前几天国外老板投了一篇我的文章去JPC,投稿成功后，我没有收到任何邮件，但是投稿两天后，我收到编辑部转发的分配编辑的邮件，请问目前没有ACS的账号，也不可能知道老板的账号密码，是否可以新注册账号，查询文章应该是可以的，必须要用你老板投文章时对应你的名字的邮箱申请，这样才会显示你的这次投稿文章信息。vetliu(站内联系TA)只能用原来的投稿账号看状态hqzhou0817(站内联系TA)Originallypostedbyleonard187at2011-07-141724:只能用投稿的账号查询对应的文章状态，其他账号是无法看到的。你可以等着给你发邮件。不对吧，所有作者都可以看到，只是第一作者和通讯作者可以看到审稿后的修改意见，其他挂名的作者看不到审稿意见，但关于审稿的邮件编辑只发给通讯作者

不能因为稿件需要分别参考两个审稿人的意见，如果后面的审稿人可以看到前面审稿人的意见，则存在串通嫌疑。under review是英文论文发表中的一种状态，意为正在审核中，说明文章正处于审稿阶段，英文论文发表需要作者对文章发表各个过程的状态一一把握，特别是通过系统投稿发表的英文论文，我们需要经常登录系统查看文章状态。
没啥意思，就是管理数据库的人，把大写变小写了。
这个状态很正常,但并不代表reviewer已经接受稿件了,很多杂志社分发到ae后,状态就改成underreview如果你投acs和rsc的期刊的话,投稿后直接就是under
