没有什么规定，唯一明显的就是 核心 普刊 SCI EI 等， 普刊 分国家级 省级，法律上没有划分普刊 一般根据主办主管单位来看 个人意见，网页输入壹品优继续了解。。

不同专业方向有不同的核心期刊，如教育类的核心期刊为：课程、教材、教法教育科学研究外国中小教育人民教育教育研究与实验上海教育科研教学与管理基础教育中小学管理基础教育课程
核心期刊是指所含专业情报信息量大，质量高，能够代表专业学科发展水平并受到本学科读者重视的专业期刊。核心期刊是期刊中学术水平较高的刊物，是我国学术评价体系的一个重要组成部分。我国期刊级别主要可分为核心期刊、国家级期刊、省级期刊等。社会公认的核心期刊有北大、南京大学、社会科学院三大体系，还有北大核心、南大核心、科技核心等。对于期刊如何辨别呢？有这些方式：可以通过中国知网等数据库网站查询刊物出刊记录。打开相关检索网站平台，输入想查询的期刊名称于查询框里便可得知期刊的信息，且能查询到其他的一切信息。可以向期刊所在的杂志社资讯。最简单的方式是直接向杂志社电询或网络咨询。
