The present paper presents a new type of electric actuators, the design of the detailed introduction of each functor and design, selection of the valve position and speed control principle and all key the solution to the problem. The valve actuator, servo motor, controllers are one, with 8031 single-chip microcomputer, the frequency conversion technology to achieve the valve movement speed and position control, solve the accurate location of the valve, the valve flexible switch, limit position of judgment, the motor protection and analog signal isolating technology problems. Site operation shows that the electric actuators have to be fast, protection perfect and easy and computer communication, etc.
