IEEE的开源期刊，水平不是顶级，但是审稿快
朋友你好，根据我多年从事文字工作的经验，我认为：如果投稿更有针对性，命中率会更高一些。这就关系到，你是哪里的？干什么的？写的稿件是什么体裁？什么内容？如果说投稿的话，最好投当地的报刊、网络或者是你从事的职业报刊发表，要投哪个媒体首先要研究哪个媒体，看它需要什么内容、什么体裁、什么格式的稿件，“对症下药”，这样会更轻松一些、方便一些，命中率会更高一些。如果你能够告诉我你的具体情况（干什么工作，哪里的，写的小说的大致内容等），我可以给你一些建议。我1993年开始在部队时开始发表各类文章，包括：报告文学、新闻、诗歌、散文、小说、评论等体裁的，到目前，先后在《人民日报》《法制日报》《农民日报》《中国文化报》《法制文萃》《半月谈》《解放军报》《中国国防报》《中国绿色时报》《中国日报》《中国教育报》《人民公安报》《中国交通报》《中国安全生产报》《中国转业军官》《中国人事》《道路交通管理》等报刊发表的大约5000篇左右吧，有40多篇获奖。另外：投稿时，第一要有信心，第二要投对报刊媒体，这两点非常重要。祝你成功！
IEEE Access发文量大、审稿快，还是可以值得投稿的。IEEE Access 是由IEEE出版的一本多学科、开放获取（Open Access）、连续性出版期刊，创刊于2013年，刊载范围覆盖了IEEE的所有研究领域。该刊由于发文量大、审稿快、中国作者发表论文比例高和收取稿件处理费或者叫版面费（Article Processing Charges），被国内一些非理工科人员称为“水刊”、“毕业神刊”，甚至是“掠夺性期刊”。因为是开源期刊其效率也比较高，给审稿人的审稿周期是两周，一般作者一审保证一个月出结果，然后录用结果只有两种，一种是录用，一种是拒稿，不像普通期刊是有修改后再审的。 1、影响因子：过去5年，IEEE Access 影响因子总体呈上升趋势。对于发文量数倍激增的期刊，保持期刊影响因子持续上升着实不容易。最新影响因子745。2、审稿周期：从投稿到发表平均时间4~6周3、版面费:目前IEEE Access每篇论文版面费为1750美元（版面不限）。通信作者为IEEE会员，享有5%折扣；通信作者为IEEE下辖协会会员，享有15%折扣。回答参考资料需要论文语言编辑的推荐到国际科学编辑，国际科学编辑是最早在中国开展语言编辑服务并提供本地化支持的国际公司。数十年来成功的为众多中国科技工作者发表论文提供语言支持。国际科学编辑所有的编辑都是拥有博士学历，并且有相关专业背景的英语母语专家。每一篇来自中国作者的文章，都会交付到英语母语编辑手中进行修改。
我觉得这对于他的影响还是比较负面的，因为高昂的费用，那么让他不得不放弃了，停用知网的举动

知网的费用甚贵，且还1直在升价。其实，有甚多大学生也甚嫌弃这个网站，毕竟它的收费甚贵。
由于知网涨价，中科院2022年不再使用知网，而是选择万方或者维普下载论文，中科院内部发表的论文可以用邮件相互传递。
不符合，收的费用实在是太贵，这种收费标准是不符合情理的。
是因为知网的费用越来越高，需要检测的论文越来越多，效率越来越难，不能很好的满足人们的生活需要和基本需求
