食品安全问题引起的思考和建议 民以食为天，食品安全向来都是人民生活之根本，国家稳定之基础，社会发展之前提。而最近接二连三爆出的社会食品安全问题，搀有苏丹红的咸鸭蛋，含有孔雀绿的多宝鱼，加农药的金华火腿等着一连串的食品质量问题的曝光，却大大增加了我们对这一国之根本的关注和担忧。 仔细回想这一连串的食品问题，发现并不是偶然巧合，而是目前特殊条件下多方社会经济道德因素共同作用下的结果。我国目前正处于由计划经济向市场经济转型期间，原有制度在新的经济形势下明显有些“力不从心”，这就给一些不法分子提供了可乘之机，他们利用当前法律的盲点和漏洞，大肆造假，以谋取不法利润。当前社会大众对食品安全观念的淡漠也大大加重了食品安全的危险，而且当前的政管力度尚需加强也是原因之一，个别地方政府处于对保护地方利益或一己私利的考量，对于食品造假者采取睁一只眼闭一只眼的态度，更加助长了造假者的嚣张气焰。此外，当前社会“金钱至上”“利润第一”的道德观无疑更加深了造假者的危害性。纵观原因种种，我们不难发现目前食品安全问题并不是一个孤立的现象，而是跟我们目前特殊的社会大环境有密不可分的联系，只有从多方面着手，才能真正解决当前问题。 面对当前日益严重的食品安全问题，我们大致可以从三方面着手。 一、完善社会主义市场经济制度下各种法律和规范的制订。好的法律和规范不仅能够打击造假违法者，而且还可以保护守法者，规范市场体系，促进市场经济健康合理发展。社会主义经济要健康，政府引导很重要，而政府最重要的方法就是通过制订完善的法律体系，只有制订了完善合理的法律政策体系，就等于对于那些不顾人民生命安全的造假者堵死了最后一道漏洞。使他们在违法造假时就像过街老鼠人人喊打。 二、要加强政府行政部门对市场的监管力度。在“有法可依”的前提下，“执法必严”就成了打击造假者最直接最严厉的途径。地方各部门因加强自身管理和对市场的监管，不能因为处于各种原因而对市场上的假冒伪劣产品视而不见。最为人民信赖的执行者，在这点上因该充分展现一个为人民生命安全保卫者的形象。 三、加强新时代的社会道德教育刻不容缓。所有那些昧着良心的造假者无一例外的是道德沦丧的德典型。对于这种金钱至上，一切向看的社会风气，只能从加强社会道德教育层面上去解决，要倡导诚实守信，遵纪守法社会新风气，大力学习“八荣八耻”的新时代精神，从根本上消除造假，违法赖以生存的土壤。
