杭州电子科技大学（Hangzhou Dianzi University），简称“杭电”，位于杭州市，是浙江省唯一的一所与原国防科工委共建的高校，也是原国防科工委共建高校中第一所信息技术类高校，是浙江省人民政府与国防科技工业局共建的教学研究型大学，是浙江省首批重点建设的5所高校之一；

电工技术学报和电子学报在很多高校里是与中国电机工程学报同一等级，归入了A类期刊；电力系统自动化归入了B类期刊。也就是说电力系统自动化比其它两个期刊好发，没电力自动化设备好发，但毕竟是EI检索的，所以相对于CSCD非EI期刊也是没那么好发的，关键还是看创新点怎么样。
都是被EI稳定检索的，国内核心期刊，发了就相当于EI文章了，所以发表起来是有一定难度的，不可小觑
