新手在写小说的时候，如果有一些激励的话会更有动力，比如说你写的文章被别人看到点的赞之类的。且现在某音上面也会经常有一些关于知乎小说的推送，这样可以很大程度的吸引一些流量，自己的文章被很多人看到的时候，也会增加你写作的动力。
第2个平台是起点文学网。
这应该也是一个比较老的网络写作的平台了，如果写的是长篇小说的话，这个平台是很不错的。你可以直接注册了账号以后就发表你的文章，如果简介和文章的前半部分很有趣，他就会主动和你联系。
一旦和他们签订了协议以后，只要保证每天的更新，就会先有几个月的收入。而且文章的点击阅读的分红也会有的。普通的小说可能收入不是特别的高，但对于新手而言，有一些收入就会坚定自己写作的动力，我觉得也是很好的。
他们也经常会有一些激励机制，新手虽然很难获得相应的奖励，但是如果有实力的话，也是可以去尝试的。
1、起点中文网
是现在网文界公认的龙头老大，在那里人才济济，读者汇集，是大神们写作的乐园。然而我不建议新人一开始便去那里大展宏图，毕竟新人写手的创作普遍质量低下，很容易被高精的巨作掩埋，难以获得签约和上架，而如果没有签约的话，便没有稿费，相当于你写了几十万字的小说分文未得。当然，如果你不必为了稿酬，也可以去尝试一下的。
现在“起点中文网”有很多白金作家，可以去看看他们的写文方式和日更的方式，多学习下前人的优点。
2、纵横中文网
比之起点中文网略有差距。但是在这里你只要获得签约便可以开始得到稿费，这对于新手来说也是一个鼓励，不至于让你写了几百万字的小说毫无收获。
3、17k中文网
也是需要上架之后才能得到稿费，如果你的现实条件允许的话，可以去试试看，因为在这里你的写作会得到专业编辑的热心指导，只要你虚心学习、勤奋进取，一段时间过后你的写作水平肯定能够得到质的飞跃。
4、幻剑
在综合方面还是仅次于17k，但有所衰退，比如看书的人流有所减少，新人的点击量少（没起点那么明显），竞争还是很激烈，我认识的一个幻剑的网编，一天就有几十个作者和他联系。
2、逐浪
发展比较稳定，新人的点击量不错，好于17k和幻剑，在17k、幻剑之外，算是规模好的，不过如果你的小说YY程度不够，就别去那里了。
