如果你投稿的是知名期刊，我觉得你可以再等一阵子再决定是不是要撤稿。有些期刊编辑不太常回复邮件，有可能他们很忙，没有时间回邮件。我建议你可以更频繁地发邮件，可能接下来三、四礼拜一周发一封，但记得要有礼貌，解释你的忧虑，期待他们能有所回应。如果到下个月底状态还是没有改变，再考虑撤销你的投稿。不过，如同你在问题中提到的，撤稿必须在得到期刊编辑的确认之后才算正式完成，如果编辑没有回复你的撤稿请求，你必须要持续发送提醒邮件直到收到回复为止。如果编辑还是没有回复，你就必须发邮件给期刊，明确表达如果在某一个时间段（比如 2 到 3 周）还没有消息的话，你就当作撤稿已经完成。然后你才可以再投稿到别的期刊。不过，改投的时候还是向编辑说明一下这个情况，并且附上你的邮件记录当作证据，证明你无意进行一稿多投。
