尊敬的各位领导、老师、同学们：下午好!我是09级的学生记者赵一琳，今天作为优秀学生记者代表在这里发言，我感到非常荣幸。今天我发言的题目是《用心做好一名学生记者》。源于对文学、写作的热爱，大一刚入校，我便选择了校报记者团。经过校报编辑部笔试、面试、实习考察等层层选拔，我有幸成为一名校报学生记者。当“记者”这个光环与荣耀逐渐退去,摆在我面前的，是肩上的一份沉甸甸的责任，我常常问自己，我该怎样做，才能做一名优秀的学生记者？——经过在校报记者团近两年的锻炼，我觉得当好一名学生记者，需要回答好以下五个问题。第一问，你转变好了吗？当好学生记者要完成从“文学创作”到“新闻写作”这个转变。也就是由文学爱好者到新闻工作者的转变，这是一个痛苦的过程——文学可以是虚构的，而新闻必须是真实的，真实是新闻的生命，我们不能掺杂一丝虚假，哪怕是所谓的“合理想象”。文学的语言更讲究文采韵律，新闻却需要简洁明了、通俗易懂。这些都是接受了校报编辑部组织的新闻写作、摄影等培训和自己一年多的采访写作后感悟到的。第二问，你准备好了吗？还记得，第一次接到采访任务，面对采访对象，我很紧张，脑子里一片空白，甚至有点语无伦次。结果可想而知，那是一次失败的采访，主要是因为没有经验，准备的不够充分。后来，老师嘱托我在采访时要注意礼貌，事先准备好采访提纲、联系好采访时间，要记录采访到的内容，甚至摄影的角度都要事先精心设计。我就跟着大二、大三的记者一起去，虽然我的第一篇稿子写得不是很好，却得到了老师的鼓励与肯定。我看到那张薄薄的稿纸上，密密麻麻批的全是修改的字迹，甚至是一个小小的标点符号，一个词语的前移和后置，都会反复斟酌，那一刻，我既惭愧，又深深的被感动了，他们对待文字一丝不苟的态度和敬业精神给了我很大的触动，也让我明白了新闻的严肃性和当好一名记者的艰辛。第三问，你认真琢磨了吗？在做学生记者的过程中，我会遇到很多问题，比方说摄影，为了拍好照片，我认真阅读了相机的说明书，对照上面的每一个按钮，逐个尝试，经过多次实践，我掌握了摄影的基本技巧，可以从容的完成摄影任务。记者团指导老师李老师和徐老师经常跟我们学生记者一起交流，推荐优秀的稿件和其它高校的校报供我们参考学习。记得XX年5月份，我写一篇关于大学生自主创业的通讯稿，采访了陶瓷美术学院的杜永强，第一次写的时候，有些夸大了他的创业成绩、对一些数字没有深入考究。后来在审稿的时候，曾老师把我叫到办公室，亲自帮我拟订了一份写作提纲，还特意嘱咐我，要到杜永强的寝室、工作室和专业课教室实地考察，多方联系他的老师、同学和一起创业的合作伙伴，甚至打电话到他的内蒙古老家，采访他的父母，了解到最全面的信息。最终，这篇近3000字的通讯稿前后经过了四次采访、七次修改才最终在校报上发表。第四，你善于挖掘、发现吗？当学生记者不能只等待老师布置任务，而是自己要主动寻找新闻线索，我经常去摘抄学校宣传栏海报，记下时间和地点，不论是比赛、文艺表演还是讲座，我都积极的去现场采访，一方面我可以从这些活动中得到陶冶、成长，另外，我可以第一时间赶赴现场，获得第一手宝贵的资料，供自己写作所用。另外，我经常利用向宿舍发报纸的机会和同学们聊天，从他们那里寻找有采访价值的新闻线索。
