先做课题，收集数据！再统计，写文章，英语不行可找人润色协助投稿的!不妨去找找达晋医学编译（SCIEDIT），找他们合作很不错！
如果您已经投稿，建议和编辑沟通出现的问题，然后进行退修。优助医学建议发表SCI前可以先根据目标期刊的格式要求进行审核。如果是初审阶段还没有回应，并不建议重新投稿，可以给编辑发邮件。SCI初审的时间一般都比较久，所以耐心等一下就好。因为不清楚您说的写作的具体问题，不是特别严重，比如只是一些个别语法，格式的问题影响不会太大。

退修文章要指出稿件的不足，退修信的主体内容，需要修改的地方明确的说清楚，别含糊，要不然你俩就来回折腾吧，但是语气要客气，要尊重人家的学术观点和见解。再就是详略得当，重要的内容多花笔墨，不重要的就一笔带过。退修就是把稿件退还给作者，让其按照要求进行修改。经过退修后的文章一般质量会有明显提升，只要作者按照杂志社给出的修改意见修改，会逐渐达到见刊要求的，见刊就不是问题了。
