现在materials letters是先技术审查(但投稿系统里不显示了)，过了之后再with editor，以前是反过来。这个期刊速度看编辑，有的很快，有的很慢。耐心点。祝好运！版权一般选no，不然yes要交版面费的哦快的with editor后一两天之内就能送审，文章状态显示为under review，慢的话可能要一周左右；个别情况下，某个编辑会拖几个月都不一定。再耐心等等，估计也快了，既然with editor时间变过，证明编辑很可能已经看过你的稿子了（没给你直接据稿，证明编辑总体还是认可你的文章的），应该是在找审稿人；可能是审稿人暂时不太好找的原因，所以with editor时间已经过去数天了。

投出两个月，审稿一个月还没消息的飘过~
materialletter二审需要一个月时间。一审和二审一般各一个月，编辑找审稿人可能还需要点时间，总之如果需要修改的话，从投出到录用大概4个月左右，当然主要取决于你的审稿人和编辑。
