是top100的。自然指数（NatureIndex）是依托于全球顶级期刊（2014年11月开始选定68种，2018年6月改为82种），统计各高校、科研院所（国家）在国际上最具影响力的研究型学术期刊上发表论文数量的数据库。运用这个数据库，可以根据各机构的论文发表数量及类别来进行排名和期刊索引，这一数据库的实时在线版免费为公众开放。2019年6月20日，2019自然指数年度榜单正式发布，中国科学院再次位列全球首位

ELSEVIER里面收录的期刊应该都是SCI的，如果不是的，ELSEVIER应该不会合作出版的。
