了英文好成绩，这证明了只有努力的付出，就能有丰硕的收获。
曾经有一个故事是这样，有一群人手上都拿著一双筷子，有一半的人想把肉全都夹到自己的嘴里，结果谁也无法办到，反而让自己饿肚子，然而另一半的人，做法却不同，他们是用自己的长筷子互相夹给别人吃，所以他们都可以吃饱。这个故事就是要告诉我们千万不要像有一半的人一样自私，反而要向另一半的人学习，学习他们能够随时随地的为他人付出，套住一句名言：「施比受更有福」，这样的精神正是我们应该学习的好榜样。

反观我们平凡的生活，又何尝不是同样的乖戾？有多少次，我们都因小事不干，而在更小的事上劳碌着：一个题粗心，而导致整张试卷重新检查；一个音符弹错，而导致整个曲子重新再弹；一次听课不认真，导致课下似懂非懂不得不从头开始再次学习。更无法可想“神舟六号”飞船发射这样“牵一发而动全身”的重大工程中，因忽略小事而造成的某一环节的疏漏，将会带来多少纷繁复杂的检修，甚至是全局皆输的严重后果。

就拿一个公司来说吧!在这个大集体里，每个员工都要做好自己的本职工作，才能让这个集体做得更好。可有些人，对现状一点也不满意。他就会慢慢地变成一个“小团体”。这样的话，这个公司就会变得四分五裂，那该怎么办呢?个人的贪婪和不满，会直接影响到这个集体。如果多想想集体的荣誉，才能使个人融入到集体里去，也不会到将来后悔莫及了。

狼王一声令下，狼群立即缩小包围圈，将鹿群赶作一团，双眸一眨不眨，虎视眈眈。狼王忽地单刀直入，咬住一只雄鹿的咽喉，将其制服在地。鹿群即刻朝四面八方奔去，狼群各成员各自开始了角逐赛，死死咬住鹿的皮肉，任鹿踢踏也不肯松口。偌大鹿群，无一生还，狼群则敞腹饮血吞肉。

一次一位科学家发现每一次放掉洗澡水时，水的漩涡总是逆时针旋转，他对这件小事非常兴趣，于是就下了一个定义——在北半球，漩涡会逆时针旋转。许多科学家纷纷去试验，结果证实，他的结论完全正确。他最后也在科学方面取得了巨大的成功。

《以书交友》
每当看到书桌上那封面破旧、发黄的书，便会想起一位从未谋面的旧交。在他的鼓励和支持下我愉快地度过了艰苦的初三生活。
在临近中考的那段时间，班上没有一个同学不争分夺秒的学习;没有一个人不是每天埋头在书海中;没有一个人桌上不堆满书。走进教室就像走进了一个书中的世界。但过于盲目地读书只会让我们感到疲惫乏味领悟不到书中的真谛和乐趣。再老师的指导下，我选择了一个既能提高阅读兴趣，又能从书中“收获硕果”的方法——以书会友。幸运地，在我的“导师”——《鲁滨逊漂流记》的指引下我找到了新笔友。
《鲁滨逊漂流记》一书中主人翁鲁滨逊勇于冒险，热衷于航海。在一次意外中遭遇暴风雨，所乘船只翻沉，船上的人大多数遇难，而鲁滨逊孤身一人被海浪冲到一个荒无人烟的岛上，援救无门。在这样环境恶劣的荒岛上，他靠自己的意志生活了28年之久，而且还解救了野人“星期五”并结为朋友。最终遇到途径此岛的商船，得到船长的救助，回到英国。
在阅读《鲁滨逊漂流记》后，我信心倍增，并确信只要有一线希望就要坚持到底，决不放弃。而笔友在回信中则提出质疑：若这般不幸的事情发生在自已的身上，又有谁真的能坚持得下来呢?
我迫不及待地回信，道：“坚持还是放弃是因人而异的。积极向上的人，对理想与目标的追求，就是他们坚持不懈的理由;甘于平庸的人，碌碌无为的生活着，只会让自已的生活更加平淡无味，要坚持某件事就更不可能了。同样的道理，鲁滨逊在面对困境时，以乐观的精神，知难而进，为成为航海家锲而不舍地生存下去。所以理想、目标与追求是坚持的动力。”不知不觉间新朋友已回信：“你说的没错，有追求才有动力。鲁滨逊为能航海探索，寻找财富而奋斗。你即将中考，也要为能考上好的高中而奋斗。加油!”
又过了一段日子，然而在面对度日如年的初三生活，我有了几分惘然。虽然我一直都是孜孜矻矻的读书，但还是没能提起阅读兴趣。如何阅读才能有滋有味?期盼已久的好友的回信终于到来：“我认为读书不应该盲目的死记硬背，全盘接受;而是要像品茶一样慢慢品味，领会其中的深意。要以‘拿来主义’的态度去接受书中的内容，要挑着读，取其精华，去其糟粕。读书要精读，抓住要领，吸收书中的营养;若是以走马观花的方法阅读，很容易会将书中的内容误解。如：我读《鲁滨逊漂流记》后学会了做事独立自主，不要总是依赖别人，鲁滨逊在孤岛上靠自已的劳动种了水果和粮食，造了小木筏，建了羊圈和木屋。因此在学习上，我们也要养成独立思考的习惯。”
书是我形影不离的朋友，伴我成长;书是引路的明灯，在我感到迷茫时为我照亮前行的路;书是动人心弦的歌曲，让人如痴如醉。书籍是人类进步的阶梯!关于书的重要性我也无庸赘述了。

How to Lose Weight
A beautiful and healthy figure is everyone’s dream. However, not everyone can easily fulfill this dream. Overweight people often have to find precise ways to lose weight.
For normal healthy people, weight is gained by taking in more calories than the body needs.
