不需要。无论你是在写中文论文还是外文论文都用它原始的英文就可以的。除非期刊要求翻译成中文。建议从写大学的课程小论文起就逐渐培养阅读外文文献并引用的习惯，平时多做一些词汇、短语、好句的积累，多去琢磨好文章的逻辑表达方法，这样到之后写英文文章的时候就会更得心应手一些。外文文献查找网站推荐Pubmed，Web of science等等，它们都有一键导出参考文献的选项，有多种格式，可以根据自己的需要复制就好啦。望采纳哦！Pubmed网页

如果只在中国国内作为学位论文使用或刊发，引用的内容在文章中使用时要翻译成英文，但在论文后的“参考文献”部分就要用中文列出其出处。

这些文献应该在相应出版杂志中有对应的英文名称。具体的就是你按照这些题目把文献找出来，其中就会有英文题目。以第一个文献为例，到“谷歌学术”中搜索“基于后退式索引的二进制树形搜索反碰撞算法及其实现”，进入来源数据库如CNKI就会有该文献的英文题目：“An Anti-collision Algorithm Based on Binary-tree Searching of Regressive Index and its Practice”其余的杂志名称“COMPUTER ENGINEERING AND APPLICATIONS”都可以找到。
参考文献可以不用翻译的，直接把文章原名和作者原名写上就行了，加上文献出版的日期。
