先看看题目，去PubMed找SCI有没被发表过。如果，没人发表过，那就投国外的期刊。如：Neurosurgery,Journalofneurosurgery,SurgicalNeurology等较临床的世界级期刊。文章不用太长，短小精干，两页就好，只要稀有题目，一般很快会被接受。如果被拒绝，也别灰心，找其他的期刊，改改内容，再接再厉。加油。预祝您投稿成功。
